also will work in the real

You will be working in two
teams to create a cohesive line

Of professional womens wear.

We wanted to, um, design
chic, sophisticated clothes for

Women at the workplace, and we
really wanted to use black and

White, because we know that it
makes a strong statement, and we

Wanted to add a hint of color by
using the print and making it

Really graphic and interesting,
and at the same time, very

Editorial.

I think that you guys were
very smart by just kind of

Bringing in this beautiful,
softer fabric, which gave this

Businesswoman a little bit of a
softer touch, so she's not as

Tough, and I like that a lot.

But I want to know what nina has
to say.

What do you think?

I think they did a great job
in keeping this as a collection.

It looks like you guys worked
well together and had a

Direction and kind of
collaborated on a theme that was

Consistent.

I do love this skirt by
christopher.

I think that taking a print that
skews a little older and

Matronly, and using the
manipulation of the fabric to

Make it look interesting.

You know, my favorite garment
here, from fabio, well,

I know women in their 60s
who would wear that dress.

It's got an easiness to it.

That's the one that, to me, I
see the girl right away.

I don't understand why she's got
the head wrap, but it's a great

Dress.

Skirt, brilliant.

It's your trademark.

You made the old lady pattern
look cooler.

First of all, I'd like to
commend you on making clothes

That look easy to wear.

I think it's hard to extrapolate
from what people wear in the

Fashion business to what people
can wear, especially in

Corporate offices.

I think that's a modern
interpretation of the sort of

Classic suit.

You could wear it young or old.

They look like they're
actually involved in work.

I actually love that shot.

I think it looks like
they're having fun at work, and

They're collaborating.

I actually like the headgear,
and I think it's fun.

But I think the one look,
that, for me, is a problem is

Nathan's look.

The fabric, the blouse.

This feels very matronly.

This pantsuit is very
unflattering, like it had

Problems, and you kind of
shifted it and hid them with

That kind of origami pleat.

No, actually, that was
intentional.

I wanted to take an inspiration
of a skirt and incorporate that

Into a pant to make it not so
harsh.

Clothes communicate so much,
especially in the workplace.

Do you really want that to be
your message--this softness,

This pajama pant, this leisure?

Not really.

I kind of thought, in my mind,
that it is a different kind of

Age group represented in a way.

That's what we were trying to
convey.

To be honest, I think they're
great, apart from one, and the

She does not look like a
sophisticated businesswoman.

I think it's inappropriate.

Her boobs were kind of all over

It was kind of like a souffle

modern.

I think it does have very
editorial touches, particularly

This blue dress.

It's really a show-stopper, and
it's dramatic.

It photographed really
incredible.

And there are some things here
that I think are very wearable.

I love the trousers, and I love
that you guys thought about a

Wide-legged pant and a skinny
pant.

It's great.

Those are sharp-looking pants,
and I appreciate good pants.

The dress is very, very

That little silk crepe
bi-color dress, you could be 22,

You could be 60.

Mm-hmm.

It felt flexible and useful,
which is often what work

Clothing has to be.

And when you look at his
dress in the photograph, the

Dress photographs well.

It's very graphic.

That was also the dress that
looked the best in that fabric.

I love christopher's.

I like--
the whole outfit?

Yeah, I do.

I could see running that for
marie claire at work.

It looks very modern.

The girl sitting down, in the
skirt and the jacket, looks like

Okay, let's talk about the
ones that we didn't like.

Let's focus for a second on
elena.

Let's be honest, she's
obsessed with the shoulder.

So, today was a new version
of the shoulder obsession, but

That is what she loves.

And surprisingly, the other
jacket, the one without the

Shoulders--
was beautiful.

It looked modern and great.

It was great.

She goes too over-the-top with
that shoulder and, frankly, it's

Not that flattering.

And I don't hate a lot of
things at all.

That I hate.

But then, you think about
raul, and he did two tops.

One was boring, and one was
unattractive.

That ruffled top was just
unflattering and really not

ex*cuted well, and then, the
other one, we didn't even know

It was a leather--what was that?

Terrible.

Horrible.

I think, when we look at
gunnar, it was an unfortunate

Use of the fabric.

Messy.

Cut poorly.

The boobs on that were just
disastrous.

Yeah.

When that dress came down the
runway, I thought it looked like

Two puppies wrestling in a sack.

It's not good.

And, realistically, no one's
wearing that to work.

Well, no one's wearing it
anywhere.

When you really look at team
six, with dmitry's dress and

Then the trouser and the jacket,
that one's kind of spot-on as a

Modern work moment.

The graphic of the dress is
very strong.

It feels more youthful.

When we look at team five's
photo, they're actually at work.

They're engaged.

Yeah.

I love that photograph, but
you can't see the really great

Item on it, which is the skirt.

You get fabio's dress, and you
do get a lot of gunnar's dress.

And if we could crop gunnar's
look out, it would be even

Then, that means gunnar goes

Oh, gosh.

I just think that team six
had a more modern approach.

I think they look polished,
successful.

I don't know why, I liked
team five, as a whole, more.

I would find more outfits in
that team than I would find in
