in a stroller and walk."

My daily responsibility
as an accountability coach

is to remind my clients,
"You can do it,

and you are worth it."

And as cheesy as it sounds,

getting that one
little text from me

makes all the difference
to somebody.

For me, I always kind of
struggled with my weight,

a big weight fluctuater.

Has there been
a lot of weight gain?

- Yes.

- I mean, I weighed
over 200 pounds.

I've struggled with my weight,

holding myself accountable.

I have a great marriage,
