I come up with the idea for the living memoir.

It's an online blog for people to express how they're feeling.

If a mother loses her child,

She can anonymously write down how she's feeling

And not be afraid to expose herself.

And like, or like, kids that are starting to feel depressed

And, like, suicidal,

They can anonymously write down how they're feeling.

And somebody can relate to somebody.

You know? - That's awesome.

- So then you know, "a," you're not alone,

And "b", you know, you're not crazy.

This is a common, you know, feeling.

- Knowing you're helping people--it's, like--

You can't go wrong there.

- I've set my sights, and it's gonna happen.

Today I'm going to meet trevor and travis.

They are helping me design everything

For the living memoir.

I'm making big moves, every single day.

Well I was raised mormon, and I knew at a very early age

That, you know, I was attracted to the same sex.

And I was just like, what a disgrace to my family it'd be.

And I was so depressed, I didn't know what to do.

I had no one to talk to. Like, nobody to talk to.

I mean, there were, like,

Many times where I wanted to take my life

Because I couldn't come out.

It was hard, but I finally just let it all out.

After I came out, I felt that I could kind of be myself.

So, I'm, like, "you know, I'm gonna be a fashion designer,

I'm gonna move out to l.a.

I'm here, I'm alive, and I'm just living.

- Is that--yeah, living, living.

That's--that's--that's our tag for the living memoir.

We basically started with this concept,

It's where you post your blog, tell your story.

- This is so sick.

- Haven't seen this yet.

We waited till you guys got here.

- So, like, the living memoir was created by nathan.

It's so different now.

So here's the thing with nat's whole charity.

They want to promote awareness and prevent suicide

Through, like, a blog, which is an awesome idea.

- And should be taken off the ground.

But to get money,

He wants to go into business with these two guys

That he met at a bar

And then sell these watches to benefit his charity.

They're young. They're excited.

But they're very self-absorbed.

- So you're gonna sell watches to make money,

And then give a portion of it to--

- He'll get a portion of what the watches sell,

And then donate a portion of that

To the charity.

So now it's gotten diluted

From actually being about the issue

And being a charity to being a business

That also feeds back into their watch company

And makes a profit for them at the watch company.

You see what I'm saying?

It's super screwy.

So with all that dilution,

He's losing sight of the entire charity thing.

- Does he have a lawyer?

Does he have a lawyer looking at anything?

- No. - That's really odd.

- And, like, I don't want to throw a drink in his face

And be like, "you're not doing this right," but he's not.

I just don't know how to go about it eloquently.

And so I'm hoping that maybe

Because you have that experience,

That you and I can both

Go sit down and talk to him and be like, "hey--"

Signing any contracts yet.

He needs to sign nothing yet.
