Beyond Belief (2010)

Post by bunniefuu »

[MUSIC PLAYING]

NARRATOR: I had that dream
again last night, the one

where I'm trapped inside
a Salvador Dali painting

and I can't get out.

I'm alone in a room with
no windows or doors.

Everything is spinning
as I drift through space.

People pass by.

I try to reach them.

I cannot move.

There's a giant hourglass.

I have until the sand
runs out to escape.

I have to wake up before
the sand runs out,

or I'll be stuck in
the painting forever.

NARRATOR : This
moment is strange.

This experience we're having,
this flow of colors and sands.

It's like a collective
dream, and we can't wake up.

Do you like where
you are in your life?

Do you like the way
things are going?

Do you like the
people around you?

Who do you want to be?

And what do you want to be?

What do you love?

What really sets your on fire?

What is it that you want?

What is it that you want
to attract and manifest

and to enjoy in your life?

We have To be clear
on our intention.

What is it that we want
to manifest in our life?

What you intend is your
order form to the universe.

The greater aspect of who we
are is that part of the iceberg

that is below the water level--

The point of power is now.

It's in this moment.

No one is going to
take responsibility

for your life but you.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

If you want to
achieve something,

the most important
thing to do is to think

about what you do want.

It's a natural thing
for people to think

about what they don't want.

But if you want to
go from where you are

to where you want to be,
there's some basic steps

that you have to do.

Number one, you have to
decide where's the want to be.

Where do I want to go?

Some people do
know what they want.

Some people don't
know what they want.

If you don't know what you
want, then you need to get

clarity on what you do want.

NARRATOR : A goal properly
set is halfway reached.

When you have clarity
about what you want,

it's like a laser beam.

You begin by thinking
of your goals--

First of all--

Objectives,
desires consciously.

What do you want?

-And you need to get specific.
-Yup.

It needs to be measurable.

It needs to be as if now,
which means in present tense.

It needs to be
positively stated.

It needs to be timed.

But by when do you want it?

Sometime in the future?

I mean, one year is
different from years

is different from years.

I tell you once you
start to want, get really

clear about what matters to you,
what you're passionate about,

and you're committed
to being good at it,

your whole life
changes in that moment.

NARRATOR : Follow your
bliss and the universe

will open doors for you
where there were only walls.

The other thing that's
really critical to getting

to where you are to
where you want to go

is you have to make some move.

You have to do the doingness.

You have to get in
the car and drive.

You have to do the work.

So when the impulses come, and
the ideas come, act on them.

Whatever action item
comes to your mind,

as little as it may seem, or
as out there as it may seem,

take that first step,
because that will lead you

logically to your next
step, And then that

will lead you to your next.

Let the path evolve
in front of you

and don't worry so much
about figuring it out.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

I believe in setting
goals, but not being

attached to those outcomes.

This is always the thing
that trips people up.

They think if I really want
it, how can I surrender it?

You don't surrender the
goal or the intention.

You surrender your
attachment to it.

Surrender is not like
a giving up on life.

It's surrendering your need
to manipulate and control it.

That's what you're
really surrendering.

The more desperate you are
to achieve a certain outcome,

the more that
needy, urgent energy

will push that outcome away.

Behind detachment lies
fear, the fear that things

aren't going to go away.

So where we find
ourselves clinging,

where we find ourselves
attached, if we look a little

deeper, what we find is fear.

So when we can lose
the expectations

and the attachments to outcome,
we take ourselves out of that

and we leave room for the
infinite possibilities

that exist in this world.

The greatest contents of
our life come unexpectedly.

They're surprise.

This is why creative
experiences are

often called ah-ha experiences.

So be prepared for that ah-ha.

Well, I found the great secret
to attracting whatever you

want in your life
is to not need it,

or to not be attached to it.

If you want to prevent
it, be attached, need it,

be addicted to it even.

If you want it to actually
roll into your life

easily and effortlessly,
be at peace with it.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Are you willing to be
responsible for your life?

Are you willing to be
responsible for both

the good and the bad?

Because to the extent that
you deny your creatorship

in creating your
world, to that extent

you rob yourself of the
power to create what

you want in your future.

That means whatever is
showing up in your life,

you don't come from a
place of being a victim.

You don't move into
blaming, complaining,

making excuses justifying.

But rather, just accept
what is happening,

take responsibility,
and move forward

from an angle of being a victor
in life rather than a victim.

NARRATOR : The only thing that
will stop you from fulfilling

your dreams is you.

How people are treating
you, that's their journey.

But how you respond,
that's yours.

I am choosing my actions, and
I'm also choosing my reactions.

And those have consequences.

You know, it's not
the things that happen

to you that really matter.

It's the meaning
you give the things

that happen to you that matter.

The meaning you give
any particular event

can bring you down
or bring you up.

So are we responsible?

We are responsible as we are
in the midst of our lives

to become conscious.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Your life is
reflecting back to you.

Right now, what you've
been thinking about,

what you've been giving
your attention to.

Science tells us that
everything in the universe

is made up of energy, including
our thoughts, our words,

our feelings, and our actions.

So we draw to us based upon
our energetic vibration.

Basically our
thoughts are sending

out signals like a radio wave.

And those radio waves
are basically saying,

I want things to come
back into my life that

match the vibration of that.

So if I'm in fear
and resignation,

then I'm going to attract more
things to be in fear about

and to be resigned to.

I'm of the opinion that you
have attracted everything

in your life, everything.

Right down to the other people,
right down to your boss,

right down to your family,
friends, everything,

no exceptions whatsoever.

The only disclaimer I say
is that you brought them

into your life unconsciously.

Most of the time, most
of us are so unconscious,

we don't even notice it.

Our brains and
bodies and our minds

have such an enormous potential,
but we don't often find

that we're aligned with that.

And I think a lot of that
has to do with the fact

that we don't believe that
such a thing is possible.

So what prevents us
from using this power?

What prevents us from
actually creating

the life that we really love
and want and desire and long

to attract?

And it's the whole idea
of limitations that

are in your unconscious mind.

There are limitations about
self worth, about deservingness,

about self image.

It's the programming you
and I got when we were born.

In other words, you have
unresolved stuff in your past,

which is preventing
you from having

what you want in your future.

Exactly.

People may be
thinking to themselves,

I'm doing all the right
things to manifest my dreams.

I'm thinking all
the right things.

But what are they
thinking subconsciously?

[MUSIC PLAYING]

If you didn't achieve your
goals, objectives, and desires,

and dreams so far in your
life, or maybe some of them,

but maybe not all of them,
the question is why not.

We believe that we
are actually running

our lives with our
desires and our wishes

and what we want from life.

And yet, we are now beginning
to find out that those beliefs

are not running the show.

It's the programs in
the subconscious mind

that run the show.

And since we're generally
unaware of these programs when

they're automatically playing,
hence the name unconscious

mind, we rarely, rarely see
that it is our own behaviors

that are limiting us.

There is a certain part of our
experience that is conscious.

A lot of studies have
shown that essentially they

say we have seven,
plus or minus two,

things that can be in conscious
awareness at any time.

The rest is like the
bottom of an iceberg.

It's unconscious.

Most of our lives
are determined by,

quote, "unconscious
programming," programs that

might go all the way back
to when we were children,

two, three years old.

In fact, some of the most
powerful ones, the ones that

were established back then.

NARRATOR : Beliefs
have the power to create

and the power to destroy.

There's some seeds
that have been planted

in the subconscious mind
that may have told us what we

cannot do and what we can do.

Now, the truth of the
matter is that many of us

walk through the
world unconsciously

not aware of the conditioning
and the programming

that we've had.

There are two parts to the
mind that influence our lives.

There's the conscious part
and the unconscious part.

The unconscious mind is not
anything that's mysterious.

It's not anything that is,
in spite of what Freud said,

evil or nasty.

Really, the unconscious
mind is the part of our mind

that we're not conscious of.

The unconscious mind is
also the part of you that's

in charge of your memories.

So it stores your
memories, it's part of how

you know that you're you.

The supporting mind,
the subconscious mind

is essentially the equivalent
of a record playback device.

It records experience
and learns behavior

and at the push of a button,
can play those behaviors back.

Your subconscious mind is
the hard drive of your life.

And it is given the information,
programmed if you want,

when you're a youth, when
you're a child, either

by the treatment
or the information

that you consistently get.

During our
developmental period,

which is from fetal
development to age five,

our brain is in a
specific state of activity

called a hypnogogic trance.

Essentially our brain is
downloading information

about the environment and
putting it in as programs

into the subconscious mind.

This hard drive is programmed
with some core beliefs.

And if the core belief is I'm a
failure, if the core belief is

I'm not valuable, I'm not
powerful in my own life,

that will be embedded in
your subconscious mind.

And as you grow up,
you may not even

think in those
terms word for word,

but your entire belief
system and your thoughts

will be filtered through those
understandings of yourself,

your place in the world,
and your power in your life.

When we have an experience
where something triggers

that subconscious pattern
that's been buried in our mind,

our body and our life
respond as if it's

experiencing that moment
for the very first time.

Even we acquired learning
of new experiences

back when we were three,
four, five years of age,

it doesn't make a difference if
you're or years of age,

those programs are playing
actively in the subconscious

mind as present tense programs.

Our behavior is unconscious.

When we react to
something, we don't

think first, oh, I'm going
to do this, or this, or that.

We react, and then we think,
oh, I reacted that way.

Where do you get
these programs from?

And the answer is you download
them from your parents,

your siblings, your community
that you're growing up in.

We come into the
world and we're taught

what to pay attention to.

That's really what our
conditioning in programming

in life is about.

We drop into these
families and they tell us

what's important in the world.

So people are used to listening
to these negative messages

to themselves that may have
come about from a fearful parent

or a fearful teacher.

The truth is that
the conditioning

and the programming that
we have gotten from birth

within our family circle,
within our culture,

within our community does
not define who we are.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Much of what we come to
believe we are, to think we are

is not who we are.

Sometimes what you
believe isn't true.

You believe you have
to get more sleep.

You believe you have
to do x, y, and z,

or be connected, or have a PhD
in order to achieve your goals.

And the point is
none of that's true.

People come to study with
me and they often say,

Julia, I don't have a
creative bone in my body.

But I've been teaching
for years now,

and I have yet to meet a person
who isn't creative in some way.

Perception is not a
fact, but a mirror.

It is our state of mind
projected outwards.

NARRATOR : Reality
is merely an illusion,

albeit a very persistent one.

We have this belief that
just because we have a thought

means that it's true.

Silly.

Just because you have a
thought doesn't mean it's true.

It's very important to learn
to question your thoughts.

I have people do an exercise
where I ask them to write out

the reason I can't be a
brilliant and prolific

creative artist is.

And they will find
that they have

lots of irrational thoughts
related to being an artist.

And so when we
get people to look

at these subconscious
beliefs, people begin to say,

oh, that's sort of silly.

That's not true.

If you're in a
negative emotion,

if you feel fear, anxiety,
depression, that is your body's

way of telling you
you're in a belief

or in a thought system
that is dishonoring to you,

that is agitating to you.

All you have to do is
stop and think about, OK,

what am I making this mean?

Sometimes we don't even make
beliefs based on our thoughts.

We are picking up
beliefs from others

without even really
consciously doing it.

Our beliefs often are
beliefs of other people.

Most of us live
in belief systems.

It's the water that
we're swimming in.

We have all these
belief systems that tell

us what we can and can't do.

A belief really creates a
certain focus for our thinking.

It shapes our thinking.

And of course, then our
thinking shapes our behavior.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Belief is not just an idea.

It also has a
neurological aspect.

We say it gets in the muscle.

We have a cognitive mind, but
there's also a schematic mind.

Beliefs are where
those two things meet.

So empowering beliefs are what
allow us to create reality,

to create things
that don't yet exist.

NARRATOR : Healing is an
effect of changing beliefs.

Change the mind,
change the body.

The placebo effect
is a good example

of how a belief in
something can create

an actual, physical effect.

NARRATOR: The placebo effect
is an improvement in health

due not to any treatment,
but only to a person's belief

that he or she will get better.

Pharmaceutical
drugs are routinely

tested against
the placebo effect

to gauge the drug's
effectiveness.

According to medical
research, the placebo effect

occurs over % of the time.

In other words, if you're
thinking positively,

it will affect destruction
of your brain in one way.

And if you're
thinking negatively,

it will effect destruction of
your brain in another week.

And therefore you
have different effects

all throughout the
cells of your body.

NARRATOR: Our bodies are
composed of over % water.

There is a strong connection
between the quality

of our lives and the
quality of the water,

which makes up our bodies.

Japanese researcher Masaru Emoto
conducted extensive experiments

on water around the world.

He documented how
the energy vibrations

in the water's environment can
affect the molecular structure

of the water.

By freezing water samples
and then taking pictures

of the frozen crystals with
a dark field microscope,

he found that certain
bodies of water

form the most beautiful
crystalline structures,

while others caused
the molecular structure

to break down.

In a similar experiment, he
discovered energy vibrations

of thoughts and words can
also cause significant changes

to the structure of water.

By directing written and spoken
words towards water samples,

freezing the samples,
and then taking

a photographs of
the crystals, he

found that negative thoughts
and words directed at water

destroyed the water crystals,
causing them to break down,

while positive thoughts
and words, such as love

and gratitude, caused the
most beautiful crystal

clusters to form.

Dr. Emoto's work
provides evidence

that thoughts and words
affect the molecular structure

of the water in our bodies.

Because our bodies
are % to % water,

everything that we think,
everything that we feel,

all the experiences of our life,
the music that we listen to,

have an impact on the molecular
structure of the water

that makes up our body.

We have to be very careful
with what we think, how we feel,

because our thoughts
and feelings

are always being converted into
chemicals in our body all day.

For example, if you're thinking
about something that you love,

then that can be actually
affecting cells in your heart.

If you're thinking of stuff
that makes you stressed,

for example, then you may
be having structural changes

in cells in your liver.

So these thoughts
are actually stored

biochemically and at
the cellular level all

throughout your body.

NARRATOR: A nocebo effect is the
opposite of the placebo effect.

The nocebo effect is a decrease
in health due to a person's

thoughts and beliefs.

The nocebo effect is exactly
the same as the placebo effect,

but in the opposite
direction, meaning as much

as a positive thought can
be used to invoke healing,

a negative thought can actually
cause disease and death.

So our beliefs to determine
our relationship with everything

else in the world.

To me, one of the examples where
I really experienced the power

of belief was in coaching my
mother, who had a recurrence

of metastatic breast cancer.

She'd had cancer once
and it came back.

And it was at what's
called stage five.

And there's no stage six.

And she was basically she
had several months to live.

She didn't feel like
there was any future.

So how do you coach
somebody in that situation?

By helping her to
find where, first

become in touch with
those limiting beliefs,

find out where they
were, and then transform

those into empowering beliefs.

I remember she used to say
that when that first happened,

it was the worst thing
that ever happened to her.

years later, when she
was still very much alive,

had a remarkable recovery,
because she had shifted

many things inside of
her, she had shifted

her own programming, she
would look back at that time

and say that was the best
thing that ever happened to me.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

What are the limiting beliefs?

They are the conditioned
ideas, false ideas

that the world tells us
about, that we can't do

certain things, if you're a
certain gender, the things you

can't do, if you're a certain
ethnicity, the things you can't

do, things that
you're expected to do,

things that you're
not expected to do.

All of those things are
really made up things.

How would you identify what is
a negative thought that I have?

What is a limiting
belief that I have?

About me, about my capabilities,
and also about the world

around me, about the
loved ones in my family,

about my business, about my
finances, about my health?

I think to get clear on what
you're limiting beliefs are,

I think what you have
to do first of all

is you have to look at
what you can accomplish

and what you can't accomplish.

Notice those things
you succeeded at

and notice those things
you didn't succeed at.

And ask yourself, what
do I believe about that?

That's probably a really good
way to get clear on what's

going on up here.

The classic signs
of limiting beliefs

are hopelessness,
helplessness, worthlessness.

So when people
feel hopeless, that

comes from the limiting belief
that something isn't possible.

It's hopeless.

If somebody feels helpless,
even if something is possible,

what they're going to sense
is this may be possible,

but I am not capable.

And worthlessness means,
I don't deserve it.

It's actually a limiting belief
about myself, my identity.

Like maybe you'd
rather make more money,

but you have a belief of no
one in our family ever did,

so I can't.

Or maybe you want to get
into a great relationship,

but you believe I've never
been in a great relationship

so how could I possibly do it.

Human beings need
belief to survive.

But most of us has
dysfunctional beliefs.

NARRATOR : We will act
consistently with our view

of who we truly are, whether
that view is accurate or not.

Limiting beliefs stop us
from using the capabilities

that we actually have.

And where's your
belief system formed?

It's formed in your
subconscious mind.

And you may not be aware
of the core beliefs

that you're carrying
with you, but they

are intrinsic to your
destiny creation.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Many people get stuck,
because their subconscious

thoughts are not in
alignment with what

they're consciously wanting.

The problem when is that
everything at the unconscious

level, which is not complete.

That means it's unresolved.

That means there's more
to do or say about it.

Anything which is
not complete can

be brought up by the unconscious
mind to have you work on it.

And that's the problem
with positive thinking.

The problem with
positive thinking

is that we try to
think positively,

but then if there's something
unresolved at the unconscious

level, regarding that, it
will come out in our face

and we'll have to go, oh, no.

A lot of people say just go
around and say what you want

to create, like I'm a
millionaire, and I'm valuable,

and I'm powerful.

But if your subconscious
mind is deeply

indoctrinated in the total
opposite of that statement,

it's going to resist.

In fact, it's going to say
to you who are you kidding?

You're not valuable.

You're not powerful.

I remember when
I wanted to change

my beliefs about prosperity.

So I went out and I
bought some books.

For two years, I said
to myself everything

and everybody prospers me now.

And that's about how much--

That's nice.

It's a very good affirmation.

I think it took
me about two years

to consciously
change that belief.

Now, I could have done
it much more quickly.

With the work we do, we can
change beliefs in a matter

of about minutes.

So what's the difference?

The difference is that a
conscious belief, even when

we change it consciously, we
say, I'm not going to believe

that anymore, our beliefs and
our attitudes and our values

are generally unconscious.

Stored unconsciously.

They're stored unconsciously.

And so they affect us and they
come from the unconscious mind.

And so the change needs to
occur at the unconscious level

for the change to be completed.

In many circles, especially
as people been talking

about the law of
attraction, people are told,

you can have anything
that you want.

In some cases, they say
fake it till you make it.

Act as if, and then
it will happen.

Well, if you do
that and underneath

it is a set of negative
ideas and programming

that you didn't even
realize you had,

then you get what you
feel, not what you say,

not what you think.

So you say all the
affirmations in the world,

you can say all the prayers, you
can visualize, and all of that.

But if underneath it,
the feeling tone that's

underneath it, is one of fear,
or a sense of impossibility,

you get what you feel.

When your unconscious
thoughts are things like,

I'm not good enough to get
what it is I'm hoping for,

or I don't really deserve that,
those have a tremendous power

to block or limit
your ability to draw

in what it is you're wanting.

We set a conscious goal.

And we have a conscious belief.

But the unconscious beliefs
can get in the way of that.

And that's because
they're not in alignment.

They're not congruent.

They're not essentially
saying the same thing.

So in terms of if
you want importance

of conscious mind
versus unconscious mind,

guess who always wins?

The unconscious mind does.

The unconscious
mind always wins.

NARRATOR: % of the day
our life is being controlled

by the perceptions and
beliefs that are programmed

in the subconscious mind.

We can become fully conscious
and aware that the programming,

the conditioning that our
life experiences have given us

do not define us.

It's not who we are.

It's how we learn to be.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Be aware of the words
that you're using,

because they represent
the thoughts that

are streaming through you mind.

Change your thought,
change your life.

The language that
we use internally

and externally basically
has a profound effect

on all areas of life.

We have , thoughts a day,
and for the average person,

% of those are negative.

When you change some of these
patterns of your thinking,

then it not only
influences your language,

it influences how you feel
about your own capabilities.

And one of the things that I
do and I recommend people do

is to pay attention
to their self talk.

DISEMBODIED VOICES: I'm a loser.

They're out to get
me, I'm telling you.

I'm a failure.

I'm so stupid.

I'll never be happy.

I can't believe I did that.

I hate my job.
I'm so lonely.

I hate my job.
I hate my life.

Nobody loves me.

Life is hard.
I hate my life.

I'm a loser.

He doesn't love me.

So all of our thoughts,
feelings, words,

and actions impact what
it is we draw to us.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Your beliefs are critical
in terms of your ability

to manifest what it is you want
in life, because you're going

to manifest those things that
are in accordance and alignment

with your beliefs.

If you believe it's
difficult to make money,

then you're going to
have experience of being

difficult to make money.

If you believe it's
easy to make money,

you're going to
create experience

where it's easy to make money.

How do you actually use
the law of attraction?

How do you attract
something to you?

And again, it's the
unconscious mind.

NARRATOR : Whatever
you determine

to be true in your subconscious
becomes true for you.

If I'm planting seeds of
thoughts of lack and limitation

and I'm wanting to be
prosperous and have abundance,

the law works without fail.

If I'm planting
that seed of lack,

I'm going to tend to
experience lack in my life.

And if that's not what I want,
I get to dig up that seed

and plant something else.

What's actually
going on is you're

tracking what you believe
on an unconscious level.

You're unconsciously
saying, I want money,

but I don't believe
I'm going to get it.

And what you're sending
out is a signal of I don't

believe I'm going to get it.

And the universe will say, yes,
and not give you any money.

So if we have a hope or a dream
and we dream about it often,

we hope that it comes,
we imagine it coming in

and literally feel how
great that would feel,

then that is natural law,
the law of attraction.

That will come into our lives.

But if we do not
believe in that,

it's like we block off
the flow of that reality

coming towards us.

So our own beliefs that
such a thing is not possible

or if we don't deserve
such and such a thing,

then we actually block the
achievement of that reality.

Your life today is a print
out of your subconscious mind.

Whatever is not
working likely is

due to a program
that will prevent

you from getting what you want.

Those beliefs within
you are the ones

that are actually going out and
creating the reality you have.

NARRATOR : You
can have anything

you want if you will give up the
belief that you can't have it.

A lot of what is
influencing us is not

going to be in our initial
conscious thoughts.

So you have to
dig a little deeper

and see where these core
beliefs that keep turning you

back to the same issues, the
same negative conclusions,

may be.

And once you find them, you can
reverse them and reverse what

your consciousness will create.

Knowing that, you
get to now choose.

You get to choose
differently and in order

to do that, you have to be
aware of your thoughts, what

you give your attention
to most of the time.

NARRATOR : Behind
every behavior

is a positive intention.

Behind every behavior
is a positive intention.

So first of all, rather than
just trying to struggle with,

one of the things
we say is that you

actually will not change your
belief by struggling it in.

The first thing to do is to find
out its positive intentions.

So even a limiting belief
will be trying to do

something for us, protect us.

See, a belief in and
of itself, at least

the way that I think
about them, is all beliefs

are the result of learning.

They have a role.

And they have
something to teach us.

In the unconscious
mind are going

to be tremendous resources, what
we call unconscious competences

that we don't know
we have, as well

as the unconscious limitations.

But we've got to find
those limitations.

I think it's like
peeling an onion,

getting down to the core.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

In order for you to be able
to create everything you want

in your universe, you're going
to need to come to the cause

side of the equation.

And the cause side of the
cause and effect equation

says, I am at cause.

I'm the creator of everything
that happens in my universe.

That doesn't mean I created
everything consciously,

because what we say is that
the sum total of your conscious

and unconscious together--
-Choices.

Conscious and unconscious
choices, decisions, beliefs,

attitudes, thoughts,
behaviors, all of that packaged

together puts you where you
are right now in your life.

Allowing yourself to
investigate what you need

to change is going to
empower you way more then

your denial of the negativity
that's already there.

You can deny your core belief
negativity all you want.

You still carry it in
your cellular memory.

NARRATOR : Taking
responsibility for your beliefs

and judgments gives you
the power to change them.

There are unconscious
beliefs that if we don't deal

with them, if we
don't embrace them,

we're never going to be able
to be manifesting what we focus

on with our conscious mind.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

It doesn't take
years of therapy

to change your
subconscious mind.

And here's the beauty
of quantum physics.

Even just a slight
shift in consciousness

can create huge results,
amazing results in reality.

If any belief system
is not useful to you,

learning to give it up
is extremely important

for a creative person.

NARRATOR : When I
let go of what I am,

I become what I might be.

What's of a positive
nature that supports you?

What's not supporting you?

What's blocking you?

Because ultimately, the
blocks that you have

prevent you from achieving
your maximum potential.

When you start to become
aware of these beliefs that

are holding you back, you are
now at choice to continue them

or to let them go.

Choose beliefs to support
you in having what you want.

If you want to have money and
you want to make it easily,

then start believing
and choosing to believe

it's easy to make money.

Go inwards and have
fun on this experience

and create the beliefs that are
going to put you on the path

that you most desire.

See we meet the core of who
you are is a beam of light,

is a magnificent beam.

And it's all covered
up and hidden

behind the negative
thoughts, emotions, beliefs

that you accumulated
from the past.

If you've got a limiting
belief that you've

had your whole life, it's
going to run pretty strong.

It's going to be a pretty
strong force field.

So you need some
sort of a technique

that will allow you to interact
directly with the energy.

The reason I'm able
to do what I do now

and to have the car, houses,
income, fame, fortune,

glory, whatever you
want to call it,

is that I've been working
on myself a long time.

I was homeless
over years ago.

I was in poverty for the longest
time when I lived in Houston.

And people say, what
was the one thing

you did to get off the streets
and get out of poverty?

The only one thing I did
was work on my beliefs.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

We live in a fabulous
time, because there are so

many great tools and
technologies that are out there

available for us to use.

You've got right
now inside of you all

the capabilities to
still achieve, regardless

of what age you are--

All the power you need.

All the power you need
is inside you right now.

Now, the question is how to
get in touch with that power,

how to let go of
what limits you,

how to let go of those
limiting beliefs, thoughts,

negative emotions that prevent
you from moving from here

to there where you want to be.

You cannot solve a problem
with the same thinking

that's creating the problem.

The first step to any
kind of problems solving

is to get outside
of the thinking

that is actually creating it.

I have found that
solutions to problems

come when you are present.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

One of the first
things that you

do when fears and
limiting beliefs come up

is to become aware of it.

Without any conscious
awareness, nothing can shift.

As best as you can,
stop, take a breath,

recognize that you're
feeling something,

and get in touch with the
body sensations of it.

Get your feet on the floor.

Recognize where the anger
or whatever the emotion is.

Is it in your stomach?

Is it in your neck?

Is it in your face?

Is it in your mouth?

And just by stopping to observe
it, you'll start to dissipate.

It will start to change.

And some movement,
some breathing room

will automatically happen.

And that is done when you are
an observer of your life, when

you're a witness.

Being an observer is a
very powerful position

to be in for your life,
because it takes you

out of just reacting to things.

Most of us are on
automatic pilot.

We just go through our
days, having the same

occurring thoughts by habit.

The first thing
that we've got to do

is to become aware,
to become conscious,

to become present in the moment
to what our thoughts are.

If you don't become present in
the moment to what's going on,

you have no hope of
changing for the future.

So one of the most important
things we can cultivate

is this sense of
self observation,

learning to step
back and have kind

of a compassionate
detached view of the self.

From that place, then
we can apply our tools.

To take the time to also be
conscious that I am conscious,

be conscious of the I,
as soon as I do that,

then the moment
starts to change.

To get still, to get quiet, to
move into a place of serenity

and actually listen.

Each and every moment holds
infinite possibilities when you

choose to be in that moment.

Most people today are
somewhere that they aren't.

I would say the most
people's source of stress

is the distance
between where they are

and where they're trying to be,
or where they're caught up in.

We become stocking in our
story about who we are.

And we start to even
forget we're really alive.

Once we begin to pay
attention to the moment,

then we can reverse
that process.

You start to wake up,
and you come to life.

There are many
ways that you can

practice present
time consciousness,

living in the moment.

One, very simply, is the breath.

The mixture and the dance
of the breath and movement

brings a person into the moment,
being aware of their body.

So the further we
travel into the future

with attachment, with fear, the
further we travel into the past

with regret or doubt, the more
we rob our vitality and energy

in the moment.

The only place where
energy exists is now.

The simplest way to start
and engage with the process

of waking up is to
simply become aware

of the mystery of this moment.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

I like to say that there
are two major tools.

The first one is morning
pages, which is an inner tool.

What they are are three pages of
longhand, early morning stream

of consciousness about
absolutely anything.

It encourages people to look
squarely at their lives.

As people do this, they
begin to experience

an alternative to their
negative belief system.

NARRATOR : You
alone are painting

your own canvas, thought by
thought, choice by choice.

And the second tool is a
tool that I call artist dates.

Now artist dates are fun.

They are an assigned,
once-a-week,

solo, festive expedition to do
something that interests you.

I believe that when people
pursue their creativity,

they are, in effect,
pursuing a spiritual path.

They begin to have
more intuition.

They begin to have
more coincidence.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Intuition is something that
can open you up to your gut

feeling, your inner voice.

It's a secret weapon, really,
in terms of living life.

Your body is a
feedback mechanism.

When you're feeling joy and
you're feeling aliveness

and you're feeling enthusiastic
and your body's loose

and relaxed and you're ready
to play and you're having fun,

that's positive feedback
saying on course.

If you're stiff, if you're ill,
if you're sick, if you're tired

all the time, if you have
migraine headaches, whatever,

that's your body's way of saying
what we're doing is off course.

Listening to your
body will give

you signals about intuition.

And so if you begin to train
yourself, when do I get tired,

when do I feel sick, when do
I feel better around someone,

these are all intuitions.

And most people don't
look at it that way.

As we become more in
touch with ourselves,

we become more deeply in touch
with our intuitive guidance.

And I think we find
that there is a pathway

and that as we proceed a
step at a time, we are led.

Intuition allows you to
tune into correct timing.

Intuition is about
perfect timing.

It's about going
inside, breathing,

centering, and
saying, all right,

when does this feel right?

When is the perfect
timing for this job

or this project to come to
fruition or the soulmate

to come?
When is the perfect timing?

And then again, you have
to get neutral to an end

and see what the
timing is, instead

of constantly getting frustrated
about things not happening.

That was huge for me to become
present to what was going

on right now, to learn how
to follow my intuition,

to recognize what intuition
was, that it wasn't just

some crazy, wild idea
that came from no where,

that it was being delivered
to me for a reason,

and to act on it
with just trust,

even though it made no
particular sense to me.

By tuning into
your intuition, you

will look at in the zone
on that path and moving

towards your purpose.

NARRATOR : The most important
question you'll ever ask

is whether the universe
is a friendly place.

One of the most
important things

I think people can have in
life to support their life

is a belief that this
is a friendly universe.

I began to assume at the
world is conspiring to my good.

It's all happening to
take me to my dreams.

It's all happening
to help me evolve.

It's all happening to
help me be more aware,

that it's actually all good.

If I know that the universe
is always out to support you,

I will look for the lesson and
the gift in every circumstance.

As people work with
their creativity,

they begin to
experience the universe

as a much friendlier place.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

So many people in
the world are focused

on what's missing
in their lives,

rather than on all the
amazing things that they have

and that we have collectively.

See, we can only think
one thought at a time.

But I get to choose what
that thought is going to be.

And I choose to be grateful.

One of the quickest ways
to truly manifest everything

you want your life--
and it seems so simple--

but it's just to simply
be grateful for everything

you do have.

And I'm talking about
the little things,

not all of the obvious
things, but just

a feeling of gratitude.

Because from a law of
attraction point of view,

if you're in a feeling
state of gratitude,

you're attracting more
things to be grateful for.

The energy of appreciation
is one of the most powerful

vibrations, one of the
most magnetic vibrations,

that you can engage in.

And so the more
you are grateful,

the more you can
attract the things

that you want into your life.

And it's just going
to flow naturally.

So be grateful.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Our mind is the most
powerful tool that we have.

And it only works when it's
open, just like a parachute.

It's like if the
parachute's open, it works.

Our mind's the same way.

For me the connection
between being in the now

and creating what
I want for my life

has a lot to do with acceptance,
accepting myself for who

and what I am right now.

The importance of
acceptance is this.

We have to allow other people
to be the way they are,

and we have to allow ourselves
and accept the way we are.

Whenever I'm in judgment
of another person,

of a group of people,
of myself, of a building

I'm in, whatever it might be.

Judgment is not in alignment
with the essence of who I am.

It takes me out of
alignment with source.

The trick is to learn to
be able to notice things

without putting
any tags on them,

because the thing that
stops you being successful

are truly the
negative judgments.

NARRATOR : What you
resist, persists.

So often we want to fight or
resist our negative thoughts.

That will never get us anywhere.

There's the old saying
what we resist persists.

Yeah.
So what you resist will persist.

And the reason it persists is
because the unconscious mind is

trying to get a message to you.
-It is.

The unconscious mind is
trying to get a message to you,

hey, change those
things you don't like.

-Take action.
-Let them go.

Do something.

Do something.

If we want to transform
limiting belief,

one of the first things we say
is you cannot fight with it.

And actually trying to fight
with it, trying to deny it,

gives it energy.

It's like somebody pushes
you, you push them back,

you're actually
giving it energy.

So we say you want
to reframe it.

You're going to transform it.

The first step is look
at the positive intention

behind the belief.

Even a limiting beliefs is
there because it's serving

some kind of positive purpose.

The belief I can't do
something, the belief I don't

deserve something,
behind that is usually

some positive intention.

Let's say protection.

So if you're in a holding
pattern of pain, fear, stress,

if you're overwhelmed
with challenges,

the first thing is to
realize is that that pain,

fear, and challenge,
that symtom is a gift.

Strange wrapping paper,
but nonetheless a gift

that your body and life is using
to help you reconnect to parts

of yourself that you've buried.

Sometimes this involves
asking a question.

And it's important to
ask the right question.

So if you have a misfortuned
or a wound in your past,

instead of saying, well, how
terrible is that, say, what

could be the blessing in that?

It trains you to think
about it differently.

Anybody who's ever
been successful

has had to deal with adversity.

And the way that you transform
adversity into opportunity

is through our beliefs.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

NLP stands for Neurolinguistic
Programming, which

is a sophisticated name for
something pretty simple, which

is about how your brain, the
neuro, how your mind works, how

that's affected by your
language, that's linguistic,

and how those two things
determine your behavior.

The best way of saying
what an idea is is--

It's the study of excellence.

Study of excellence.

It's how do you become
excellent by finding out

how other people
who are excellent

perform those
excellent behaviors.

A lot of what NLP is about
is giving people tools,

so that they can get below
the tip of the iceberg,

get below the surface.

NLP has a lot of very, very
powerful and effective ways

of helping people to, let's
say, update their beliefs,

perhaps reorganize them.

NLP says that,
again, our behaviors

are determined by these
neurolinguistic programs.

So part of what the whole
purpose of NLP is about

is to give people more choices
about their own programming,

in a sense, to be able
to program themselves.

But think of it, how
many choices you make--

-On a daily basis.
-Everyday.

From moment to moment.

What choices do you
make that empower you,

what choices you
make on a daily basis

with just your thinking
that empower you,

and what do you make
that disempowers you?

How many choices you
make unconsciously

that you're not even aware of.

So a big part of what
we're doing with NLP

is it's a little bit like you
want to take a flashlight,

you're in a dark room,
take a flashlight,

your consciousness is what
that light is focused on.

And the rest is unconscious.

And if I'm tripping over
something, what I'm calling

the belief barrier,
I'm tripping over it

because I can't
see it, what I want

to be able to do is
take that flashlight

and shine it so I can
see, oh, there that is,

and then have the capability
to be able to move it,

or move it out of
the way, or put

it somewhere where it belongs,
or maybe even take it apart.

NARRATOR: NLP
engages the senses,

seeing, hearing,
feeling, to make changes

at the unconscious level.

NLP is really about simply
making changes inside

of you and the
specific techniques

for making changes
inside of you.

Like for example, if you wanted
to be a great baseball player,

but you still didn't
quite have the strategy

for seeing the ball as it came
towards you, what would you do?

Well, NLP has the
answer to that.

It's the same thing.

How would you be a
great businessman?

How would you create
a great relationship?

Would be the things
you would do inside

your head so that it created
the behavior outside you

so that it was what you wanted?

NARRATOR: Seeing, hearing,
feeling is believing.

One of my
affirmations right now

is I'm joyfully
talking to audiences

of , people or more.

And so that means that I'm
in front of , people

and experiencing the
joy of having that

is if it's already a done deal.

So if I were to close my eyes
and visualize that and say

those words and feel the
feelings of getting a standing

ovation from , people,
then what that would do

is attract to me
this experience.

If we take the idea of
a positive affirmation,

positive affirmation
is essentially

the linguistic part.

It is the language.

You say something
over and over again.

That's not the
neurolinguistic part.

To say something over and
over again in the head

is not necessarily going
to get it into the muscle,

into the body.

So with NLP, you're
engaging something

beyond just the verbal part.

You're engaging the senses.

You're engaging the body.

So I'm saying there's
a somatic mind.

So you have to put
yourself in a situation

where you're feeling what
you would feel if you already

had this thing you want.

So I create a movie
scene of the event

that I want to see
myself experiencing.

And maybe it's only two,
three, or five minutes.

And I'm literally playing
the scene in my mind.

And I'm watching it
unfold in my mind.

So I'm going
through the motions.

I'm seeing this exact
event happening in my life.

i'm walking through it.

I'm experiencing it as
if I'm watching a movie,

only I am the main
character in that movie,

so it's like a scene of the life
that I choose to experience.

The other thing I have
control over is my images.

So I can imagine I'm going
to go out and give a speech,

and I can imagine
that I'm going to fall

on my face and stutter
and trip and people

are going to laugh at me.

Or I can imagive I'm going to
go out and give a great speech

and get a standing ovation.

I have control
over those images.

So what you do with NLP is
you're actually, for example,

using awareness of
your internal imagery,

you're actually bringing
those empowering beliefs more

into the body.

I think some things
we can have fears

and you imagine the
thing that you want.

And you feel afraid, what
if it doesn't happen?

Or you feel fear, like surely
this can't happen for me.

Well, fear and humor cannot
exist in the same space.

It's one or the other.

So what I often do-- and this
makes the visualizations fun.

It makes the movie
scene in my mind fun,

is I create a victory dance.

So halfway through my image,
if I get to a really good part

of my scene where I'm imagining
the thing that I want, just

to make sure there's no fear
or stress or negativity there,

I get to a good part in it where
I really see myself achieving

something, and then I
break into a wee dance,

just a dance I've
choreagraphed for myself,

just something kind of silly and
daft, something that makes me

smile, that fills me with humor,
so that every time I imagine

the thing that I want,
instead of feeling

fear or stress about it,
it actually makes me smile.

So what you want to
do is surround yourself

with external images
of everything you want,

and then close your eyes
and bring that internal.

And again, feel the feelings
you would feel if you had that

that's such a critical part.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Imagine this for a moment,
that you have inside of you

a time machine that
allows you to go back

and revisit stuff in the past.

And it allows you to
go out in the future

and to create those things
that you want in your future.

And you do, because you know
the difference between today,

yesterday, two weeks ago, two
years ago, or years ago.

So how do you know
the difference is

how you internally store time.

And that's called
your timeline.

That's called your timeline.

With timeline therapy
what we do is we

go using the timeline
therapy technique, which

is kind of like a time machine.

We get into our own
personal time machine.

And we go back and we let go
stuff in the past that prevents

us from having what
we want in the future,

like negative emotions,
limiting beliefs,

and limiting decisions.

And then we go forward
into the future,

and we discover how to create
what we want in the future.

One of the key NLP tools
is what we call a timeline.

I get a sense of
where is my future.

Is it there, is it there?

Very often for people their
future has a certain location

in front of them.

And then begin to create mental
imagery, not just the words,

but what is it
going to look like,

what is it going to sound like,
what is it going to feel like,

if I am manifesting that belief.

NARRATOR: Timeline
therapy allows

you to go back to the
root cause of a problem

and heal an issue
which is blocking you.

Once we've discovered where the
timeline is, if we're wanting

to assist a person to let
go of a negative belief

about not being able to make
enough money, for example,

we'd simply have him
float above the timeline

and go back in the past
before that belief occurred.

He would then look at the event
below him and in front of him

as he looked along the
timeline toward now.

And all this process happens
while the person imagines

floating above the timeline.

Again, this is
something that you

could do in your imagination.

You've probably
floated in your dreams

or imagined you were
flying in your dream.

And the process is
simply the same.

So we float above the timeline,
we go back in the past

before the event occurred,
and we notice it disappears.

NARRATOR: Releasing issues from
the past with timeline therapy

allows you to change
the limiting beliefs

in the present.

This is really interesting.

I had one guy from Canada.

And he had $ to his name.

And two years later, his net
worth was over $ million.

Now, this was a
gentleman in his s.

This was a guy in his s who
though he couldn't do anything.

He thought before he
couldn't do anything.

He was Pakistani
gentleman, and today

he's worth over $ million.

Now, that's not
an unusual story.

NARRATOR: When you heal the
past through timeline therapy,

you clear a path to go forward
in your timeline and set goals

for your future.

So once you have a goal and
you thought of it carefully

and it's specified and it's
time and it's perfectly tuned

so that it's exactly about
what you want, then if you drop

that goal into the timeline--
-Into your future.

Into your future timeline
at an absolute specific time,

then who's going to be
in charge of creating

the conditions in
and around you,

so that it attracts
that goal towards you?

And that's your
unconscious mind.

This is actually the mechanics
of the law of attraction.

This is the mechanics.

You simply discover
your future timeline,

where it is, you look
at what you want,

you create what you want,
you envision it if you

make pictures in your head.

If you don't, you
can talk about it.

If you don't, you can feel it.

And then you put it right
out there in your future.

Putting it right out
there in your future

is going to cause it to happen.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Another very powerful tool in
changing your subconscious mind

is the process of hypnosis.

NARRATOR: Hypnosis is a state
you enter into naturally

every day while watching
an exciting movie,

reading a good book,
or daydreaming.

You can actually go into
what is called alphastate.

It's just a deep relaxation.

It's not trance, or
something uncontrollable,

just a deep relaxation,
and then visualize

the end results you want.

Just take a deep
breath and release it

and let the hypnosis empower
it in your subconscious mind.

NARRATOR: Hypnosis has been
used by medical doctors

and other health care
providers for over years

to access the power of
the subconscious mind.

Hypnosis is about
communicating with,

connecting with, and discovering
your unconscious mind.

We don't believe and
we don't teach hypnosis

as power over somebody else.

We don't believe in that
concept, first of all.

-It's not that.
-We don't believe.

But we believe that hypnosis
is very, very useful, first

of all, in learning how to
discover what is it that

runs unconsciously inside you.

Deep inside me, how do
I get in touch with that?

Because if the unconscious mind
is in charge of our behavior,

and by the way, it is.

If the unconscious mind is
in charge of our learning--

And it is.

If the unconscious
mind is in charge

of all change that we make--

And it is.

Then that would be a really
good part of us to get to know.

And hypnosis is about
discovering how to communicate

with the unconscious
mind and being

able to communicate with
that very intimate and deep

part of who you are.

So that when conscious mind
and unconscious mind together

get aligned.
-They work together.

And conscious mind,
for the first time

maybe in many people's
lives, conscious mind

for the first time acknowledges
what are the negative thoughts,

emotions, behaviors
that block us.

When you're aligned, when
your identity and your beliefs

and your capabilities
are aligned,

we call that being in the zone.

What hypnosis does is it allows
you to get beyond the barrier

between the conscious mind
and the unconscious mind,

so that you can begin
to discover some

of the things that are
in the unconscious mind,

so that you can get rid of
them to be able to manifest

and create what you want.

If you can manifest
what you want,

then your conscious mind
and your unconscious mind

are aligned.

The thinking is aligned
consciously and unconsciously.

NARRATOR: Hypnosis
allows you to change

subconscious programs which
prevent you from having what

you want.

You can do restructuring
hypnosis, where you go back

and you rewrite the script.

You can actually reprogram,
so that when you visualize

yourself being
criticized by someone,

you can stand up and get
taller and say, you know what?

I don't allow that anymore.

And you walk out of the picture.

And you take your power back.

I think hypnosis
and timeline therapy

and NLP are really
good ways of the how.

How do you actually make change
in yourself so that it sticks?

The other technique
that I really love

is called EFT, Emotional
Freedom Technique.

So this is a technique
that I can use

and you can use that'll bring
you back into the moment,

because when you're
feeling something,

you've given meaning
to something,

and now you're disturbed by
what's going on in the moment,

you're not in the moment.

You're not present anymore.

EFT stands for Emotional
Freedom Technique.

And what it is is it's a way
of tapping on certain points

in the body that actually are
base around the meridians that

have to do with
fear and so forth.

And they literally disappear.

It's like taking
the dominoes out.

Remember those things
in school where

they would line up dominoes
and know them all over?

Well, if you take four
out, it just stops.

Stops the fear, stops
the limiting beliefs.

It's a tapping technique.

It's basically
treating your body

as if it's an energy system.

And instead of using acupuncture
to open up the energy centers,

you're using a tapping to
open up the energy centers.

So all these different tools,
EFT, breathing, NLP, hypnosis,

these are wonderful
tools at your disposal

to help you go back into
the moment and be present.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

OK, so how to get
out of your own way.

You've realized that you
have obstacles in your world

that you've self-created, you
realize that you've attracted

everything into
your own life based

on your unconscious
belief, you realize

that you have to be in this
point of power to be present.

Here's the thing that
you have to remember.

Whatever information you
were given as a child,

if it does not honor
you and does not

empower you authentically,
it is not your truth.

NARRATOR : We must not
allow other people's

limited perceptions
to define us.

If you're not creating what
you want in your future,

if you're not manifesting
what you want,

or if you're not attracting
those things that you want

to you, then there's still
some incongruency in your past,

and that needs to be cleaned up.

The process of timeline
therapy and letting

go of whatever limitations
you have on your, which

are your negative
and limiting beliefs,

negative thoughts, negative
behaviors, all of those things

that keep you prisoner,
keep you into a box.

And those things, if you
want to let go of them,

you will find many solutions
you've never thought of before.

You will find many strategies
you never utilized.

They were inside
you before that,

but you were never
aware of them.

And the purpose of NLP is
to transform hopelessness

into optimism, obviously,
to hope, to faith, to trust,

to transform helplessness
into confidence,

and worthlessness
into self-esteem.

I find if I get people doing
morning pages, artist dates,

and walking, that
they sort of wake up

to the fact that they don't
have to dream of someday

being able to do something.

They can do a little bit
of something each day.

What intuition can do, it
can allow you to be centered

and true and strong and clear.

And so when you
tap into it, that

keeps you right in the
vortex of your purpose.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

In my studies of genius, I've
written three books strategies

of genius from Mozart, Einstein,
Leonardo DaVinci, Walt Disney.

One of the things that you
find about every genius

is that there was a sense of
being a channel for something

bigger than themselves.

We've each got this
polarity to our nature.

On the one hand, we're
completely particular.

We each have a particular
place in space and time,

unique to ourselves.

No one else can inhabit it.

Unique body, unique
characteristsics.

And then there's the other pole,
which is completely universal.

And that's the
deeper self, where

you and I are completely one.

And there's nothing
to separate us.

Everything and everyone is
interconnected to everything

and everyone else.

The more I realize my
oneness with all that is,

the more I can express it.

So the waking up
happens when we become

conscious of this deeper self.

Inherently, we feel
that call to oneness,

we feel the called to our soul.

And I think in the end,
it's the only thing

that's going to satisfy.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Action is a statement
that I believe,

because I wouldn't
expend energy if it

wasn't something I believed in.

So part of belief
is taking action.

If you're waiting
for the perfect time

or all the answers, you're
never going to take action.

I don't have to
see the whole plan.

I don't have to see
the whole staircase,

as Martin Luther King said.

But I can take the first step.

NARRATOR : Do you really
want to look back on your life

and see how wonderful
it could've been had

you not been afraid to live it.

You know, it's not necessarily
about where you get to.

It's about are you enjoying
the trip along the way?

If we can stop tightening
up and lighten up,

we can enjoy the dream.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

'

We believe that
it's your birthright

to achieve everything you
want to achieve in life.

Just make that choice.

Right here, right now.

Make it from where you
are in this moment.

Now I get to lead my own life.

I get to determine
what my life will be.

I think a lot of
people don't know

that it's an option to just
change your point of view.

It's an arbitrary
thing to begin with.

Thos limiting beliefs?

Just don't let them stop you.

NARRATOR : Our deepest fear
is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we
are powerful beyond measure.

All of our lives are
meant to be artful.

They're meant to be
filled with creativity.

They're meant to be filled
with passion and with humor.

The greatest things of our
life is a result of quantum

leap, ah-ha, surprise.

Remember that.

As I've woken up to this
dream, I feel like I'm actually

beginning to finally enjoy it.

We can shift our
lives in any direction

that we truly choose to.

You can do anything
if you believe you can.
