That's where May and lots of other excited Pokémon Trainers

have gathered to register for entry

in the Pokémon Contest.

Everyone's so psyched!

till the Pokémon Contest opens.

Right, so it makes sense that everyone came early

to get in some practice.

They all look really good.

First off, the most important skill

a Pokémon Coordinator can have is staying calm.

Of course, when a Coordinator is feeling nervous

the Pokémon can sense it

and that can end up as a failed attack plan.

Come to think of it, I did rush that Silver Wind Attack

'cause I was scared. Wow.

A Coordinator should always maintain their poise

no matter what's happening around them.

BROCK So keeping a level head

should be a Coordinator's first priority?

One more thing.

There's more to becoming a great Coordinator

than just doing lots of training

it's important that you also watch what they eat as well.
