is the mark of a good villain, right?

However, it seems Manectric was only getting warmed up.

an attack that's used to store up energy.

Looks like this is gonna be it for Manectric.

I wouldn't be so sure of that.

After charging up, its Electric attacks

become far more powerful.

'So I'd say Torkoal is the one we should be worried about.'
