for Ash's fifth Gym Badge challenge.

Lilligant and Cottonee are both grass-type Pokémon.

That could be affecting them.

Why not use Revival Herbs?

Because I can't find any.

Without Lilligant, it's next to impossible.

And the Revival Herbs I do find are dried out.

Mm-hm. Well, it's kind of a long story

but I'll give it a shot.

It' an ancient legend of Milos Island.

And why it's called the Island of Legends.

That's right.

It all started long ago.

There's the legend of Landorus, the Abundance Pok mon.

In ancient times, Landorus got caught

in the middle of a battle between savage Thundurus

the Bolt Strike Pokémon, and fierce Tornadus

the Cyclone Pokémon.

So Landorus came between them to try to stop their fighting.

But Landorus was horribly wounded as a result.

Then the inhabitants of the island used some Revival Herbs

to heal Landorus' wounds.

After regaining its strength, Landorus drove

the battling Thundurus and Tornadus away.

To thank the people who healed it

Landorus transformed the land into a fertile paradise.

'At least that's how the legend goes.'

[both gasping]

There's always been an abundance

of Revival Herbs since then.

So that's why.

But with this, if things don't change

'Lilligan and Cottonee will get weaker'

while the whole forest dries up.

- No way. - We need it to rain.

So tomorrow, we're having a rainmaking ceremony.
