it's the festival to
celebrate our great state.

This Friday we're gonna
Texas until it hurts.

We'll sing. We'll dance.

We'll deep fry everything.

I'm so excited, I hitched
a ride with this fella.

are signing up for the choir performance.

Tex Fest performance.

This is another chance for The Troy

Well, one of the festival
organizers saw them and...

they want me to make
the video for Tex Fest!

Pepper, that's amazing!

It has to be about a trailblazing Texan,

so I chose Miriam Ferguson,

the first female governor of Texas.

She broke down
barriers... just like you,

doing a job that previously

had only been done by stinky boys...

just like you.

So I'm thinking the part
should be played by someone...

I can't believe we're
making the Tex Fest video.

This is huge for me!

My parents keep saying my videos are

"Just another hobby that I'll
probably lose interest in."

But this is my chance to prove
to them it's more than that.

I did a bunch of research last night

and have some ideas for the character.

doing this year's video

and I wanted to highlight
a woman from Texas

who is a real trailblazer
and an inspiration to me.
