While Josh lobbied for votes--

than anyone else in this house.

NARRATOR: --Tonya felt sure she had the support she needed.

In terms of not being evicted from the house, at this point

I feel pretty safe.

NARRATOR: But both knew that the power of veto

could change their fortunes.

I did go into that competition hoping someone

would win it and veto me out.

I think there's very few people who would.

NARRATOR: And when Danielle won the power--

ALL: Ooh.

Ooh.

NARRATOR: --she came to Marcellas

with a modest proposal.

You really want to take Josh off the block?

I do.

It's my gut.

NARRATOR: Meanwhile, the budding romance

between Roddy and Chiara was interrupted by the ringing

of a southern belle.

She wants you.

Don't.

[WHISPERING] I want Chiara out.

The b*tch won't be in my [muted] face all the time.

JULIE: Exactly.

JULIE: That [muted] b*tch.

NARRATOR: And Amy offered Josh her vote in exchange

for a personal favor.

I try my damnedest so we get stay in his house.

And we have to put people up next week completely.

--so he won't kick you out of the house?

NARRATOR: After all of Danielle's maneuvering--

When you think you got Danielle figured out,

you don't.

NARRATOR: At the veto meeting, she made a surprising decision.

I choose not to exercise my power of veto.

NARRATOR: And left Tonya and Josh high and dry.

JULIE: Good evening, and welcome to "Big Brother ."

It's day inside the Big Brother house behind me.

Last week Marcellas, the fashion stylist from Chicago, Illinois,

was crowned head of household.

And the power in the house shifted dramatically.

On Friday, in an effort to break up the alliance of six,

Marcellas nominated two of its members for eviction,

Josh the waiter from Queens, New York,

and Tonya, the single mother from Las Vegas, Nevada.

One day later, Danielle won the power

of veto, which allowed her the opportunity

to save one of the nominees, forcing the head of household

to nominate someone else in their place.

But Danielle chose not to exercise her privilege.

And tonight, Marcellas's nominees, Josh and Tonya,

remain intact.

Within the hour, one of them will

be evicted from the Big Brother house,

and a new head of household will be crowned.

During his reign, Marcellas had one goal in mind,

to rid the house of Josh, who he calls a disruptive influence.

He assured Tonya she was just a pawn to achieve that goal.

The impending decision has divided the house,

sparking a flurry of new alliances, late night

whispering, and strategizing.

I choose not to exercise my power of veto.

What I'm doing to stay in the house strategically right

now is anything I can.

Really, really, really want to stay in the house.

[laughs]

[dramatic music playing]

I'm worried.

No?

I've used to my advantage humility--

if I have made people in this house more uncomfortable

than they should have been, I apologize; genuine honesty--

I worry about your vote; a little bit of lying--

as I told Tonya, I'm not going to campaign against her.

Yeah.

Emotionally, I've choked up some tears.

The game's not over yet.

Just be Josh, OK?

[WHISPERING] All right.

The tears are not real at all.

You've got to fight.

OK.

Don't go out like that.

I don't know.

I like to make people feel guilty if it'll help me.

And I don't care how he sounds like.

He would never campaign against me.

That's exactly what he's doing.

I don't necessarily feel that there is a girls

versus guys thing going on.

It's going to get ugly.

There definitely is a loyalty thing between Lisa and myself.

Guys have no loyalty.

So I asked Lisa what they talk about.

And I believe her when she says that they

rarely talk about the game.

The game is who do you think is

going to help you get further and further in the game.

Make sure that a girl doesn't go this week.

[laughter]

Well, you've still got a fighting chance.

I mean, you're lucky you're up against Tonya.

Let me tell you that much.

I don't think she has a clue how close this is right now.

I think that Josh could be around,

if we get the pivotal votes.

Maybe Jason's still up in the air about it.

Roddy and I were talking a little bit about maybe

not even really an alliance, a partnership.

If you want in, you got my support.

I mean, I don't know really all what you got going,

but, yeah, I mean, I want to be a part of it.

Absolutely.

All right.

Jason put it up to me.

He said, Rod, whatever I want to do with the vote,

he would do it.

First and foremost, I am connected

to Danielle in this house.

Some of the girls had told me today

that Josh had said not to trust me for being a nice guy,

that I have motives behind everything.

A couple of days after we were here--

He has an agenda, and I don't think he's

as nice as you think he is.

Absolutely not.

I've never even implied it, hint it, ever.

Three people said that they were there

when you said it in the room.

He ran over and told Kiki, accusing her

of being the person that had given me the gossip.

Supposedly that I've told people don't trust Roddy.

Why are you coming to me?

Why would I be the one that you're coming to?

I don't know if now people are starting a smear campaign,

you know, for gamesmanship purposes.

He's just bothering me a bit because he's

overplaying the game.

There is a chance in my mind that if he

got head of household, he'd put Erica and I up.

He' put you and I up.

No doubt in my mind, he'd put you and I up.

This is the first time I've considered changing my vote.

If our votes don't cancel out, he's got no chance.

I trust Roddy, more than anyone in this house,

more than most people I've met in my life, I trust Roddy.

We played the food competition.

I was in a group that including myself,

Eric, Danielle, Tonya, Chiara.

We lost.

We had to eat peanut butter and jelly,

and everyone else got to eat everything else.

What is this on my pants?

Is it peanut butter?

The PB&J- non-PB&J thing is definitely dividing

the house a little bit.

[inaudible] I'm so freaking hungry.

I eat anything.

I'll eat those lizards if I have to.

You would not.

The past two nights, I have made dishes

that smell up the whole house.

I did not have all the ingredients that I

needed, so can't promise.

Amy, this looks beautiful.

[LAUGHING] And I know that's horrible.

It's real difficult for me to be around everyone

when they're eating dinner.

That's the only time of the day where the peanut

butter diet is tough for me.

I can't think of the last time I had pasta.

First of all, Amy had opened a bottle of wine

and poured herself a glass of wine.

I think that she drinks too much in here.

I think you better go in Alcoholics Anonymous

when you get out of here.

And, as soon as she walked out the door,

I knew she was talking about me or about the situation.

--emergency.

Amy, if you've got something to say to me,

say it to my face.

I didn't say anything.

You're talking behind my back.

I haven't talked behind your back.

I didn't say a word. - Just so you know.

Just so you know.

Ask anybody out here. I didn't say a thing.

Because I'm not one to screw with.

Just remember.

Oh, my god.

What was that?

I don't know.

I can't believe she said she's not one to screw with.

I did have a problem with her threat.

And I'm always for the underdog.

I don't like to see people be bullied.

You are on the block.

You might want to try being on your best behavior.

If she's got something to say, she should say it to my face.

You should have asked her if she said something, because she

didn't say anything.

I was standing here.

Because she just got into it with me.

At least that's better than how you played it.

And how did I play it?

You ran out there, ran out there screaming at her,

treating her like [muted].

I could treat her however I want to.

No, you can't.

She can talk-- she can talk to me.

I can talk right back to her.

Best case scenario is that, you know,

Danielle and Jason, who probably thought

that Tonya was an angel, see her in a little different light.

And they vote to get rid of her.

I still think the votes are there for Tonya to stay.

But one never knows.

JULIE: The divided house has come together

for this evening's proceedings.

Let's see how they're doing.

Hi, everybody.

JULIE: How's everyone doing tonight?

ALL: Good, how are you. JULIE: I'm great.

I'm great.

Now, those of you who lost the food competition

are in your sixth day of an all peanut butter and jelly diet.

Yum.

It's pretty rough.

I can imagine.

Chiara?

Yeah?

How would you say that has affected the mood in the house?

[SARCASTICALLY] Oh, the mood's been great.

[laughter]

JULIE: A little sarcasm there.

I haven't reacted at all.

What?

JULIE: A little sarcasm there?

JULIE: Tad.

It's not as bad as you think.

But it's been a little rough watching them eat.

[WHISPERING] Seriously, now.

JULIE: OK, that's an honest answer.

Amy?

Yes?

You were on the winning team.

Of course.

What's it been like to cook and eat in front of the others?

Well, at one point I did like make a little curtain

so they couldn't see.

But, you know.

I mean, I haven't been starving, so I guess

it hadn't been that bad for me.

But I'm sure it's been bad for them, so--

JULIE: OK, so it sounds like you've been trying to be

considerate with the curtain.

Is that what you're saying?

Yeah, I have been.

[laughter]

Don't even lie.

JULIE: I don't know about all those giggles.

All right.

You ain't got to lie.

JULIE: Hi, Danielle.

Hello.

JULIE: What was it like to hold the power of veto this week?

It was very nerve wracking.

But it was nice to win something for once.

JULIE: OK.

Well, the stars of tonight's show are Josh and Tonya.

You're both up for eviction tonight.

Do either one of you have anything

you want to say to the group?

Tonya, I'm going to start with you.

OK, I just wanted to say, if I am the one to be evicted,

that I have had a great time getting to know

each and every one of you.

And I don't want to leave, but if I do,

I'll see you all in Vegas.

[laughter]

JULIE: OK, Josh, what do you have to say?

I'd just like to say to the group, if you evict me,

I hope you all have fire insurance.

And no, I mean, you know, whatever.

That's all I got to say.

If you guys kick me out, you suck.

Don't say that on network television.

JULIE: OK, well, thank you, houseguests.

But first, tonight is eviction night.

Of the houseguests left, eight get to vote to evict.

The two nominees, Tonya and Josh,

are not permitted to vote.

Marcellas, as head of household, will

vote only in case of a tie.

All votes are cast in secret in the diary room.

Eric and Amy are the first to enter.

Just not really sure what my level of trust with Josh

is right now.

Rubbed a few people the wrong way.

I think that's why he got on the chopping block so early.

Tonya, on the other hand, I don't feel she's a major threat

to me in this game.

When she said that why you should keep me in the house,

Tonya said, because I haven't had any confrontation

with anyone in the house.

Well she blew that cover.

Josh does act like a child at times.

Josh would be the obvious one to leave.

Tonya, she came in the house and, you know,

she was just herself.

But being herself, she really didn't stand out

a whole lot other than her plastic surgery

and her enhancements.

I vote to evict Tonya.

I vote to evict Tonya.

JULIE: Welcome back to "Big Brother ."

Tonight, two nominees for eviction with little in common.

Within the hour, one will leave the house.

Will it be Josh, the outspoken joker, or Tonya,

the single mother of five?

We've gotten to know them inside the house,

but Josh's girlfriend Merritt and Tonya's boyfriend David

say there's another side to the people they love.

Hi, Joshy.

Josh and I have been together for a little over a year now.

I would love to marry Josh some day.

Hello, Merritt.

He is so smooth.

Isn't-- he is just so smooth.

There might be little Joshes some day.

I know that's kind of a scary thought for a lot of people.

Tonya and I have been dating for the last four months.

I could see it going into marriage,

but it would be definitely down the road.

After you know me, you forget about my boobs.

Tonya has the biggest misconception about her

because of the way she looks.

Be good for everybody.

OK.

I love you.

She's just a great mom.

She's a stay-at-home mother that works hard around the house

and totally contradicts her look.

[LAUGHING] That's a stripper masquerading as a mother.

She's not the stripper type.

She's never stripped.

It's not ever in her character to do anything like that.

She is the sweetest, most respectful

girl that I've ever met.

The bikini pageant with the peanut butter and the flowers

shocked me.

She's a free spirit, and I know that.

And I support it.

I swore on my love of my girlfriend Merritt--

He swore on the love of Merritt.

--that I would not vote Lori out.

If there's something that Josh has, its integrity.

And I really want people to know that.

He sat Lori down and he promised her

that he was going to make sure that she was still around,

and he kept his word.

At least he was honest.

Josh is so sweet.

And I am worried that a lot of the people

that are watching this show aren't seeing that side of him.

He's not the evil jerk that everybody

is making him out to be.

I would like to tell Josh that I am so proud of him.

I don't know if I really got the chance

to tell him before he left.

And I love him.

With all my heart I love him.

I just never even knew I could feel this way about somebody.

If I could say one thing to Tonya, it would be--

wait for her to come back, and I miss her.

I miss her a lot.

Because Tonya, too, has become an early riser,

I've gotten to know her quite well.

And I've really kind of come to respect and like her

as a friend and for who she is.

I can see that if Tonya is the one who's evicted,

it could be a good thing for her,

a chance to be back with her children.

Josh, on the other hand, it's been a rough and rocky road.

He's been very angry at me because I

did betray a plot that he had.

Tonya is one of the closest people to me in the house.

She and I have made a strong connection.

I like the fact that she is direct.

Josh is another one who I'm extremely close to.

He definitely has made some enemies.

I know he's also made some friends.

He's a great person and a great guy.

I vote to evict Josh.

I vote to evict Josh.

JULIE: It's a tense night here at the Big Brother house

as the houseguests wait to find out who will

be the second person evicted.

No one understands eviction night jitters better

than last year's houseguests.

We dropped in to visit Monica, Bunky,

Sheryl, and Will to see how they're doing one year later.

Yeah!

I wouldn't cosign to none of that.

I had a cousin, Tamatha, that was

missing in the / tragedy.

They never found her.

And so that was a great loss to the family.

The cousins in our family is like sisters.

So that was my sister.

So I miss my sister.

I may not be able to touch her, but I can feel her.

And that's the most important thing.

We're healing, and we're doing so much better.

someone that I either email or talk to on the phone

Kent is just as nice, if not nicer to me,

now that we're out of the Big Brother house.

JULIE: Sheryl, haven't seen you since the first week.

You found out weeks after you were evicted from the house

that you were diagnosed with breast cancer.

How are you doing?

I'm doing fine.

I'm ready to go and tackle it.

I've been undergoing treatment for that.

Went through chemotherapy.

Went through surgeries.

And now I am ready to take on the world again.

You hear stories about going through chemotherapy,

how difficult it is on you and everything.

And I truly believe it's all mind over body.

OK, here's one with me and my hairiness.

I have really enjoyed having no hair, to be honest with you,

because I had so much hair.

I don't think I could handle that much hair again.

You have to find the positive out of everything.

The most important thing to remember

is don't get lost in the forest.

Look straight ahead.

Find the solution.

Start to chop away at that solution

so that you reach your goal.

At this point, I am cancer-free.

So it's a new adventure.

This whole thing has been an adventure.

JULIE: All right, I just have to make it official.

You know, I've been traveling a lot.

A lot of people ask me about her all the time.

She is rather obese.

the people who I liked from day one, which was Chilltown.

I have a private relationship with Shannon.

She really doesn't want me to discuss it.

My relationship with Shannon is women, can't live with them,

can't get them to dress up like princess Leia

and beat you with a warm squash.

Winning a reality game show is a lot of fun.

People buy me a lot of dinners.

People want me to do their telephone messages.

I can't go to dinner with you Saturday.

I'm in a serious relationship.

I was great before I went in the house, and I'm great now.

Life is fun, and I enjoy it to its fullest.

I'm definitely going to keep watching "Big Brother ."

It's better than a soap opera.

But I do like the fireman Eric.

I love you, and when you get off the show,

we can hook up if ain't got a wife.

Marcella is definitely a different type of g*y

than I am.

I don't wear cashmere, and I don't clutch my pearls.

I think I could relate to Tonya more.

She's really going for it.

If I had to pick one person who I think is going to win

the game, I'd pick a male with dark hair,

someone very charismatic, good looking.

I'm very, very good.

JULIE: I am very good as well, thank you.

houseguests cannot hear our conversation,

so you can speak candidly, OK?

Absolutely.

JULIE: Great.

Now it wasn't long ago that you were on the chopping block.

And now here you sit as head of household.

How do you feel about that?

It's been--

I mean, the whole experience of coming to the house

has been amazing, one of the best experiences of my life.

But truly, the way that that went, being on the chopping,

block being out the door, having my bags packed, to being

vetoed, to winning head of household

and having the power to nominate someone else,

it's just been amazing.

JULIE: To say the least.

To say the least.

JULIE: Do you have any regrets about nominating

Josh or Tonya for eviction?

Honestly, no I don't.

I nominated the two people that I had the biggest

problems with at the onset.

I think for the good of the house, either one of them

could go.

You know, I've stated my mission since I've

been here about, you know, keeping things beautiful

and keeping the game above par.

JULIE: OK.

Well, you and Amy have spent a lot of time together.

How would you describe your relationship with her?

Amy is my girl.

It makes me happy to lay eyes on her every day.

She's funny.

She's kind.

She's sweet.

She's witty.

JULIE: OK.

And she doesn't get on your nerves at all?

Ooh, she gets on my nerves a little bit,

but that's part of being a friend.

JULIE: OK, OK.

Well, last question-- since you cannot be head of household

for two weeks in a row, who would

you least like to see as the next head of household and why?

First, I'm really upset I can't be head of household

two weeks in a row.

I would honestly least like to see Gerry be head of household.

I found out a lot of things about Gerry and how

he's played the game, and--

JULIE: Do you think you'd be in danger if he was?

I don't think so.

JULIE: OK.

But I don't trust him as much as I once did.

JULIE: I will leave it at that.

two of the most conflicted houseguests

I like having Tonya in the house.

She brings a girly environment into what seems to be

a overpowering masculine house.

But she's a little bit too surface for me.

Josh I see as a good person.

As flirty as he is and as kind of piggish as he is,

he likes to pat the females on their behinds quite a lot.

Josh brings to this house so much life, so much energy.

I mean, I can't imagine what this place will

be like if he were to leave.

Tonya is a great asset to this house.

She cooks.

She cleans.

She's doing laundry.

And Tony also brings just a very comforting, nurturing nature.

I vote to evict Josh.

I vote to evict Tonya.

[dramatic music playing]

JULIE: Welcome back.

We're minutes away from the second eviction.

The only people we haven't heard from yet

are Danielle and Roddy.

Will Danielle be as unpredictable

as she's been in the past?

Will Roddy's disagreement with Josh influence his vote?

We'll find out.

JULIE: I will now reveal who will be evicted

from the Big Brother house.

Just a reminder, when I announce the results of the vote,

the evicted houseguest will need to say goodbye

quickly then gather his or her belongings

and walk out the front door.

JULIE: Thank you.

JULIE: How surprised are you?

I'm pretty surprised.

JULIE: Yeah, you look it.

I am.

I am, because I wasn't nervous at all.

JULIE: OK, what happened?

When Marcellas first nominated you,

he said you were just a pawn.

And yet here you sit.

So what happened?

Well, Josh obviously talked to a lot of people.

And I think he probably changed a lot of minds

in the house in the last week.

And I just sat back and didn't really do anything.

JULIE: And yet you're only thinking this through now.

Exactly.

JULIE: Because when you were sitting there in the house,

and I was about to announce who was evicted,

you were sure it was him.

I was.

JULIE: How shocked was he?

I think he's very shocked, too.

He was very sorry.

He apologized to me.

And you know, whether it was sincere or not--

I'm sure he's sorry.

JULIE: You seemed to be flying under the radar

for the first couple of weeks, and then all of a sudden

we saw two very public disagreements that you had,

one with Marcellas, one with Amy.

What made you lose your cool?

I just think maybe the behavior in the house

and just doing things that I don't agree with.

So Amy was, you know, trying to get everybody's alcohol.

I had a problem with that.

I just think that that's pretty selfish.

So I just stated my opinion.

JULIE: And with Marcellas?

Marcellas was sticking up for Amy, so I was definitely

going to stick up for myself.

JULIE: Was that the real you that we saw, that, you know,

would stick up for yourself and get in there when you need to,

get kind of-- - Yeah, that's me.

That's me. JULIE: OK, OK.

I do that.

JULIE: Did anyone in the house disappoint you?

Not really.

I came out with a couple of very good friends, though.

And I'm pretty happy about that.

JULIE: Like who?

Chiara and Lisa.

JULIE: OK.

So you don't think they voted you out or anything like that?

I know that Chiara did not.

JULIE: OK, OK.

Do you, now that you're sitting here with me,
