Actually, it's quite simple.
First we found the ghost wasn't real.
Yeah, a real ghost wouldn't need a wire to fly.
I can vouch for that.
Then we found these blueprints.
Hey, those aren't plans for a restaurant.
Exactly, that's why
Boobeard couldn't be O'Greazy or Spelling.
[all gasping]
Like, what about the gum the ghost dropped?
And that bucket o' fries we found by the secret tunnel?
Boobeard put them there just to make us think it was O'Greazy.

Yeah, that's right, I spent years being nice
to these two geezers waiting for my chance.

I get it. Jack knew this land was worth a lot of money.
He also knew that the Johnsons would never sell to someone
who would tear down the park and trees.
[Shaggy] Like, they thought you were gonna take care of the trees.
- But you weren't. - Yeah, poor trees.
Yeah. Who cares about the stupid trees?
I was gonna make millions!
And I would've gotten away with it too
if it weren't for you pesky kids!
[blows a raspberry]
Huh? Oh, uh, yeah, yeah. I'm sorry.
[clears throat] And that puppy.

I still don't believe there are such things as ghosts
but I'm sure glad you're safe now.
