and began a battle for $,.

After dominating on the BB Fest main stage,

Daniel became the first head of household of the summer.

-But a new twist also gave Pooch power.

You will not be participating in any competitions,

and you won't be voting come eviction night.

But the good news is you cannot be nominated

or evicted this week.

-Appreciate it.

-And he had to put three players' games in jeopardy.

-I know even know you guys' names.

I think the most fair is whoever got out first

in the competitions.

-Paloma, Alyssa, and Brittany,

the three of you are back stage for the week.

Even though you three cannot be nominated for eviction,

there is no guarantee you won't be the first HouseGuest

going home.

-Almost immediately, Paloma didn't like Taylor.

-I can ride with the boys. -I can see that.

-She wants to use her beauty to allure men,

which is a strategy that is so, like, old.

She's just digging that hole for herself with the girls.

-So Taylor was left out when Paloma formed

an all-girls alliance with Alyssa, Jasmine, Indy,

Ameerah, and Brittany.

-Girls' Girls. -Girls' Girls.

-Girls' Girls.

-Michael wanted to make sure he wasn't on the HOH's radar.

-I'm not gonna lie to you. Like, I'm a big fan of the game.

Like, it's a lot for me to be here, and so, like,

to be the first one to go home would be, like, devastating.

-But Daniel was quickly soured on the fellow super fan.

-Now, it may seem like a great idea to team up

with another super fan, but I just don't trust the guy.

-Paloma pitched to send Taylor to the block.

-So, she's a question mark.

-She's one of the people I didn't connect with immediately.

Like, with you I did, and I was like --

and that's just going to happen in this house.

-But she, like, loves hanging with the guys.

And we're all like, "Is Taylor a girl's girl?"

I just don't know if I can trust her.

because he's a super fan, and as a super fan myself,

I can tell you, he's not to be trusted.

But of course, with the Power of Veto coming up

and this backstage twist,

I have no idea what's going to happen with my HOH week.

But like, it's only going to get harder and harder now

from here on out.

I am so happy none of the Girls' Girls alliance is on the block

this week, which is myself, Brittany, Paloma, Brittany,

Jasmine, Indy, and Ameerah.

However, three of us -- Brittany, Paloma, and myself --

are backstage, which means that we can't be nominated,

we can't play in veto, and we can't be replacement nominee,

but we can still go home this week,

which is pretty scary for our alliance.

-I just want it to happen already

and us to, like, to move forward,

'cause it's, like, freaking me out.

-Oh, my God, dude. My heart is breaking.

-Here's a thing that I wish I could say in the speech.

so I want to let him know that he's strictly a pawn,

and it doesn't seem like Terrance is aligned

with anyone in the house,

so having him as a free agent in my back pocket

could really help me out down the line.

artist to artist, be like, "Okay, I got your back,

and I'm not hunting for you."

I really believe Daniel when he tells me I'm not his target,

but I know the only real guarantee of safety

is when in the veto,

and you absolutely know DJ Showtime

is going to get it.

It's nice to dance with someone other than my mom, to be honest.

and we can see that.

Here's how it works.

The competition will be carried out in a series

of head-to-head bouts. [ Horse whinnies ]

Competing knights will mount a noble steed,

grab a floppy lance, and hold on tight.

Ye knight who collects the most rings on their floppy lance

at the culmination of three passes

will stay in the tournament!

[ Laughter ]

Furthermore, any knight with the fortitude

to taketh the golden ring

shall be handsomely rewarded with three extra points.

The last knight standing at the end of five bouts

will win the Golden Power of Veto.

This veto is played in multiple rounds

starting with random matchups,

where the knight who collects the most rings

with their super floppy lances

advances in the tournament.

I'm gonna have to beat Indy in these three passes

so that I can advance to further bouts

and eventually claim victory and the Golden Power of Veto.

-Ow, ow!

-I love horses.

I do horseback riding whenever I have extra money

because they're expensive.

But anyways, I love horses.

[ Airhorn sounds ]

I have a sneaking suspicion

that I'm Daniel's target this week

and that makes me feel sick to my stomach.

and now Daniel has basically caught up to me.

I have to keep reminding myself

that I'm joust here for the veto.

I mean, it's a genuine concern for us girls

that these guys are teaming up,

they're starting to work together.

If that's the case, then us girls are really going

to have to figure out some sort of plan

that we can start to target them before they start targeting us.

Hearing Taylor say that Paloma is worried

about the four guys going after the girls

really doesn't sit well with me

because Paloma -- she's been pretty tight with me

since the port-a-potty competition,

and I'm not really sure if I believe it,

but it's something I definitely want to look into.

-Everybody's trying to go to bed,

but I'll stay up for you two.

-Yeah, I know. Sorry, sorry.

She's started talking, blah, blah, blah,

and then she's like, "Oh, just to let you know,

Paloma -- she's really going for, like,

the big dogs in the house.

Like, she wants the alpha male. -That's a big one.

-I want to know what's going on with the boys.

They're so close, we need to split them up.

-If she is going to try and ruin my game,

that's not going to fly with me.

I'm going to take matters into my own hands

and make sure everyone knows the truth.

-I feel like she's always watching me, right?

-A lot of people say that.

-She can be a snake in the garden, and the thing is,

she will stab you from the back

and make you a turkey club sandwich, okay?

-[ Chuckles ]

I'm a Girl's Girl and I love strong women.

Like, we play a similar game, but I'm playing it better.

-It's definitely hard to know

who to believe in this game sometimes,

but I'm watching Paloma, and she is devastated

and she is denying these allegations

with her entire soul,

which gives me the tendency to believe

that she's telling the truth.

-Her personality just rubs people the wrong way

and she lacks, most of all, self-awareness.

No one wants to ally with someone who lacks

self-awareness at the end of the day.

Like, I think we need to get her out.

-I'm going to tell you something

very important right now.

-Taylor tried to hinder my game by telling Monte

that I'm going after him.

I'm not going to take that lying down.

Monte and Joe.

They're like, "Taylor is telling us that you're trying

to put up two big people

and you're trying to get two big people to leave" or whatever.

And like, she's making up random lies about me.

-Send her home this week. -She needs to go.

She needs to freaking go home.

Taylor, like, made up some lie to Monte,

that I'm, like, trying to go after Monte and Kyle,

and I talked some strategy with her.

-Are you serious? -No, I'm not...kidding.

-She made that up?

-Yea, she's making up some crazy lie.

-What in the ham hock is Taylor thinking?

Paloma has never said anything about getting

two big targets out of the house.

I am literally in disbelief that she would go this low

just to get in with the guys

and make up a complete lie.

-Is Daniel in the office?

-Daniel is in the diary room,

has no clue what just broke out.

The last thing I could do was, like, rest today,

because of this -- -Paloma, it's okay.

-I'm shocked.

Why would Taylor say that?

Is she just trying to get on Monte's good side?

I guess I believe Paloma.

I just really hope she's telling the truth.

-I'm just, like, stressed out that I have to deal with this.

Like, I'm not even stressed out about her targeting me.

I'm stressed out that I'm exhausted.

I know you guys got my back at the end of the day,

but I want Monte to tell the guys

so that it's going to resonate so hard if Monte tells the guys.

[ Sniffles, exhales sharply ]

-Have you had conversations with Taylor?

Like, game stuff and that sort of stuff?

-Very little.

-It's bad that Taylor lied in this situation.

A lie in this house could end somebody's game.

Having a player who communicates misinformation

could be very detrimental to everybody's game

because it creates a lot of suspicion,

creates a lot of mistrust.

I don't know if she rubs people the right way.

I even just tried to pick her brain,

just out of curiosity, to see what she would say at me.

And she said, "Hey, you may need to talk with Paloma

because she's really concerned about,

you know, all of these alpha males in the house,"

and how she wants a replacement nominee to be a dude.

And I know for sure that that's not the case.

-Yeah.

-I haven't talked game with Taylor, but she drops a name

already, and I'm like -- -How true is that?

Yeah. -Yeah. Exactly.

I just know it's not true.

To me, that kind of rubbed me the wrong way.

because from my perspective, I know from my community,

I'm sure they would have loved to see as many black folks stay

and I would have loved that, too,

but I now am forced to not do that anymore

because of her actions.

She should go up, get evicted, unanimous vote,

and have to face the truth

that is that she lied on Paloma to me.

my mission for this week has been accomplished.

The goodbye needs to be a shock.

but I do want to let her know

some people have been talking about her

so that if I do put her up on the block,

Personally, it's been hard to open up sometimes

between me and you about game and life,
