So, what's the weather like?

Hey, I spent two hours
organizing this desk!

and you're 100% right.

They're all the rage, very vogue,
very today, very now, very wow.

-[sheep bleats]

Uh, [laughs] ah, um.

because the light'll make it fade.

Maybe I ought to put the sheep back, huh?

[sheep bleats]

I suppose.

Now, I have a case for you two.

There's been a rash of thefts,
missing glue, cotton ba*ls,

shipping crates,
and reports of missing toons.

-Toons? Missing?
-They are!

You, and your little partner,
better hop right on it!

You know, cases like this take planning.

Bonkers, please, I can handle this.

Watch this Boss,
I'm gonna make a name for you.

They require stealth.

for the investigation.

to give to a few of my friends.

make a few deliveries

before we start the investigation.

Because I am not-- I repeat--

[sobbing]

Oh, I've got to take a course
in assertiveness training.

It's no wonder, I never get promoted.

[grunts] Fall-Apart
is gonna be so excited!

Hee! Let me see.
"Fall-About, Fall-Over,

"Fallen-Arches, Bob, Fallen-Star,
Falsetto, Fall-Away..."

Would you please, hurry it up?

[Broderick] Yo, Pickle!

-That's Piquel.
-[Broderick] 10-4.

Hey listen, we got a toon-knapping
in progress, sixth and main.


Bonkers!

"Fall and winter, Fall on your face,

-Fall-Apart!"
-[buzz, boink]

Oh, my stars and garters.

[Broderick] Hey, what are you
waiting for? Let's roll!

[tires screech]

[horn blasts]

Come on, baby, come on.

Problem, oh, citizen-in-need?

[screams] Hey, yeah.

How are you, Baby? I guess I, uh,

Locked myself out of my own store.
Yeah, that's it.

Can you believe it?

Hmm, let's see, strange wolf,
lurking outside building, picking lock...

what's not to believe?

See? My poor, sick, helpless,
old granny is home,

working her shriveled fingers
to the bone.

Aww! The dear woman is a saint.

And I promised I'd bring her back
a few scraps of yarn

from my very own store here.

Only I've been shut out because I...

-I, uh...
-You lost your key.

Yeah, that works.

Every granny ought to have
a grandson like you,

even if your breath could wipe out
all life on the planet.

Pretty amazing, huh?

All it takes is practice
and a spinal cord like wet spaghetti.

Well, if you insist. [laughs]

Might as well pick up
a few extras, while I'm here.

[devious laugh]

-[honks]

[siren]

Come on, Bonkers,
now we got a robbery in progress.

That's a big 10-4!

Hollywood glue's been robbed! 10-4! 10-4!

Sounds like a sticky situation.

[Bonkers laughs]

[Bonkers] Sticky situation!
I can't stand it!

Boss, you can't go in looking like that.

You've gotta be disguised.

I am not wearing this disguise.

You know, you're right.
How's about a giraffe?

and I'll be you!

That will throw them for a loop!

What if you went as a parakeet?

Now, I'm going to teach you a few things
about investigative technique.

Specifically, how to question witnesses.

Take notes if ya' like,
and try not to get in the way, okay?

[drip echoes]

[Bonkers] So, there was glue here
before it was missing?

Let's just look for a few clues, shall we?

For some reason, they couldn't carry
all the glue out,

and they left this one vat.

I just remembered something.

There was a wolf hanging around
the last couple of nights.

A wolf?

That could be useful. Thanks.

Hmm. I wonder what this does.

A good detective always detects.

-[buzz]
-[machinery running]

What's that noise?

Huh? Woo!

Somebody stop this thing!

[buzz]

[splash]

[cranking]

Hey, I thought you said
you didn't like disguises.

[pop]

Maybe I'll-- Ooh, that chafes--

I'll put in for a transfer, maybe Alaska.

No, that's too close. The South Pole.
The South Pole's good.

Antarctica is fine, isn't it?

Oh, please, give me strength.

Aw, nuts.

Maybe I can get myself stationed on Mars.

Nah, same solar system.

[Bonkers] Things sure are... [laughs]

picking up for you, huh, Boss?

[laughs]

[grunting]

Oh, Bonkers.

Yes, Lucky, my Boss of Bosses,
who lights up my life,

and makes my nights twinkle
like the stars above,

what can I do for you?

Would you be so kind,
as to come over here a moment?

[grunts]

-Terrific!
-[muffled] Yes, Boss?

[Lucky] Ow!

-[sheep bleats]
-I've never felt, closer to you, Boss.

-[Bonkers] Aah!
-[crash]

[sighs] Oh, no, not this time.

I am not going to have some toon horn
stuck to my--

[bell rattling]

-[grunts]
-[sheep bleats]

[spitting]

Toots!

Toots, where are you, boy?

Toots! Quit playing games!

-Where are you, Toots?
-You check my left leg?

-everything else is there.
-Come out, come out wherever you are.

What am I gonna do?

Toots has disappeared!

What am I gonna do?

[sobbing]

[Bonkers] Toots!

[snaps] Ouch!

Any sign of him? Ow! Nuts.

No, but I found that tuna sandwich
you were lookin' for last April.

What is going on here?

Oh, nothing, sir.

Just spring cleaning, sir.

How is the investigation coming?

Well, we are making
definite progress, Sir.

And what have you found, so far?

Well, uh, you see--

Is that suit imported?
Very, very nice material.

You found nothing, right?

a lot of novelty sheep lately.

they don't shed,

they don't eat much, they--

Look! It's Fall-Apart!

[garbled noises]

[groans] The blue toon...

Fall-Apart, you sure there's nothing else
you can tell us?

Oh, no! He thinks he's a dog!

No, I think he's saying, "wolf."

Well, I guess it's time
we put on our disguises and go inside.

as a giant carrot.

A-ha! Finally we're getting somewhere!

Toons have been disappearing lately.

in my other pair of pants.

But I do have an official police pen.

[bongo sound]

You kept repeating "Wolf".

You know something,
I bet that means something.

You know, maybe I should write

then it wouldn't be as confusing.

sheep-dipped me.

[cat yowls]

-What do you know about this sheep?

I never saw it before
and if it says otherwise, it's a liar.

who has Bonkers!

You can be a very hostile person.

[sighs]

Do you know where the sheep lives?

No, because the sheep's no sheep.

He's a wolf in sheep's clothing,
and he uses the disguise

to lure toons into his trap.

-Say what again?

[Broderick] Yo, Pickle, over here!

Wolf seen with kidnapped officer,
headed south on north street.

All right, let's roll, roll, roll!

If you don't mind, I'm in charge here.

Uh, yeah, okay.

[Lucky] Let's roll.

[Broderick] 10-4! 10-4!

You wait here.

Sheep. Huh!

May I never see one again.

Bonkers? You in there?

Bonkers?

Bonkers, where are you?

[sheep bleats]

-Ah!

Ha! Uh, yeah, I'm, uh,

anniversary of her 16th birthday

Yeah, so, uh,

He must still be back at the wolf's place.

[gulp]

I suppose, I have no choice.

humiliating than this.

[alarm rings]

you don't make a bad sheep.

-[chain cranking]
-[pop]

-[growls]

[splashing]

[sheep bleats]

You are under arrest for toon-knapping
and fleecing the public.

[all cheering]
