I don't think that it's cool for Marc
to reprimand us about drinking

and various behaviors
that he's participating in.

But he is, you know, our boss,
even though he doesn't act like it

more often than not.

It just got too confused

are really comfortable in.

It took me some time to get it together
and really think about what it was

that was bothering me,
and I don't want to be angry at you,

and I don't want to be having
my personal feelings spilling over

into the job that we have to do here,

but I just want you to be aware
of what's going on,

and it's very difficult
when you're a friend and a boss

and the club hours and working hours
and friend hours are all jumbled into one,

because it creates a huge gray area.

[Marc] Don't misinterpret

a night of flirting or a night
of having fun as something devious.

There is no ulterior motive
other than you guys are smart,

you're fun, you make my life happier
with you guys being here.

You'll make my life sadder
when you guys leave.

Yes, we flirted. We had fun.

All three, four of us, individually,

but there's no other motive
other than having fun, okay?

There's a discrepancy
between what your intentions are

and how they are received,
and you need to be aware of that,

and in the future, I won't put myself
in a position

where the line is kind of kind of wavy
and it's unclear.

I just know that I will be very clear
with the signals that I'm sending out,

and in turn, I will not be

in any sort of compromising position
with him or with anybody.
