[Floyd] This looks like a good spot.

-What do you think, kids?
-[all] Yeah.

-[Lola] Perfect, Floyd.
-[Petunia] Yeah.

And, Melissa?

Where's Melissa?

She was here a minute ago.

She's over there, naturally.

I want one of those and two of these.

And, oh, three of that.

-And a couple of these.
-Okay.

Of course. Of course that one.

-And oh, oh! One of those.
-[gasps]

[Floyd] Not today, Melissa.

[growling]

[sighs]

Look at all this sand.

Oh, just imagine what sort of sandcastle
we could make.

Well, what are we waiting for?

Let's get busy building.

Yeah, yeah, come on. Let's all get busy.

[laughing and chattering]

[sighs]

Peace at last.

I guess Granny was right all along.

-[Tweety] Hey, Wola, not fair!

-[children clamoring]
-Huh?

That's mine.
Give me that back, you little girl.

Yeah!

Oh, Melissa, why can't you just help them
with the sandcastle?

Well, how can I possibly work
with this bent up old shovel.

If I had a nice pretty new one
like they sell over there...

Now, Melissa, that's enough.

You do not need a new shovel.

Yes, I do.

I want one like Lola's.

We can't have everything we want, can we?

Hmph! Then I won't breathe till I get one.

Melissa, that's dangerous.
You have to breathe.

[suspenseful music playing]

[all] Melissa.

-I want one.
-You can't have it!

-I want one!
-You can't!

-I want it!

[growls]

-Okay, fine!
-Okay, fine!

[Floyd & Melissa groaning]

I never get what I want.

[children laughing and chattering]

[screams]

Melissa, what is it now?

[laughs] Oh, nothing.

Where are you going, little turtle?

Oh, are you all by yourself like me?

Then I will keep you and name you Myrtle.

They wouldn't give me what I wanted.

So I certainly won't share Myrtle
with them.

Oh, we'll have so much fun together.

Mewissa seems very lonely and alone.

She looks like she could use a friend.

You know, Tweety's kind of sort of right.

Maybe we ought to ask her to come back.

Nah. She'll just be
a pestering pest again.

I suppose we could give her
one more chance.

Yeah, couldn't hurt too much.

Yeah, yeah, yeah!

Okay, let's go talk to her.

Oh, all right.

But I say we're gonna regret it.

What do you wanna do now, Myrtle?

I know. Let's have a race.

-On your mark, get set...
-[children] Melissa!

Oh, no! Oh, no, they're coming.

I have to hide you, Myrtle.

You stay there
and don't make a sound, okay?

[Bugs] Melissa!

[Lola] Do you wanna come play with us?

[Taz] Hey, Melissa! Melissa!

And help us build a castle?

Do you want to use my shovel?

No, no, no and no!

Oh, well, we tried.

Come on, let's get back to work.

Say, what's that?

It's nothing.

Hey!

-It's a teeny tiny turtle.
-[gasps]

Wowie!

And she's mine.

And her name is Myrtle.

And I'm gonna take her home
and keep her forever and ever.

-You can't do that!
-And why not?

Because-- Well, on account of--

I mean, for the simple reason that--

[groans] Because you can't that's why.

You're jealous because Myrtle is mine
and not yours.

[Bugs] Aw.

[Petunia] She's so cute.

Petunia's right. This turtle is, is--

Well, she is kind of cute.

Yeah. Sure is.

In a tiny turtle-y sort of way.

If you take her home, you know
she's gonna need lots and lots of water.

I never thought of that.

I know just what to do.

Keep it coming. We're almost done.

I can't wait to tell...

Myrtle? Myrtle? Myrtle?

Where is Myrtle?

I'm sure she's around here somewhere.

Well, how far can a turtle go
in that amount of time?

Myrtle?

Poor Myrtle. Myrtle.

Don't worry, Melissa, we'll find her.

Myrtle?

Myrtle?

[screams]

-[all] Myrtle? Myrtle?
-Huh?

What are you kids doing?

Uh, playing some hiding and seeking.

Well, it's nearly 3:00.
We'll have to be leaving soon.

-No! No, no, no, no way!
-Please!

-No!
-Not yet!

-[Sylvester] Just a few.
-Okay, all right. Just a few.

[children] Myrtle.

-Any sign of her?
-[sighs] Nothing at all.

And Floyd said we gotta go
in a few minutes.

I can't leave without Myrtle.

Oh! Looky over there.

It's her.

Oh, Myrtle.

I'm never letting you
out of my sight again.

What's that?

Not a thing.

Yeah. What turtle? [gasps]

A turtle?

Her name's Myrtle.

And I'm gonna take her home

But, Melissa, a sea turtle
would never be happy away from the sea.

Myrtle, where are you going?

But she's mine.

Hey, look. There's more of them.
