[children chattering and laughing]

Hey!

[Daffy]
Hey! Psst! Whoever's in charge here.

The scenery. Where's the scenery?

It's a green screen, Daffy.

C.J. here will take a picture of all of us
in front of it.

Then my computer adds whatever scenery
you want behind you.

Okay, then.

Whoo-hoo! [babbling]

[C.J.] Voila! See?

I just drop it in over the green part.

Just like our computer games.

Oh, but I do miss the days
when we used to draw the picture in

with a plain old pencil.

You can have a basketball field.

[laughs]

Or a vegetable garden.

[Bugs]
Oh, yeah. Granny loves veggie gardens.

[C.J.] Even an alien invasion.

Yeah! Alien invasion. Alien invasion!

Daffy, the gift's from all of us.

So we should choose the background
that most of us want.

How about voting for our favorite?

Ooh! Ooh! A vegetable garden.

[chattering excitedly]

Okay. Garden gets four.

And alien invasion...

Come on! Space helmets!
Integrating pistols!

Granny loves that stuff.

Daffy's one.

Two. Three.

-Huh?
-Four. Huh?

[grunting]

Daffy!

The veggie garden wins.

Come join us, Daffy. You'll have fun.

Space rangers do not do vegetable gardens.

[C.J.] All right, everybody,
smile and say "merry melody."

-[in unison] Merry melody.
-[Daffy babbling]

Hm.

Let's try it again.

Smile and say, "Maurice and Maltese!"

Maurice and Mal who?

Kids, this portrait needs some costumes.

Why don't you go grab some out front.

[chattering excitedly]

-While maybe you pull your duck...
-[gasps]

back from the amuck.

[groans]

[Floyd] Say, Dafster.

Yeah, Floyd.

I know you're bummed
not getting your scenery.

This portrait's for Granny.

Not for you or Bugs.

So you gotta go with the flow, okay?

Okay then.

Bugs is getting some garden props.

I'm going to help the others
find things for the picture.

Oh, I've got quite a collection of props.
Right this way, Floyd.

[upbeat music playing]

-[Daffy] Hey, Bugs old pal.
-Huh?

Hey!

You're not allowed to touch
that stuff, doc.

Well, who's touching?

I'm just passively getting even.

You want a veggie garden?
Here are your veggies.

And they look a little dry.

So here's your water.

How do you like those apples?

Eh, not bad, doc.

Except apples aren't veggies.
They're fruit.

And you're all wet.

Hey!

Whoa!

[laughing]

Anyone for a game of Marco Polo?

[Daffy] Not at night, pal!

Whoa! Whoa!

I know you're mad, Daff,
but what's say we talk it over?

Well, everybody's so used to taking
your ideas all the time.

They don't even listen to mine.

[in German accent]
Und that makes you feel...

Like I'm painted into a corner.

Which makes you feel...

Like I wanna paint you into a corner.

[gasps]

[in normal voice] Daffy! [yelps]

Now I'm the guy who says what goes.

Make it, uh, orange.

Carrot color.

-[Daffy] I like red.
-I said orange.

Blue.

Orange!

-Green.
-Orange.

Yellow.

[sighs] Now you're forcing me
to think outside the box.

[gasps]

Huh?

Eh...

Four heads are better than one.

You're acting like a baby, Daff.

Oh, yeah?

Hey!

Well, who's a baby now, Buster?

-Eh, I'd say you are.
-Hey!

[groans] Huh? Oh!

Eh, what's up, doc?

My patience with you, that's what.

Roomy. But how's the mileage?

Wee!

[laughs]

[gasps] Bugs? Bugs?

Bugs?

Hm...

Looking for someone?

[yells]

Uh-uh-uh!

A-ha! Now we're talking scenery.

I can just hear Granny now.

[imitating Granny]

You're just jealous
because I got more vision than you.

and just doesn't know when to quit.

-What did you come here for again?
-Um, a portrait.

So are you having fun,
getting your portrait done?

Uh... not really.

Not really, huh?

Because you're too busy
trying to get your own way, aren't you?

And forgetting you're here
for your granny.

Now, what do you have to do
to turn this day around?

Hm...

[children laughing and chattering]

We talked it over, Daff.

We ought to compromise.

You know, make it so that all of us
gets something we want.

Yeah! We can have a garden
and your starry sky above.

And it'll be really sweet
and really alien-y.

Thanks, guys, but it wouldn't be Granny.

You were right.
Granny loves her vegetable garden.

That's the portrait we ought to give her.

Or one with tire alignment.

[C.J.] All right, kids.

Smile and say, "That's all, folks."

That's all, folks.

Daffy!

Hm. I can fix it in the computer.

Nah. Granny deserves a portrait
that captures her family.

[sighs]
And this one truly captures her family.

If you hurry, kids, you can watch
the portrait come out of the printer.

[chattering excitedly]
