shouldn't smoke because if you do you

wouldn't have as much energy to do

things like hiking and riding bike

now it's time to make the filling you

want to mix one cup of apricot preserves

two thirds of a cup of chopped pitted

dates two thirds of a cup of Lake Mead

coconut and a half a cup of raisins they

want to teach people to go and flatten

it out into a circle that's about four

inches round I want to take a spoonful

of a little and put it into the center

and you want to press together the edges

of the dough that is filled I'll roll it

into a ball and flatten it let's top

three just wide now you want to put it

on a cookie sheet and if you have more

than one you'd probably arrange them

about an inch apart they don't have to

be too far apart because they want to

spread out that much water baking now to

make your glaze you want to lightly beat

runners and mix it weekly tablespoons of

water and I'm gonna use a pastry brush

and just lightly spread it over the top

of the log off okay now you want to put

it into your oven for fifteen thirty

minutes or until golden brown
