the worst tummy aches ever, huh?

- Oh girls, I know that
cookies and candy and ice cream

taste yummy and delicious,
and that's why it's easy to

get carried away
and eat too much.

But it's very
important not to over-indulge.

- Over-indulge?

- Mhm.

That means to eat too much, because when you do,

that's when
you get a tummy ache.

Girls, sweets are treats
and should only be eaten

sometimes and in small amounts.

- But we just
couldn't help ourselves.

- Yeah, we just didn't have
any of that--any of that--

- Self-control?

- That's it.

- Girls, I think that when your
tummies start feeling better,

it's time to put
the sweets away and start

eating a healthy diet,
because a healthy diet is

as good for your bodies
as it is for your mind.

- Oh, that's a good one.
