learning how to be firefighters at a

special firefighter school they have to

learn to use react and of course how to

work the heavy strong fire hose

they also have to learn two words a big

huge nether for when a fire isn't at all

don't worry this is a pretend fire so

the men can practice

that girl really isn't in any danger but

firemen have to practice rescuing people

too

there's one more important thing

firefighters have to practice how to

work together when you're a firefighter

the only thing more important than your

equipment is the people who work with

you well I'll just spend some you to

play with my my staff finish the puzzle

yesterday I don't really feel like

coloring whoa this hat is perfect and

give it back and if they don't leave it

where I was I think that somebody should

ask before they use something that isn't

theirs so do any of those ideas work for

fight over the fire fighter toys see

Kiki was playing with him but then she

left cuz she had to go to UM she had to

go somewhere and then Julie started

playing with them and now both of them

think that they should have the toys and

we can't figure out what's fair and they

don't want to share yeah or take turns

that sounds pretty serious

Julie Kiki yeah if you don't want to

share and you don't want to take turns

maybe neither of you should play with

the toys if that's what you want

hmm does this sort of thing happen a lot

at the puzzle place sometimes quite a

bit then you should consider making a

rule uh a rule what do you mean uncle

Victoria well all of you should agree on

what to do when something like this

happens then when somebody leaves a toy

out you won't fight about what she said

what he said you'll do what the rule

sets and it'll be fair for everybody

because everybody helped make up the

rule how does that sound

wow that's pretty good I'm gonna try to

do that meet you but remember you must

listen to each other because everybody

must agree on the rule good luck kids

with something you have to ask every

person in every room at the puzzle place

first if they want it before you can

play with it well that'd be okay sky if

you want to spend the whole day going

through 96 rooms not kind of the

bathroom I can remember when my friend

Te'o came to the puzzle place and was

going from room to room trying to find

me got really tired looking at each and

every room

hmm good point Leon hey I have an idea

at school we have cubbyholes little

boxes where we put all of our stuff why

don't we make cubby holes here hmm well

beyond the problem with cubby holes is

that you end up stuffing your cubby hole

with everything just in case you want to

play with it later and then you forget

what's in there and nobody can find

anything my friend Adina had that very

problem with her cubby hole it was so

stuffed that when she wanted to play

with her favorite doll it took forever

to pull her out hmm oh well so much for

cubby holes just like the Kim

oh no Kiki that's even worse than

cubbies then stuff will be locked up and

if you aren't at the puzzle place when

someone wants to play with something

that's in your locker they won't be able

to get to it like one day in gym class

we wanted to play t-ball but the ball

was inside the locker and we tried

everything to get it out

coach Tompkins was out with a cold and

our substitute teacher mrs. young

couldn't figure out which was the right

key

okay lockers are not good either you

know my parents made a rule daddy puts

his reading glasses on top of the

newspaper he's filled us to read and

mommy knows not to do the newspaper away

oh so we need reading glasses

sign

what Kiki means is when you're playing

with something but you want to leave it

for a little while you can put a little

sign on it that's right to me Oh

it will still be yours when you come

back yeah I know just the kind we could

make little signs with photos of

ourselves hey I could take the pictures

yeah and then we have paper and crayons

rule is if you're playing with a toy and

you leave but you want to keep playing

with it when you come back you put your

little sign on it everyone agree I agree

the jack attached to the sofa check and

I got the governor in the kernel I'm all

set to go skydiving but it was no dream

trip to the floor so I can get my sofa

back and we can talk about it okay sure

really great and my sign is done - and I

love mine get my Bell finished I really

great idea to find another way hmm but

I've been thinking Oh what happens if

somebody leaves our sign earn on

something for a really long time

hmm I don't know Kiki and I guess we'll

have to make a new rule for that oh we

can do that

better than trying to throw me off the
