Kellogg's Rice Krispies Salutes, Snap,

Crackle and Pop. America's most loved

trio. Hey, Pop here. I've

got a better idea. Let's skip those other

two guys for now and go to the wonderful

world of pop. Before I became a handsome

spokesperson. My career was all over the

map. I was a pilot, world

famous painter, a professional athlete,

aerobics instructor, deep sea

explorer, and quiz show contestant.

What's a loud way to start your day?A

robin with a bullhorn. No. The

answer is Kellogg's Rice Krispies, the

loud, noisy cereal to put Snap, Crackle,

Pop into your complete breakfast.

Chirp. What's a smart thing to have

before school in the morning?A good

excuse not to go. The

answer is breakfast with Kellogg's Rice

Krispies cereal. That great tasting snap,

crackle, and pop wakes up your brain.

Nothing. You shouldn't go to school. I

mean, you should always go to school.

Wait a minute. How do you get your little

brothers or sisters to leave you alone at

breakfast?Ingratable PJ's.

The answer is Kellogg's Rice Krispies.

That groovy snap, crackle, and pop will

send them into orbit. What?

Gee, that was fun. And now part

two, where I started out as a small. Hey,

Pop, I've got a better idea. And now

Kellogg's Rice Krispies is proud to

present the adventures of Timmy the

Tooth.

When imagination is your passport to

adventure, here goes. You can beat

anyone. You can go anywhere.

And the fun never ends. It's a

beautiful day to laugh and play and be

with my friends. No one knows more about

imagination and adventure than Timmy the

Tooth. This is true. The adventures of

Timmy the Tooth. Now the adventure,

the excitement, the fun, and the

music continue as Timmy takes off in

three all new adventures. This calls for

a celebration. The brush in the stone,

an eye for a tooth. And Rainy Day

Adventure and look for Timmy's first six

adventures also available on video

cassette. Timmy in Space,

Operation Secret Birthday Surprise, Molar

Island, Malibu, Timmy, Lost My

Brush and Spooky Tooth.

Play, learn and sing

along with Timmy and all his friends.

imagination is your passport to

my circus bow tie.

Oh, and there's my taking the bus bowtie.

And here's my going to the park on a

sunny day bow tie. And

there's my going to the park on a cloudy

day bow tie.

Oh, and this. This is

my brand new, very extra

special picnic bow tie.

It's a one-of-a-kind. I have a

very special picnic bow tie I always

wear it when I need the day to stay dry

I have a very special picnic bow tie

I wear it when I need to keep the clouds

from the sky This special tie helps me to

find the very best place To spread out a

blanket and feed my face Where the grass

is green, the birds sing, the sun always

shines I know when I wear it

everything will be fine

I have a very special picnic bow tie.

I wear it when I know I'm going to have a

good time. I have a very special

picnic bow tie. Whenever I wear it, I

know the sun's going to shine. It's a

beautiful day to laugh and play and be

with my friends. I never, ever want

the day to end when you share your day

with someone else out in the sun. One

thing's for certain, you're going to have

fun. I have a very special picnic

bow tie. I'm gonna wear it, have a

really good time, yeah!

Why so many bow ties?Well, each

day calls for something different, brush

brush. Like, for instance, today is a

kind of, I don't know what I'm gonna do,

special kind of sort of day. So, I have

to wear this one. Um,

excuse me.

Here we are. Okay, ready.

Boy, I love this bow tie. If I didn't

have it, I'd go cuckoo wacky.

So, Brush Brush, what are we going to do

today?

Yeah, good idea. Let's see if the morning

paper's here. Come on.

All clear.

Nope. The paper's not here yet.

Oh. Hi, Timmy. Hi,

Sidney.

Sidney!

Oh, Sid. Sid, are you OK?Yeah,

yeah, yeah, I guess so. Oh.

What a mess. Say, you're getting much

better at throwing these days. At least

you didn't break anything.

Sidney. Sidney, are you all right?

I was just going out to get the morning

paper when I heard the crash. Oh, and

look at your poor bicycle. Yeah, well,

at least it's not wrecked up as the old

one was, huhSydney. That

you, Sydney. Jeepers. It's my

boss. What are you doing sitting down on

the job, boy?Gee,

Mr. Bonkers, I just had a little bitty

accident. Oh, not another accident.

Sydney, Sydney, Sydney.

I'm sorry, Sir. It won't happen again. I

promise. Why, I remember the old

days when your father used to deliver the

daily paper. Now

there was a great paperboy. Yes, Sir.

All right. All right then, Sidney. Carry

on. Carry on. Yes, Sir. Oh, and

no sitting down on the job. Oh, boy. Oh,

no. No, no, Sir. Right away, Sir. Back on

the job, Sir. Oh, oh, boy. Oh, boy. Hey,

Timmy. Timmy. Can you watch my bike for

me?Oh, sure, sureI got to get my papers

going again. Here's my bag. You

got it on, Cindy. I'm wearing it. OK, go

ahead. I'm out of here. Go back to your

job. Thanks. OK. Oh, boy. Oh, wow.

Yeah. I wish we could help him. Yeah.

Hey, sorry about your cat.

Anyway.

Hey, what's that?

HmmI never noticed that house before.

Oh, well, here goes.

Oh, well, can't see.

Oh.

Hey, squirt. What's the big idea?

Sorry. Sorry, Sir. I I I thought you were

a house. No, noI mean, I thought a house

was you. No. Hey, guys,

check out the Cyclops.

Oh, yeah, he's

cute. Can I have him?I told you,

no pets.

I have to go now. Hold it, greenie. We're

not through making fun of you yet. Look,

look, Mr. I'm sorry I hit you with the

paper. I just. I just couldn't see very

well. He's got one eye and it don't

work.

Hey, leave him alone. Well, look what we

have here. It's Timmy the Tube

and that pesky little brush of his brush.

It's OK. Good boy. Hey,

keep that Brushios away from me. I just

got these new pants here, and if he

messes them up, I'll get real...

Real mad?No, I'll

get a really big cleaning bill.

Then I'll get real mad. Well,

I think it would be best if you all just

move along. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I

get the idea. Just tell your paper

flinging pal here to watch his aim.

Come on, guys, let's go pick through the

trash, huh

What happened, Sid?They were just picking

on me. Hey,

thanks, Brush Brush. Hey, don't worry.

See, I don't care about them. See, I

just want to be a great paperboy like my

dad. And my Uncle Herman.

And Pramps. And my cousin Stinky.

Oh, and Granny Gertrude. She had a

great arm. You see,

I had this dream.

I want to be

just like my dad,

the best paper boy

this town ever had.

A fish in the sea, a bird in the sky.

One swims deep and the other flies high.

They're both very good at what they do.

And in one special way, they're just like

you. You are one-of-a-kind.

There is no one quite like you.

Listen to us. We have to say, we

wouldn't change you in any way. So

swim in the sea or fly. high in the sky

Run in the sun and jump really high You

are so great at what you do

Keep that special feeling inside of you

You are one-of-a-kind There is no one

quite like you

Listen to us. We have to say We

wouldn't change you in any way To

the fish in the sea The birds in the sky

Keep swimming deep Oh, keep flying high

You are so great at what you do Keep

that special feeling

inside of you

Hey! That was

great! And you know something?I do

feel better. And I'm going to be the best

paperboy Flossmoor Valley has ever seen!

Watch out, world! Here I come!

Gosh! Sidney, Sidney,

Sidney! What have you done, Sidney?Uh,

sorry, sir?I'm giving you just

one more chance to prove yourself. Oh,

you're fired!

Oh, no!

All right, Sidney. All you need is a

little target practice. Well, I'm ready,

Timmy. Okay. Right.

Okay.

Yeah?You missed. But here, try

it again.

Well, no, you missed again. Look,

Sid, it's all in the arm and the wrist.

Just line up the target, aim,

and release. Release. Release.

Wow. Thanks, Brush

Brush. OK, Sid, try it again. OK.

Get ready, Paper.

And. Ouch. Oops.

Sorry, Annette. And Nat, it's me,

Bubbles. Ohh Are you having trouble

seeing the target, Sidney?Well, I can see

it all right. It's just a little too far

away. Well, try moving closer. Oh, okay.

Can you see it

now?Almost. Just a

little closer?Yeah. Yeah

Well, seems a little fuzzy. Is this it?

You mean, you don't know?

No. I guess I can't see too well, huh

Yeah. Gee, Sydney, maybe you should get

your eye examined. What?Yeah. Well, I've

never been very good at exams. And

besides, if I have to get glasses, I just

know everyone's going to make fun of me.

Oh, no one's going to make fun of you. No?

Oh. It'll be fun. Yeah.

Well, I don't know. Come on, Sid, it'll

be neat. Yeah. Well,

OK. OK, I'll do it. Great. But as long as

nobody makes fun of me. Nobody's going to

make fun of you. OK, let's go set up.

Yeah, come on. OK.

OK, Sidney, can you tell me what

this is?Sure. That's. It

looks like. Oh, yeah. It's the big

purple planet Schmutz, located way over

there in the Crownman Nebula, right?

UhOkay, how about

this one?That's, uh..

Hey! That's a hot dog.

Um, okay, um, how about this one?

Oh, uh, that one's easy. That's one of

Timmy's bow ties. Come on, you guys. This

is too easy. Give me something harder.

Um, uh, Sydney?Uh, gee, I, uh..

I think you might definitely need

glasses. Oh, no, no no,

no way. I'm not wearing any funny

glasses. Nope, I don't like that idea at

all. Yeah, but Sid, wearing glasses can

be fun. Yeah. Especially if you can't see

very well.

What's that?First, first?A lot of

people do wear glasses. Well, not me. No,

siree, I do not wear glasses. Well, a lot

of famous people wear glasses. Oh,

yeah?YeahLike who?Brush, brush. Hit the

lights. Sidney, watch

this. Watch this. It's a slide show.

Watch it. I can't see it. Well, just a

minute. You'll see. OK. Wow.

Hey, I know who that is. Who?WhoWhoWho is

it?That's Abraham Thinking, one of our

early president-ures. You know, he had to

wear glasses because he couldn't read

without them. Well, that's pretty nifty

noodle.

Oh, this one's Betsy Floss. Hey, she

sold the Floss more flag. Yeah, and she

wears glasses too. She needed them so she

wouldn't get poked with a needle. Oh,

good one.

Now here's an interesting slide. This is

the great William Shakespeare Mint.

Not only did he write a lot of plays, but

he also invented the breath freshener. No

kidding. Yeah. You know, I went to one of

his plays once. Yeah, I couldn't see it

too well. But boy, did it smell great.

Well, you see what you've been missing?

Oh, yeah. Yeah, I see. Well, I guess I

see. I guess I don't see. Well,

here, Sid, check out this next one. OK.

It's Supergal.

Oh, and of course, Broom Boy, her

faithful companion and Super Brush. You

know, together they can spot crime before

it happens. They wear glasses too.

Yep. YepOK, Brush Brush, go get the

lights.

So, Sid, what do you

think?Truthfully,

I really couldn't see the slides, but it

sounded like you guys were having a good

time. Well, thanks a lot. It was a lot of

fun. I am out of here. Sydney. Hey,

wait. What?I got the little something

here. What is it?Oh, that's a

magnifying glass. Yeah. Look through it.

Yeah, look through it. OK.

Wow. I can see. Yeah. This

is a real eye opener, you know?Yeah. See.

And now you won't have to bunk into

things. Yeah. YeahAnd now you can see

where to throw your newspapers. Yeah.

Isn't this great?Yeah. No.

No, it's not great. I'm not going to walk

around with that silly thing. Everybody's

going to laugh at me.

If you could see, you wouldn't be

crashing into trees if you could see

at me. Oh, if you could see, you wouldn't

be. Barking bubbles in me if you could

see. Oh, Sidney, I'm

sorry. Just imagine all the fun

you could have. Catching the ball,

hitting the ball, running those beds.

Flying a plane, driving a bus, reading a

book. You could toss those papers without

a second book. Yeah?Yeah

If you could see, you would be. Anything

you want to be if you could see Oh,

Sydney! If I could see, I could

be Anything I wanted to be if I could

see Oh, Timmy!

Just imagine all the things you could do

Itchy diving off the back of an Indian

canoe Riding a horse, pitching the shoes

Much more than that Be a paper boy

as great as your dad My dad?

Yeah, as great as your dad

Wow! If I could see, I would be

Cruising around those trees If I could

see If I could really see If

I could see, I would be The best paperboy

in the world If I could see What do I

have to do to see

Here, give it a try. Okay. Whoa, wait

a minute. I mean, how am I supposed to

throw and ride my bike and hold my papers

at the same time?Ay-yi-yi, I'm doomed!

Oh, no you're not, Sidney.

Hey, you know what?WhatI just happen to

have a catalog of cool eyewear. There's

hundreds of pages and all kinds of

glasses. Come on, let's take a look.

Yeah, good idea. All right.

See?Wow. Hey, do they make

glasses for one-eyed paperboys like me?

Good question, Sidney. Let's take a look

at the table of contents, shall we?Okay.

OkayLet's see. Lots of things.

Oh, sporty. Yeah. Easy wear. Two.

Sunglasses. Two. Party wear. Two.

Bifocals. Two. Granny

glasses. Two. Novelty.

HmmI don't see any glasses for one-eyed

paper, boys. You see, I knew it. I knew

it. And even if they did, they'd probably

look really silly on me anyway. Oh, boy.

Oh, but silly. Silly.

Sidney. Bummer. I'll

never be a great paperboy. Never,

ever. Wait, Sidney,

wait. Sidney.

Where's my bike?Bike?Oh, boy.

Yeah, Sidney's really upset.

Sidney, look out! Sidney!

Oh, dear. Oh, dear. Oh,

I rang my bell. I guess he just didn't

see me. We'll have to try and pull him

out. Come on. Grab a hold. Sydney, we're

going to get you out. OK. OK

Ready?Yeah.

And ow. Ow.

This looks like a fun game.

Am I out yet?Gosh, he's really

stuck. What gravy. It's no

game. Have an accident, Sidney?No,

thanks. I just had one. Oh, OK.

Pace, Pace, help us. We need you because

you're so thick and strong. Well, yes, I

did just get back from the gym. Well, let

me take a look here. Excuse me.

Yes, I see. Uh ha. Well,

I'd say he's stuck in a tree. Pace, we

know he's stuck. We need your help to get

him out. Oh, well, I have an

idea. Let's all get in a line.

We are in a line.

OK, good. Now, on the count of three,

we'll all work together in great teamwork

fashion and yank him right out. All right?

OK, let's go. All right,

go. Oh, Sydney, are you all right?Yeah,

yeah, that that was fun.

I feel a bit taller, though.

Well, what's wrong with Sidney?He's

a little down in the dumps because of

his...

Sidney, something wrong with your eyebrow?

No, Paste. He's having a little eye

trouble. That's That's too bad.

Hey, I got an idea. Hey,

you stay here with Sidney and the rest of

us. Let's go to the workshop. Come on.

OK, Sidney. Yeah. What do you say we we

take a look at that bike, huh

OK, Let's

see. Got this. OK, got our

string. We got our magnifying glass and

our hat. And looks like

we got everything. Uh, tool check. Tool

check. Uh, tool check! Okay. Um, would

you wedge it?Got it. Great. Uh,

Guzzi Gizmo?Check!

Framazama?

Can't forget our Framazama. Okay, looks

like it's all here. Operation

EyeSight is ready to begin!

I hope this works. But But it'll never

work. Look, Look I know what you're

thinking, okay?What?See, I can't. I can't

give up delivering newspapers. But I

might have to, you knowYou're right.

You're right. You're right. But I can't

disappoint my family. But I'll probably

lose my job. I know, I knowI'll get

another job. But what if I don't?What if

I don't?Thanks, Paste. I feel a lot

better. Aye, aye, aye

Sidney, we have something for you.

Yeah. Oh, no, thanks. I don't want any

watermelon. Oh, no, it's not a

watermelon. It's a present. Yeah.

Open it up, Sidney. Okay.

Wow! Put it on,

Sid! We call it the Visionator.

Oh, well, uh, gee, it's a

it's a nice hat. Oh, flip the lens down.

Okay.

I can't believe it! Hey, I can see!

Look at all your beautiful faces! And I

can see, I can see the flowers and and

the grass. Oh, and Timmy's house!

Ohh And Timmy, you got some, you got some

gunk on your windows there.

I can see, I can see, I can see, I cansee!

Now I can see and I won't be crashing

into trees 'cause I can see. That's

me. Just

imagine all the fun I will have. Hitting

the ball, chasing the ball, running those

pads. Flying a plane, driving a bus,

reading a book. I can toss my papers

those trees. Now I can see. Now I can

Congratulations.

This calls for a celebration. I

suggest a picnic.

And I can wear my special one-of-a-kind

picnic bow tie. Hmm

I know it's in the house here somewhere.

Maybe I'm just not seeing it.

Yeah, you're right, Brush Brush. It's got

to be here somewhere. Hey,

anybody find anything in there?Just a

stalk of celery. Yum.

I got this nifty refrigerator magnet from

the baby Grand Canyon. Oh, remember

that brush, brush?Oh, that was a great

adventure. Hmm

Let me think here. I

remember. All of my bow ties were

right here on the table. Hey, here

it is, Timmy. Right where you left it.

You found it. Yeah. Well, I guess you

have to have really great eyesight. Like

me.

Thanks, Sid. Sure. Hey, now we can have

our picnic. Yay! Um, what should

we eat?How about your favorite, Timmy?Bow

tie pasta!

Bow tie pasta, guys. We're ready for our

picnic now, huhYeah, we'll bring our

fruit. Yeah. And what else? And I found

just the place at the pot.
