- Woo. We're here!

- So Oliver, how was your
first trip in a flying car?

- Well, I've definitely never
driven over a rainbow before.

enjoy the scenic route.

[doorbell rings]

[Oliver giggling]

- Granny, Grandpa, Omari.

but he's probably snoozing

like he is most of the time.

forward to seeing you,

but she got dragged to
Transylvanian tap dancing

with mum and dad.

- Speaking of dancing, we'd
better get to the vampire ball.

- Make sure you behave.

- I was talking to your
grandparents.

[Oliver and Isadora giggling]

- Oh! [laughing]

- [Isadora's Dad] Bye!

Welcome to the Moon family
mansion,

home to three generations of
Moons,

and a bat.

- You're right. Your
grandparents seem like lots of
fun.

[monster roaring]

- But that doesn't!

- I'm, I'm sure it's nothing.

It probably happens all the
time.

- Oh, I've never heard that
before.

Huh. Lemonade, anyone?

[mysterious music]

- Whoa! This place is amazing!

- Why, thank you.

Although it hasn't been in
the family for too long,

just 1,000 years or so.

[monster roaring]

- Ah!

- And Grandpa, in all that time,

did anyone ever hear a
mysterious, monstrous noise?

- Not that I recall.

- Monstrous?

Like, maybe there's a monster
monstrous?

- There's only one way to find
out.

- Well, let's search
the mansion for clues.

- Search the mansion?
Where would we start?

There are 38 rooms!

- How did you..?

- I counted the windows
when we were outside.

- Oh, impressive
observation skills, Oliver.

- Thank you.

- Although, there are actually

Oh, if you are going on a good
old-fashioned monster hunt,

I've got just the thing to help.

- Ah!

A monster hunt sounds
great and everything,

but a board game would
be pretty exciting too.

[monster roaring]

somewhere.

- What are all those tubey bits?

- [Oliver] Fireplaces.

It looks like there's one in
every room.

- Ah, observant as ever, Oliver.

We need all those fireplaces
to stay warm in winter.

Our capes are stylish, but
they are not very cozy.

Brrr.

[all children laughing]

- Lemonade! Freshly squeezed.

- Oh yes.

- Granny's lemonade is the best.

[drink being slurped]

- Wow! That really is lemony.

[organ music blast]

Ah!

- Don't worry. It's just
grandpa's pipe organ.

- What's that, Isadora?

You'd like me to play my pipe
organ?

- Oh, any excuse.

[Isadora giggling]

- A most intriguing
instrument, the pipe organ.

Air whizzes through the pipes

♪ to make a beautiful tune ♪

[spooky organ music]

- Kind of beautiful.

[Isadora and Oliver laughing]

[monster roaring]

- Oh!
- Ah!

- Very strange. I must
have hit the wrong note.

- [giggling] No, grandpa.
It was the monster.

Let's go!

Okay, we'll tick off the
rooms on the map one by one.

- Great idea.

That way we're sure to find,
well, whatever it is. [laughs]

- But I don't know if I want to
find it.

- Oh, well, we don't have
to go on a monster hunt

if you don't want to.

- It's just, what if we
really do find a monster?

I'm not sure I want to meet one
of those.

- When I first came to school,

had you ever met a half-fairy
half-vampire before?

- Well, I, er, no.

- Before tonight,

had you ever met a whole
family of vampires?

- Um, not a whole family,
but you're all really nice.

- How do you know the
monster isn't nice too?

We won't know unless we
meet it and find out.

- Oh, I, er, hadn't thought
of it like that before.

- And anyway,

there's nothing to worry
about while I'm around.

As the eldest, I'm not afraid of
anything.

[clock tolls]

[screams] Ooh!

[Oliver and Isadora laughing]

- Okay, I can't believe I'm
saying this,

but let's go find a monster!

- Ah.

[dramatic organ music]

[door clicks]

[Isadora giggling]

- Ah!

[Granny snoring]

- Ah!

[Isadora and Oliver laughing]

- Oh-oh, I'm sensing the
hunt didn't go to plan?

- We've checked the whole
mansion and found nothing.

[monster roaring]

[sighs] We've got to find
out what's making that noise.

You can't wear ear
protectors all the time.

- Mm? Oh!

I wasn't wearing them
because of the monster, dear.

Why don't I make another
batch of lemonade?

That should raise our spirits

- Oh, and I'll play another
tune, as everyone enjoys it, hm!

Although, I do wish Rutger was
here.

Oh, he loves the pipe
organ more than anyone.

I wonder where he's got to.

[dramatic organ music]

- [Oliver] Huh!

All those fireplaces make
the mansion look like

one giant pipe organ.

[dramatic organ music]

- Oh! Wait, that's it!

- Yes, that's it! Um, what's it?

- I think I know where the
monster is,

although it's not really a
monster at all.

Come on!

- We checked every room.

- Not every room.

There are 39 if you include

the cellar.
- the cellar!

- Ooh!

- Hey, wait for us!

- [giggling] There's your
monster.

[Rutger snoring]

- Oh, Rutger! So that's
where you've been snoozing.

But Isadora, how did you know?

- It was when Oliver said
the map of the mansion

looked like a giant pipe organ?

- All the fireplaces act like
pipes.

They can carry a tune
[giggling],

or a roar, all over the mansion.

- But Rutger doesn't roar.

- No, but he definitely snores.

[Rutger snoring]

- [All] Whoa!

- Oh, Rutger.

- Pretty clever, Isadora.

Although, I was just about
to figure it out myself,

of course.

- I couldn't have solved
it without Oliver.

- Oh yes! You three make quite
the team.

You will have to visit more
regularly.

- You will come again, won't
you?

- Monsters, lemonade, and a
snoring bat.

You won't be able to stop me.

- Come on, let's leave Rutger
in peace and quiet, huh?

[Rutger snoring]

It's a pity because I
was hoping to play you

my favorite four hour pipe organ
fugue.

- Run. Save yourselves
before he changes his mind!

[children laughing]
