And I'm here with my friends
in Iceland.

I'm going to tell
one of my favorite stories.

It's the story of the toy prince.

Ooh.

A toy prince?

about the toy prince?

It's a special dancing story--

a ballet.

Once upon a time,
there was a toy prince.

The toy prince
ruled over all the toys in Iceland.

Whenever a toy
was feeling sad or lonely,

the toy prince
could always make it feel better.

All he had to do
was wind up his winder-upper.

[trumpet playing

And when the toy prince
was all wound up,

he would dance.

He would plié...

achapé...

battement...

and sauté.

Do you think his dancing made
the little toy feel happy?

Yes.

All the toys were happy
when the toy prince danced.

They loved him very much.

But one day,

a bad mouse came to the toy village.

[Leo]
Yikes!

That mouse has a whole army
of mouse soldiers.

[June] The mouse thought
he should rule all the toys.

So, when the toy prince wasn't looking,

he took something from him.

[flute plays]

What did the bad mouse
take from the prince?

Yes.

He stole the toy prince's winder-upper.

-[Quincy] Uh-oh.
-[Annie] What a rotten trick!

[flute plays]

-Without his winder-upper...
-[trumpet playing]

...the toy prince couldn't wind
himself up anymore.

-His dancing got slower...
-[trumpet playing slower]

...and slower...

ritardando...

Until finally, he stopped.

Oh, no!

He can't dance anymore.

That's terrible.

Then the mouse made himself king.

And he locked the frozen
toy prince in his castle.

[orchestra playing slowly]

All the toys were very sad.

They tried to find the winder-upper

so they could save the prince.

But the mouse king hid it
where no one could find it.

June, that's a sad story.

I wish there was some way
we could help the toy prince.

-[trumpet playing song]
-[gasps] Listen. I hear something.

It sounds like

the toy prince's winder-upper.

Can you find the winder-upper?

Yes, you found it!

[Leo] The mouse king hid it
under that big pile of snow.

I cannot believe it!

Now we can go
to the mouse king's castle

and wind up the toy prince.

We can save him!

But to save the toy prince,
we're going to need your help.

Will you help us save the toy prince?

Fantastic!

We've got a mission.

We're going to save the toy prince.

Let the mission...

It's a bouncing ball.

...can you show us how to get
to the mouse king's castle?

He's showing us the way.

[Annie]
He's helping us!

Follow that bouncy ball, Rocket.

[June]
Ooh.

The bouncy ball is leading us

across a geyser field.

[footsteps approaching]

[Annie] Uh-oh.

That sounds like... the mouse king!

[playing "Chinese Dance"]

[Leo] The mouse king and his soldiers
have musical instruments.

-[Quincy] Those are piccolos.
-[roaring]

Oh, no!

When they play their piccolos,
it wakes up the geysers.

[June] The mouse king is trying
to stop us from getting to the toy prince.

Don't worry, team. I have a plan.

We can dance to tell Rocket
and the bouncy ball

when it's safe to bounce, like this.

when we hear the mice
playing their piccolos,

to the mouse king and his soldiers.

They got splashed in the air!

Look! We're getting closer to the castle.

[Leo]
Do you see the toy prince?

Yes! There he is!

[Annie]
But he's still frozen!

He can't dance until we wind him up
with the winder-upper.

He's at the other end of the tunnel
with his army.

[Annie]
And he has a big box of snowballs!

Yikes! They're rolling
the snowballs right at us!

We need a plan, and fast.

[clarinet plays]

Good idea, Teddy Bear.

We can do a jumping dance
to keep away from the snowballs.

Achapé. Jump open.

[Leo]
Uh-oh. Here come all the snowballs!

[Quincy]
Be careful, June!

To dance past all the snowballs,
we're going to need your help.

We're coming to save you!

We've got the winder-upper!

...the mouse king and his army!

[Leo] We have to get to the castle
before them so we can save the prince.

-[dings]
-Right, Rocket.

We better fly super fast!

To get to super fast,

we have to start at adagio.

Now reach your arms to the sky
and shake your whole body!

before the mouse king!

[grunts]

The door won't open. It's locked.

But we need to find a way inside

so we can wind up the toy prince.

Look! There's a ballerina by the door.

I know how to get into the castle.

To open the door,

we have to do the ballerina's
secret password dance.

Ooh!

Go for it, June! You can do it!

But I'm going to need your help.

Stand up like me.

Go ahead. Get up on your feet.

Stand up nice and tall like a dancer.

Excellent! Now do a plié...

he blew the mouse king

and his army away!

Look. Here come the toys!

[Leo] Aw. They're glad
to have the toy prince back.

His dancing makes them happy.
