than the Western Provinces,

deep in an inhospitable desert
known as the Barren Lands.

The Barren Lands are actually

within the bounds of Demon Lord
Daggrull's territory.

So naturally,

no one is willing to officially
lay claim over the ruins.

Which is why
Soma doesn't belong to anybody,

and can be explored freely.

we'll have to carefully

consider our next step
with the ruins we found.

There were some ruins
in the area

around Clayman's base.
