I don't get anxious,

but I've had a couple moments
where I'm like, "Ugh, [bleep]."

Since, uh, honestly, I can remember,

I've always dealt with
some form of anxiety.

As I grow older, I understand now
it's not really trying to fix it

and more just tryin' to live with it.

I think the anxiety stems from
making sure that everybody else is okay,

to take a step back and remember

I gotta put myself first

'cause nobody else is
gonna do that more than me.
