Making a Birthday Crown

some kids don't like to wear party hats because the string bothers their neck it

actually kind of bothers miss rachel's neck so you don't have to wear a party hat you

could wear something else like a crown or you could just wear it for a little bit let's make a party crown together

we'll take a piece of paper and some kid scissors remember to get a grown-up's help with the scissors

then we cut some zigzags zigzag

wow now i'm going to trim this side so it's about the same height

next we'll tape the two sides together so they'll fit around my head getting some tape

birthdays are so much fun but they can be pretty loud and exciting if you need

a break you can tell your grown-up i want a break

or you can just sign break and then you can take a break away from the party for just a little bit maybe

you can take a break in the hallway or take a little break outside with your

grown-up or take a break in another room it's okay to take a break

this is a fun game you can play at a birthday party you can throw a ring and get it around

trick for how to take nice deep breaths you pretend your finger is a flower like a rose you smell the

rose and then you pretend it's a candle and you blow it out
