would be special enough to be in the

contest we could buy some nice ones at

the grocery store an eggplant or a

with the growing of the vegetables can

healthy one did you know Farmers tend to

live longer because they get regular

but a body needs a lot of different

foods to make up a balanced diet to stay

healthy what do you mean balanced diet

tell you all about the food group there

are four major food groups grains Dairy

meats and fruit and vegetables wait

food like bread oatmeal and rice they're

called grains

the grains give us lots of energy to get

through the day yeah

yeah they're the dairy foods like milk

and cheese

random cheesy cheese is full of calcium

that makes your bones strong and keeps

them from breaking to build up your

muscles yeah you need protein like

you're finding meat eggs chicken and

fish oh the final food group is fruit

and vegetables they give you vitamins

and minerals there's a whole herd of

them and you ought to travel

so eat a balanced diet cow pokes you be

happy and healthy like me

before the vegetables come up out of the

ground and we can eat them well

if we get some rain The Sun Shines good

and regular and there's no giant swarms

of grasshopper giant swarms of

grasshoppers I think we should be seeing

some veggies in about

four weeks we don't have that much time
