possible before I go see the doctor.

start doing this cross fitness crap,

He brought me out to a farm
surrounded by corn fields

and it's just a bunch

old tire, sledge hammer, couple
bales of hay, chains, a big a*s rope.

I'm waiting for the children of
the corn to come out and k*ll me.

We're going to try to keep
our whole hand around it.

as much effort as you can and try.

I don't want to fail just because
I didn't want to put in the work.

But unless it's making money,
I don't want to do it for free.

We got some 40-pound feed sacks.

to just keep the status quo

and keep the weight on
because that's what you're used to.

how good it will feel

when he gets off the weight
