She asks, "Did you guys ever try out for
one of those singing competition shows?"

Well, yes! But also, no. Maybe.

It's a great story.
It all started one day

when Principal Jeffers
was in a stinker mood.

No slamming the locker. Detention!

No running in the hallway. Detention!

Not paying attention? Detention!

Yes, I know I rhymed,
but that doesn't diminish your crime.

[chuckles] Detention!

So, yeah, Principal Jeffers
was clearly having a time,

but we had our minds on other things.
The Ultimate Voice!

The biggest singing competition show
out there.

We had submitted a video of us singing,

and we were dying to find out
if we got an audition.

Okay, the suspense is k*lling me,

and it's making my hands
really sweaty.

-Dang, girl!
-I know. I gotta get it checked out.

-[notification chimes]

"The Ultimate Voice would like
to invite Electric Bloom

"to our regional auditions..."

[all squeal]

for the local theater company's
spring musical.
