of their endurance and creativity.

Savannah: You're way off!

Kyle: We are in so much trouble.

Scott: All four teams tasted
victory and defeat.

Jena and Sean's
playful exterior...

the most recent win.

Heading into the
final challenge,

the exhausted teams
have to dig deep.

Savannah: Oh, wow!

Arnold: What are we gonna
do with this hammock?

Rotem: No, no, no!

Scott: Pushing emotions

Savannah: I feel like
I had to prove to myself

that I was enough.

Scott: As we prepare to name
the Renovation Resort Champion.

Bryan: Their mission: to
transform these four cabins

inside-and-out, in only
seven weeks.

Scott: The team with the best
cabin wins a game changing prize

Renovation Resort.

Scott: How's everybody
feeling this morning?

Kyle: Nervous... anxious.

Scott: What a journey!

Congratulations, everybody.

You've worked
so hard to get to this point.

You have completed the interior
and exterior of your cabins.

It hasn't been without
a lot of mud,

sweat and tears.

But you have accomplished a lot.

So congratulations.
- Thank you!

(clapping)

Bryan: You've all started
with the same exterior spaces,

the same interior spaces.

You all had the same $100,000
build-and-design budget,

and the same amount of time.

Scott: Throughout
this competition,

we've been looking at the
quality of your work,

the creativity of your design,

and the functionality
of your space.

And everyone has done
an excellent job.

Bryan: You may think
your cabins are complete,

but we're not quite
finished with you yet.

♪

We have one final
challenge for you.

Savannah: Another challenge?

What?

Sean: Didn't expect
it at all.

Scott: I hope you have
some gas left in the tank,

because today

you must build
a modular structure

to make your dock a destination.

On your shoreline, you will
find everything that you need.

Lumber, brackets, tools.

This is one of the most exciting
parts of the cabin experience,

so have fun with it,
make it interesting.

Kyle: We're good at that.

Bryan: But that's not all. We do
have one more little surprise.

Savannah: Oh, no!
Scott: Oh, yeah.

Rotem: Another twist?!

Bryan: Inside this tackle box,

we have pictures of accessories

that you must incorporate
into your dock design.

And Jena and Sean's
as last week's winner,

you get to choose
your accessories first

and assign the remaining
accessories to the other teams.

Ooooh.
Sean: (chuckles)

Bryan: May I present you
with the tackle box.

Jena: Thank you.

Kyle: Hey, remember...
the love we share?

(laughter)

Savannah: I'm nervous.

♪

Jena: We've got an 8-by-8
mosquito net.

We've got an 8-by-8
two-person hammock,

an 8-by-10 wave shade,

and an 80-inch armless sofa.

Jena: Hmmm?

Sean: The 8-by-8
two-personal hammock,

we will keep.

Jena: We're going to pass on
the 8-by-8 mosquito net

to April and Arnold.
Arnold: Okay.

Sean: We actually
want to help him out.

I think that'll look
really cool on their dock.

Sofa--this one's for you, guys.

Savannah: Oh, thank you!
Sean: Enjoy.

Bryan: That does sound
like a helpful share.

Sean: And wave shade?

Oh!

Rotem: Oh, I like that!

Troy: I do like the wave shade.

Bryan: To complete
this challenge,

you have ten hours.
Rotem: Oh!

Well, that's a
short period of time.

Scott: Given the tight turnaround,

you'll receive help to
put up your structures.

Bryan: This is an extremely
close competition.

And this final challenge
could be

the one thing you need
to swing that vote

in your favor to win
this entire competition.

There will be no guest judge.

Scott: At the end
of this challenge,

Bryan and I are
going to evaluate

the overall guest experience
of each of your cabins.

Bryan: We have
witnessed from day one,

you put your heart and souls
into this competition.

So it only makes sense that we
will make the final decision.

This decision is going to be
extremely difficult for us,

because we need to agree
and we rarely do.

Scott: I agree!

You know how close this race is.

Everybody here has
taken home a win.

And a couple of teams
have two wins.

We have $100,000
still up for grabs.

We have the title of 'Renovation
Resort Champions' up for grabs!

Who's ready to take on
your final challenge?

(clapping/cheering)

Okay, you got ten hours!
Bryan: Alright!

Scott: And that clock starts...
now!

Kyle: Let's go!
Bryan: Alright, get
the dock outta here!

Scott: (laughs)

Kyle: Let's go!

Scott: The dock is one of the
last spots that you stand

when you take a holiday.

Kinda take that final moment
on the dock and you reminisce,

how was this vacation?

What were the highs?
What were the lows?

It's fitting that the docks will
be the last contributing factor

to determining the Champion
of Renovation Resort.

Kyle: Let's get these all open

so I can see what
we're working with.

This orientation does
not make a bit of sense.

Savannah really wants to go with
something grand and beautiful.

Savannah: I want to do the
double peek, and I want to go

as wide and as long as we
possibly can go.

Kyle: We're going to
utilize every square inch

of this dock that we can.

Savannah: So I want to go, like,

as close to this
as we possibly can.

We have a lot riding on this.

We haven't had a win
for a while.

I would really, really
love a win here.

Design for me has never been

about just beautiful things.

Our cabin, it's all about heart.

I wanted it to be
soft and romantic,

and have a bit of that...
rustic vibe.

And I think that's exactly
what I've achieved here.

That's why we're gonna
win this thing.

Kyle: I think I got
to get my sea legs,

like I'm walking on this,
and it's making me nauseous.

Sean: The challenge
is to build a modular structure.

Jena: Because we
won two challenges,

we're feeling confident.

Sean: Let's see if we can
take the win on this one.

Jena: I want to sit
and plan first,

just make sure
we're on the same page.

Sean: Yep!
Jena: We picked the hammock.

The hammock comes with a
fixed dimension of 8-by-8,

so we know that
it has to take up

a certain portion
of our floating dock.

So maybe we just do a 16-by-8?

I like to think
that other competitors

see us as the wildcard
or the dark horse.

In Challenge One and Two,

I had a lot of second-
guessing happening internally.

We just couldn't perfect
anything in the judges' eyes.

Debra: With the lime
wash on the walls,

I couldn't tell--
is that finished?

Jena: Emotionally and mentally,
I was kind of in the dumps.

In Challenge Three, after
winning the loft--

Sarah: Jena and Sean!!

Jena: It was such a
breath of fresh air.

I needed that motivation.

I need that validation.

Sarah: It takes a fantastic
designer to pull that off.

Jena: She just let me
know that I belong here,

and that what we've
done makes sense.

I think that's why in our cabin,
we focus so much on

making sure it's a place
where people feel comfortable,

that they do belong.

We know what our
style is all about.

We're here to have fun.
We're here to win.

Sean: That's the main key.

So as long as we're
enjoying ourselves

while we're doing it,
we can accomplish our dreams.

So we'll stick
with the structural plan.

Jena: Yeah.
Sean: Okay? Original?

Jena: One, two, three!!
Sean: Go!

Troy: I got it.

Rotem: I'm happy to be
out of this last challenge.

I'm just taking, Troy?

Because this gives us
a second opportunity

to shine on the exterior.

Troy: Comin' with the tent.

When you come up to a cabin,
it's all about nature.

Our design has to reflect that.

We got to remember that
boats wanted to come dock here.

Rotem: Yes! That's why I wanted
to keep the nature theme

throughout the cabin.

That is true to our
Mediterranean vibe.

Troy: It's important
to have a cohesive look

throughout the cabin.

The exterior and the
interior of this cabin.

It can't be disjointed.
It has to be flowing.

Hold on, Ro, it's the wrong way.

Rotem: Is there a top
and bottom to this?

Troy: And it has
to be memorable.

Sure you know what you're doing?

Rotem: Are you sure you know
what you're doing?

April: How big are these?
Are these six inches.

I am on pins and needles
about this last challenge.

I've never done dock before.

I'm thinking something
to have some kind of cover.

So if people don't
want to be in the net

or whatever,
they could still have shade.

I hate bugs. I hate them all.

So I am excited to
see this mosquito net.

Arnold: The mosquito
net is here.

If you want to just come here,
sit down, relax, you're fine.

But it also doesn't block you
from access to, like,

the railing and stairs if
you're just hopping on a boat.

April: We got to make it
as big as possible,

we really need this win.

Our hope is that we walk away
from this competition

as winners. I mean,
we worked really hard.

Arnold did an amazing job
bringing our vision to life.

I never thought that
it would be described as sexy.

So many people said it,
so it must be true.

Arnold: It's beautiful.
It's luxurious.

April's amazing.
She always has great ideas.

I feel like, with her skill
and my skill together,

I don't feel like
we can be beat.

We should probably start
laying out some posts.

April: Sounds good.
Arnold: Let's go!

Kyle: 241 and-a-quarter.

Savannah:
But this doesn't matter.

Kyle: It does matter!
Savannah: It doesn't.

Kyle: When I'm under a time-
crunch, I get in work mode

where I don't listen
to what she's saying.

So when she's asking questions,
five times out of ten,

I hear what she's saying,
but I ignore it.

Take this on the top of that.

Savannah: I have
a serious question.

Serious question? No, Kyle!

Kyle-Kyle-Kyle!
Before measuring this...

Sean: It's going to be too hard

So, you know, we're building it
backwards and upside down.

Jena: Sean knows

happening out there.

Sean: All right.
We're gonna flip it.

Scott: Heading into
the home stretch,

Jena and Sean picked up
another big win.

Sean: This is going to keep
going all the way.

Scott: Jena and Sean are right
at the front of the pack now.

They, along with Rotem and Troy,

are the only ones
who have won two challenges.

Sean: (grunting)
Jena: Okay, tilt upright!

Sean: Okay. Now, get a stick
and push it higher.

Good!

Getting our structure up first,

had made our neighbors
look at us.

Troy: Not bad work!

Sean: Let 'em feel the pressure

and hope they crumble and fall.
Jena: (laughs)

Sean, hurry!

Sean: Here!
Jena: Oh, thank God!

Sean: You're welcome.

Troy: Preparation,
what I find,

is probably
the most important thing.

Get the hard stuff
out of the way first.

We'll make up the time
at the back end.

Rotem: Something's
not tucked-in right.

Troy: What?

Rotem: This is longer
than this side.

Troy: Following your lead.

I'm feeling an over-arching
feeling of pride

for what my wife's been able
to achieve in her design.

We've left no stone unturned
in this competition.

Rotem: Knowledge and experience
goes a long way.

Troy: Okay.

Are we tacking those in now?

This last challenge,
maybe it could help

push us over the edge
and get the 'W.'

Rotem: Keep going.

(hammering)

Arnold: We gotta get the
8-by-8 space sectioned off,

and set up for our net.

April: The dock is an
extension of the Luxe Lodge,

so I want our guests to feel

like they're in a
very luxurious space.

I'm thinking that
we can stain the wood black,

and then that will help
create the luxurious vibe

that we're continuing outside.

Arnold: You can start
slapping the stain on now.

April: Let's go!
Arnold: Staining the pieces,

it will take a little more time.

April: I think it's
a gamble that's worth taking.

Sean: I see your brain ticking...
Jena: Just a thought...

Is there any merit
in reversing this?

I asked Sean about
the possibility

of rotating the entire
modular structure,

because we can have
a 36 inch path there.

Sean: And have the
hammock on that side?

Jena: Yeah.
Sean: It's torturous.

We don't have the time.

Jena: Let me just
walk through and see.

Sean: This would be almost
impossible to twist.

♪

Sometimes, I have to just
talk through my feelings

and just have Sean listen.

Sean: I'm gonna lock it in.

Jena is never afraid to change
her mind a thousand times

during the day on how she
wants to accomplish something.

Jena: I think it looks good.
Sean: I can work with that.

Jena: Thank you for doing

Rotem: Wait a minute.
I'm thinking.

Troy: Uh-oh.

Rotem: My bench is here.
You can just look out.

We can have our weave,
right across, yes?

Troy: I don't see
why we couldn't.

Rotem: Jena and Sean
awarded us the wave shade.

I actually like that.
Shade is important

when you're outside on the dock.

Troy: We've been all over
the Mediterranean,

and those waves
shades are popular.

It ties in so well with
our theme, it's perfect.

Rotem: This looks great!

Scott: You know what's nice
is that Bryan and I

got to make some
memories here too.
Bryan: Yeah, we sure did.

Scott: Like winning foosball,

winning the fishing competition,

winning cornhole,

winning ring toss,
winning bocce.

These are the moments
we will cherish.

You'll remember me winning
all of them, for years to come.

Bryan: I'm not gonna list
all the things that I've won!

Scott: (burst out laughing)

Savannah: Kyle,
you're doing great!

Kyle: I don't have
time to wait for help.

If something needs
to be moved or lifted,

I just move or lift it.

Savannah: Muscles!

Kyle: (grunting)
Savannah: Oh, wow!

Savannah: It's so hot
when Kyle lifts things.

our dormers and on our deck.

Sean: Oooh, that sounds

April: I'm exhausted.

Troy: We don't have time for

Scott: The design posse!

Jena: What's up?

Troy: (grunting)

Scott: The teams are nearly
halfway through

their final challenge.
Sean: Get up, yeah!

Scott: (on megaphone) We need
the designer from each team

to please come join Bryan and I
in front of Cabin Five!

We couldn't resist throwing
one more surprise their way.

We're bringing you back
to Cabin Five here,

because Bryan and I have
set up a few stations

with some furniture
and accessories

for you to outfit your docks.

We know that this challenge
is above and beyond

what we've asked you
to budget for,

so we've provided
these as a bonus.

Savannah: I would much rather
have a little bit of fun

shopping over a bonus
build or extra work,

so I'm very happy about this.

Scott: Head on inside and pick

and I didn't get

chairs that match our design.

coloristic style of the space.

April: So I just came
back from the store,

got a lot of nice things.

I got a conversation set,
one sofa, two chairs,

a rug, a nice light
fixture and a hammock.

Arnold: Wow!

April: So what can I do to help?
Arnold: Beat it?

April: (laughs)

I'll go work on furniture.

Jena: So we scored
these cool lights.

Savannah: I got
two swinging chairs.

Kyle: Okay... okay.
Savannah: So great.

Savannah: Which
will be really fun.

I think it'll look great with
our sofa that we already have.

Rotem: Bad news. We don't
have a hanging chair.

We might have to build
a bench seat for a swing.

Kyle: Why are you always here to
harp on us and never to help?

Scott: You feel good?
Kyle: We are stressed,
but we're gonna make it work.

using all of the dock!
Savannah: Yes, we are!

Kyle: Yes. This is
basically going to be

a second home to the cabin.

Bryan: Can't wait
to see the kitchen.
Kyle: There you go.

April: We had to
stain our pieces.
Bryan: On brand.

Scott: You like the choices

Rotem: Yeah, we're

Scott: It's weird, when they
said they were sabotaging you,

gonna be upset about.

Rotem: No way.
They're not sabotaging.

Scott: All right,
we'll leave you to it.

Troy: Yeah, we gotta

Savannah: Instead of waiting
patiently for a ladder,

which would be the
smart thing to do,

Kyle decides to
climb up our structure.

Oh Kyle, I don't know
if this is safe.

Kyle: I gotta do it.

Savannah: Oh!
Kyle: Whoohoo!

Savannah: I mean,
it doesn't really

surprise me at this point.

Kyle, what would
your mother say?

Kyle: She'd say, 'Don't come
home without that $100 grand'.

It's all about them dollars!

Savannah: (laughs)

Kyle: Ow!

April: There's a spider
on this last one.

I don't wanna touch it.

We lucked up and got
the mosquito net.

Arnold: Very on brand for us.

You hate bugs.
April: Hate!

There's nothing luxurious
about getting bit by a mosquito.

Arnold: What are we gonna
do with this hammock?

April: Maybe a little bit over.

Arnold: Give 'em a hammock

April: Well, I mean,
it's all over the water.

(power tool whirring)

Scott: There's not a lot
of gas left in the tank

with these competitors,
but they have to step it up!

Jena: It looks better
when it's inside the square.

Bryan: This dock challenge,

it's an incredibly
important piece of this puzzle.

Troy: What about the bench
seating? You're the designer.

What would you rather?
4-by-4's?

Rotem: Whatever's fastest,
is what I want.

We don't have a lot of time and

I'm starting to
get a bit stressed.

Troy: We're doing a little
bit more custom work,

I think, than the other teams.

So, it is a little bit
of a pressure cooker.

Rotem: A built-in bench,
that you could sit and fish,

you turn around and hang out
with people on the other side.

Troy: Okay, so let's mark those.
Rotem: The only problem is time.

Our timing is...
crucial here.

Troy: (sighs) We're running
out of time, Ro!

♪ (upbeat playful music) ♪

Jena: So, Sean?
Sean: Yes, mate?

Jena: We got this wicked fox!

Sean: That's awesome.
But get the fox outta here!

Jena: (laughs)

I'm feeling pretty
confident about this.

Sean: Matches the front door.

Jena: Yes!!

Savannah:
I can just imagine

my kids coming here and...
Oh, man.

...enjoying the chairs.

The swing on the left
needs to go over to the right.

Kyle: I'm not moving it.

Savannah: It's got to come over.
It looks so weird.

How hard is it to move it over?
Kyle: Hard!!

(power tool whirs)

Scott: All right! Teams,
you got 30 minutes!

Troy: We're on
a time crunch!

We got no
swinging element!

We didn't get the hanging
element that we wanted,

but we have this
metal chair.

Rotem: So I'm thinking,
we take this top off

and we use this as a swing.

Troy: It's a great idea.
I'll just grind these legs off.

Rotem: Okay, come on,
let's do it!

Troy: We're going to make
our own hanging chair.

We've done really well.

We don't want to
fall back on this one.

Rotem: I hope we can
get it done in time.

I'm nervous that we're
going to ruin a chair.

(grinder buzzing)

Scott: (on megaphone)
Teams, 15 minutes left!

Kyle: So with the final
minutes that we have left,

I'm going to try
to build something

that can provide shade.

Savannah: I am feeling
very nervous

that it's actually
not gonna get done.

Dude, I have to have
it organized too!

Troy: Let's get this thing hung!

Rotem: Okay!...
Go! Pull, pull!

(power tool whirring)

Troy: How high do you want it?
Rotem: I don't know.
That's too high.

April: It's not hitting
your head, right?
Arnold: No!

April: That's a
pain point for me.

Troy: Heeeeyyyy!

Rotem: Excellent!

Troy: We got two minutes.

What do you want
to do with this?
Rotem: Turn it that way.

Savannah: Dude, get off!

It has to be styled
by the time the timer ends!

(power tool whirring)

Scott: Okay, teams, final push!

Kyle: Let's go!

Rotem: Don't fall!

Rotem: (chuckles)

Scott: Congratulations on
finishing your cabins.

(sighs of relief)

Sean: How are you feeling?

Savannah: What a day!
Kyle: Tired.

Jena: Guys, look, we're done!

We're finally at
the finish line!

(cheering/clapping)

Kyle: Although we did
think that before,

and they sprung these on us.

(laughter)

Scott: The cabins
and their properties are done.

The last piece of the puzzle

is to look at the work
they've done on the dock.

Bryan: Huh! Rotem and Troy.
This is cozy.

Scott: I do like
the sun sail on top.

I like to have a little bit
of shade on the dock.

That's nice.

Scott: They were.

Scott: I like this.

modern gazebo here,

The A-frame to match the cabin.

Bryan: And they've got some
solar light out here,

which is nice.

Scott: I like the
living room setup.

It's cozy with the side tables.

Bryan: I think you

It's way too close

You know when sometimes you get
in a hammock and it goes over.

Bryan: I would never allow
that to happen to you.

Scott: I don't love
the hammock location.

Bryan: Savannah and Kyle.

Scott: Look at this!
Bryan: Cozy.

Scott: I like the bench. Oh,

this feels like you're floating!

Scott: This is amazing!

Bryan: Little tables here
for snacks and drinks.

This is really homey
and comfortable.

Scott: The docks really do
finish this place off.

Bryan: The docks rock,

It's nice to see that everybody
finished strong with the docks.

Bryan: For sure.

Scott: I would say that
Savannah and Kyle

are number one in
the dock challenge,

which puts them in
the 'Two Wins Club'.

We're going to have to go
through everything.

Bryan: It's a tight race.

Scott: We got a big
decision to make.

Bryan: We sure do!

All of these teams
have won one or two challenges,

but we are about to look at
these cabins as a complete unit

and make a decision on who will
win this entire competition.

Troy: We all love our spaces

but can't wait to
see what you guys did.

April: I can't wait
to see the loft.

Jena: Yeeeaaaah!

Arnold: April really came up
with some amazing ideas.

Stuff she did in this space--

Scott: Being with
you for seven weeks,

has been--
Bryan: Feels like seven years.

Scott: It does!
Bryan: Yeah!

Bryan: The amount of work
these teams have put in?

Scott: Yeah.

Bryan: Unbelievable.

Scott: When we first
got to this resort,

it was fully expired.

There was 100 years of memories,

but 100 years of problems
as well.

Bryan: It was time to rebuild
this and create space

and utility for new memories
and experiences.

Scott: The whole
idea of this was to

open up the door
to find new talent.

I have been shocked,
and in a good way,

at the caliber of the work
that's been done.

Bryan: Which is great,
but it also has made this

incredibly difficult for us.
Scott: Oh my gosh.

Let's talk about Savannah
and Kyle. They had a brand,

and it reflected them
as a couple as well.

Their romantic theme,
they k*lled it.

Arnold: Look at this!
Rotem: Well, well, well!

Scott: You know,
the front entry way,

that first bedroom,
traditional and charming.

Troy: Look at this kitchen!
April: Wow!

Scott: The kitchen was designed
to accommodate large groups.

Jena: Just feels so open!
Arnold: It does.

Jena: Like, it looks massive!

Scott: It had a
really kind of romantic

and fun pop of color to it.

The quality of that work
extended into the living room.

Bryan: They've applied
so many little details,

so many things to just
feast your eyes on.

It's an experience,
just being in there.

Rotem: Like the fireplace
and the Frame TV.

Bryan: That main floor bathroom
for me, just was everything.

Comparing that to
their upstairs bathroom,

that one dark bedroom, I think

they leaned into
their theme too far.

Scott: It was a departure
from the vacation vibe

that I was getting earlier on.

I think their loft
was very special.

April: Look at these
hand-painted stars. Wow!

Scott: It was family oriented.

Sean: Let's make
some s'mores! Yeaaaah!

Bryan: You could tell that
that was really focused

on a family experience,
spending time with your kids,

enjoying playing games,
making memories.

Rotem: Bam! Whaaat?!

Scot: They knocked it out of
the park with the bunk beds.

Bryan: Right!
Scott: It was like a playground

and sleeping arrangement
for tons of kids.

Bryan: They brought a little
camp back to a new cabin.

Scott: When it came
to the exterior,

we saw repetition of the
interior design,

linking it to the exterior.

They did a great job setting up
different destinations

on their deck, right down
on to the dock.

It's a neat little experience.

Bryan: They are definitely a
contender for the win here.

Scott: Absolutely!

Bryan: April and Arnold,

they had a vision from day one

and it was luxury and tech.

Troy: Oh, look there's me!
Rotem: Aaaah!

Is this green?
This is dark green.

Scott: I was a little worried
to see all the dark colors.

You know, this is a
vacation property,

I usually think a little
more fun, playful, airy.

It wasn't until I started to see

the living room come together
and the kitchen

that I was smelling
what they were selling.

Jena: Sexy, sexy!!

Rotem: April, I love this!
Sean: I love that too.

Scott: Walking into the
living room, all of a sudden

I felt like I had entered
a high-end hotel.

From the TV and the technology

and the built-in speakers.

I was like, all right,
I'm starting to love it.

Bryan: Small concern in that
main floor bathroom.

Is it a tub? Is it a shower?
The placement?

It was a little
confusing to see that.

Rotem: Loft? Whoooo!
Troy: Yeah!

Bryan: Their loft
was a great space.

Scott: I love the idea
of the movie theater.

It tied in with
their tech piece.

Sean: Oh, look at these tiles.

Bryan: They were
the only ones here

that put a double
shower upstairs.

Scott: Oh, I did like
the double shower!

Sean: How you doin', mate?
Troy: Look at this!

Sean: Wow.

Scott: When you
look out at the dock,

they've got the gazebo
set up out there,

you can sit and lounge.
You don't worry about the bugs.

You can come from the
city to this property.

You lose none of the
city conveniences,

because it's all hooked up,
ready to go.

Bryan: There's a
very specific renter

that they are speaking to.
It's a high-end customer.

It's the customer you want
for these vacation rentals,

and they are contenders
to win this competition.

Scott: Jena and Sean,
early out of the gate,

I wasn't completely sold
on the minimalist,

playful theme, because
I didn't find it super playful.

I found the walls
were a little plain.

I found that their living room
was a little understated.

They were holding
back on their budget,

but they were also holding
back on some big ideas.

Bryan: But then we get
upstairs and BAM!

Savannah: Wow.
This is incredible!

Bryan: You know, we see what
they've been waiting for.

Scott: They hadn't won until
the Loft Challenge.

And they not only won it,
they crushed it!

Troy: Now, I know
why I lost the loft.

Arnold: (chuckles)

Scott: Then I started
to see everything that I liked.

I liked the way they put
their bedrooms together.

I thought it was fresh.

I thought the bathroom vanity
being custom built

had that vibe that was
right on brand.

Troy: Look at that pass-through!
Rotem: Oh, I love it!

Bryan: That awning window
in the kitchen

that really connects the cabin
with the outdoors,

which is the reason
that we're here.

(triangle chime clanging)
Rotem: Time to eat!

Bryan: Walking outside
on the back deck,

the design was incredible.
It was comfortable.

There were different stations,
there were

10-12-15 things to do.

I loved their firepit.

It extended into the lawn area.

The dock was part
of the experience.

It all made sense.

That back area connected
that entire house.

That could win this
entire competition.

Rotem and Troy are another team

that consistently kept me
on my toes from day one.

April: Hey Ro-ro,
whatcha' got, boo?

Arnold: Okay!

Bryan: In the first challenge,
we walked in

and we saw that terracotta,
herringbone tile

and I thought, 'they lost it.'

They're going Mediterranean.
It's going to go too far.

It's going to be over-designed

and feel like a
bit of a theme park.

April: Oh, wow!

Jena: Look at these beams!
Holy moly!

Scott: It wasn't until we
started to see the living room,

and then the kitchen. We saw
an evolution in their theme.

Sean: I love that.
I love that detail.

Bryan: The bathroom's amazing.

The bedroom was welcoming.

A great space was
the bunk bed room.

April: Wow!
Arnold: They made sure

they didn't block in
any of the windows.

Kyle: I love the little step up.

Arnold: That is nice!
Sean: Hey, guys?

Jena: Love it!
- (laughter)

Scott: The quality of
their work was high.

Sean: Wow!
Savannah: That's wild!

Scott: They've won
back-to-back challenges.

I feel like towards the end

they felt they had it
in the bag.

But this is a
competition where

if you take your
foot off the gas,

someone's going to pass you.

Bryan: That was apparent
to me in their backyard.

Their backyard was comfortable,

but the fire pit was almost
next door.

Their dock, very simple design.

You've got an area to load up
your boat,

perfect for a dock.

And the detail.

Scott: The detail was key.

Their consistency
is one of their strengths.

Bryan: They've been
strong since day one.

They've delivered
an amazing cabin.

Sean: This is wild!

Bryan: We have four
front runners here.

They're all on par.
They all won in some areas

and they had minor deficits
in other areas.

We have four
A-plus students here,

but one of them has
to get valedictorian.

You know what I mean?

Scott: It's a good
way of putting it.

My brain is now thinking,

what cabin provides
the overall best--

Scott/Bryan:--guest experience.

Scott: And that's how we're
going to determine our winner.

Because it's so close, we should
narrow it down to the top two.

Bryan: Uhm.
Scott: The winner...

gets $100,000.
Bryan: Yeah.

It's close enough
that I think the top two

both deserve something.

Bryan: I think we could throw
a little surprise in

for the runner-up.

Scott: And then from there,
we have to declare a winner.

I hate to say it...

...but we're going to
have to agree.

Bryan: This is going to be
extremely difficult.

Not as hard as staring
at you for half an hour.

Troy: I'm cautiously optimistic,

but I'm very nervous,
I'm not gonna lie.

April: I'm just in awe
of what we accomplished

in such a small time.

You put your heart and
soul into these cabins.

We see your personality

and you've all impressed
Scott and me, from day one.

Scott: Seven weeks,
seven massive challenges.

Everyone showed up with
all the energy and enthusiasm

you could ever ask for.

Jena and Sean, spectacular
designer, talented builder,

no lack of energy.

You've been friends
for a long time.

Sean: We don't get to spend
a lot of time together

on the job sites.

This is the first time
that we've spent

a majority of the day together.

And you know, I see her
design and her... her care,

and she's just a... an amazing
species, this one! (laughs)

I just love her.

Jena: You have been my rock.

Every time I feel low
or doubt myself or feel like

we're just not gonna get there,

you make me get back
on that optimism train

and you ask me to ride it.

Without you, I couldn't be me.

Bryan: It's interesting
that you use the word 'train'

when you describe the
journey you guys have had.

Because I think for us,
your team especially

was a bit of a train.

You started very slowly,
but once that thing was moving,

it just continued on.

All the parts connected,

your creativity, your skill,

everything came out.

Scott: You took some real risks.

In the loft, and also upstairs.

And they paid off!

Jena: Absolutely.

Scott: I'd say, you know,

about halfway through
this competition,

it became evident that
you were the ones to beat.

Sean: Win or lose,
we're still going to go

out of this competition
feeling like winners.

Bryan: April and Arnold,
you both arrived here

out of your element.
You had your plan.

You knew exactly
where you were going.

As you started to put all
those detailed pieces in,

it became evident that
you're a brilliant designer,

and you're an
incredible craftsman.

Arnold: Every project,
I leave it in her hands

and every time she wows me.

At the end of it, I'm
amazed at how it turns out.

April: He tells me stuff
like this all the time,

but to hear it in a different
arena, is so validating.

I've never spent this much
time on a project site.

When you work with someone
who makes things look so easy,

it's hard to know the amount of
labor that goes into something.

So I've learned a lot
about what he does.

Scott: You shared
with me early on that,

you're so adamant
about what you do

and your attention to detail
has to be perfect,

because you've got
something to prove.

Arnold: I just always
want to make sure

I put my best foot forward.

I want to represent
her designs as best I can.

I want to represent myself
as best as I can.

But I also recognize that

this representation means a lot
more than just me and her.

It means a lot to minorities
everywhere in the business.

Scott: You've created
an experience

that allows vacationers from
wherever they come,

most typically will be coming
from cities,

to have the conveniences
that they're used to,

in a setting that they may have
never experienced before.

The connectivity,
the automation.

It was honestly impressive,

every time I walked
into your cabin.

I'm a huge fan of the planning

and the work that has gone in

to creating the Luxe Lodge.

Arnold: Thank you very much.

Bryan: Savannah and Kyle,

your cabin feels like

something we're homesick for,

but a place we've never been.

You've filled this
obviously, with love.

It's been a very emotional
journey for both of you.

Seven weeks away
from the little ones.

You know, what is it
that kept you going?

Because this has been grueling.

Kyle: We really do desire

that everyone can feel
the kind of love

that we have for each other
and for our family.

And so we really wanted
to create a space

where when you walk in,
you can feel that,

it invokes those feelings,

it invites those feelings,
it invites those opportunities

to make those memories
that will last a lifetime.

Scott: Savannah, is there
something that you're gonna

take away from this experience,

that you didn't expect?

Savannah: I think
at the end of the day,

I felt like I had to prove...

...I feel like I had to prove
to myself that I was enough.

I was enough to be here.

I just have learned that
I'm enough, exactly who I am.

Kyle: I thought I knew
who this woman was,

seeing what she's been able
to do to stay focused

amidst the challenges of
this whole process, um...

made me realize I didn't
really know who she was at all.

And, I'm--

incredibly proud
to be her husband.

I'm incredibly proud
of what she's been able to do.

And I know that
whoever walks in this cabin

will feel the love
that she's put into it.

And hopefully be able to share
that with those that they love.

Bryan: And he's done it again!

Kyle: Sorry!

Troy: Thanks, Kyle.

Bryan: He set the
bar high for you, Troy.

Troy: Yes, he did.

You're so much nicer to me on-

with what she's been able
to accomplish in this cabin.

From the minute you walk

a huge departure from where
we are in North America,

to have that European flair,
that Mediterranean aspect to it,

as we saw the big picture
come together,

we realized that this theme,

which was either...

boom or bust,
was heading towards boom.

Property that truly stands out.

Troy: We brought
our A-game, we think,

and I am super-proud
of the work that we did.

Bryan: I think we underestimated
the level of skill

and the creativity that we
would see in this competition.

Scott: Honestly, this has been a

super difficult
decision to make.

We have taken absolutely
everything into consideration.

We've narrowed it
down to a top two.

The winner will receive
the title of

Renovation Resort Champion
and $100,000 prize.

But we also have a
surprise for the runner-up.

Bryan: The runner-up
will receive

flights and four nights accommodation

at my luxury resort Caerula Mar,

on South Andros Island
in the Bahamas,

where you can enjoy
a few Bahama mamas

and kick your feet up
on the beach and relax.

but we've won in our hearts.
