- Okay, things we can do today, go!

- Let's make a mud fort!

- Remember how messy we got last time.

- Oh, yeah.

Nani was not happy about all that extra laundry.

- Guess what?

Big news, you'll never believe. [exhaling]

Take a breath, Evan.

Ah, calm.

I just scored movie tickets for all of us.

We're going today to see Heroic Heroes!

Whoa!

- Are you kidding? - What?

- No way!

- We've been waiting forever to see that movie.

- And your mom and your grandmother

already gave the okay.

- This is gonna be epic.

- Yes! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dad!

- We've got some time 'till the movie starts.

I'll leave the tickets here until it's time to leave.

Heroic Heroes!

Whoa!

- Hey, while we wait, let's play heroes.

- That's a super idea!

- Love it.

- And I know just the game to play.

Welcome to Skillsville.

[all]: Scout!

- Hi, hey, hello!

What'll be today?

- We wanna be heroes.

- Who save the day.

- And drive super cool vehicles and stuff.

- Oh! That is a great idea.

Let's do it. To the telepuddle.

[grunting]

- Where are we?

- The Firehouse!

Headquarters for some of the city's finest heroes.

- Of course, firefighters are real heroes.

- Who save the day.

- And they have super vehicles! Look!

[engine rumbling]

[triumphant music]

- Sweet ride.

- Wow! A giant hose.

That's how they put out fires.

- Who's got the skills to get the job done, huh?

[all]: We do!

- And I'll be your heroic fire dog!

[howling]

- Calling all firefighters.

We've got an emergency at the farm.

They need firefighters to ride to the rescue.

And save the day!

- There must be a fire.

C'mon, I'll drive.

- And I'll work the siren.

- I'll use the fire hose.

- A spring chicken.

It's gone free-range.

- Firefighter Challenge:

Rescue the chicken!

- To be honest, not the emergency I was expecting.

- Does that mean no hose?

- I guess firefighters do all sorts of rescues.

- Okay, firefighters,

we need a way to get up to that chicken.

A ladder! - We've got this.

- Don't worry, chicken, we're coming to rescue you.

- Watch out for the cotton candy trees.

They can be sticky.

My fourth favourite dinosaur.

- Here, chicky, chicky, chicky.

- This is so overwhelming.

I need to pause.

[clucking freezes]

Firefighters are supposed to be calm under pressure.

It's an important skill,

but how am I supposed to feel calm with all this going on?

- We need a strategy.

Something to help you feel calm.

- Hey! Your dad did something before when he wanted

to feel calm.

- Oh, yeah!

He took a breath.

- Hello there, Rae! - Hi!

Is Cora ready to play?

- Four. I will be in a minute.

Where was I? One, two...

[knocking]

- Hello, Ms. Walker.

- C'mon in, Dev.

- Ready to play Skillsville?

- Almost. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven,

eight, nine, ten!

Only $?

Aww...

- What are you doing?

- I was counting my money to find out if I have enough

to buy this.

- Gaming headphones.

- Sweet.

- I've been saving my allowance,

but I don't have enough money yet.

- Why don't you just go to the bank?

That's where Nani gets money.

She takes me with her sometimes.

- Mom, can we get some money at the bank?

- That's not how it works.

You have to put money into a bank account

to be able to take money out of it.

- Oh...

- Keep saving your allowance, sweetie.

You'll have enough to buy your headphones eventually.

I wonder what it would be like to work in a bank

and be around money all the time.

- I know a game that can help you find out.

- Oh, yeah!

[all]: Launch Skillsville.

- ParCora

[grunting]

Racer Rae!

- Whoo!

- Devosaurus!

[growling]

Welcome to Skillsville!

- Where's Scout?

- Over there! At the smoothie cart.

[beeping happily]

Hey, Scout.

- Oh, you're here!

I was just checking out these delicious looking smoothies.

Oh, it's enough to make a dog drool.

I mean, more than my usual amount of dog drool.

- Are you ready to play? - Yes!

What are we doing today?

- I want to work at the bank

where they keep all the money.

- Great idea. Let's do it.

And the bank is right here. C'mon!

Looks like the Beeples want to put their money in the bank.

They need a bank worker to help them.

- Teller.

- Of course. They need a bank worker to help them.

[laughing]

- Not "tell her,"

A teller is a bank worker who helps the customers

and counts their money.

- I totally knew that.

Cora, think you got the skills to get the job done?

- Sure. I know how to count money.

- Well, then, you can go here.

Where you'll help the customers.

- Bank Teller Challenge:

Help the Beeples deposit their money.

- "Deposit"?

- Put the money into their bank account.

[Rae, Dev]: Oh!

- First, count their money.

Then, put the total in the computer.

Then, put the money in the vault.

- The vault! That's where the bank keeps all the money.

- Alright.

This window is now open.

[beeping]

Hello. How can I help you?

[beeping excitedly]

You both want to deposit your money?

- Maybe one of the Beeples can use the ATM.

- Good thinking.

- Nani uses an ATM sometimes.

It's like a teller but in machine form.

[beeping] - Hello!

Would you like to deposit your money in the ATM?

[beeping approvingly]

- All you have to do is press some buttons like this.

[humming]

- No, I think it's more like this.

[ATM beeping]

[beeping anxiously]

- Just a moment, please.

How much would you like to deposit?

[coins clanking]

Let's see how much you have.

One, two, three. [ATM beeping]

[Rae]: You're pressing too many buttons.

You're gonna break it.

- And when you're done, you can get a receipt

by pressing this button here.

[glitching]

- Huh? - Ah!

Oh, no! Make it stop.

[beeping nervously]

- Another customer?

I'll be right with you.

One, two, three, four.

Four moo-lahs.

I'll put these in the vault.

[door opening]

Oh, wait. Was I supposed to put the total in the computer first?

[overlapping beeping]

Oh, this is too much.

I need to pause.

- You okay, Cora?

- There are some many distractions.

The customers, and the coin, and the beeping,

and the ATM noise.

I keep losing track of what I'm doing.

- Sounds like you need a strategy to help you focus.

- You are doing a lot at the same time.

- Maybe it would help if I just do one thing at a time.

- Now that's a good strategy.

- And doing one thing at a time means one customer at a time.

Now I know what to do.

Unpause.

[papers rustling]

[beeping continues]

Excuse me. Everyone!

I'm happy to help you all, but just one customer

at a time.

Please make a line behind the ropes.

- Over here.

[upbeat music]

- Oh, you meant the customers.

[laughing awkwardly]

- I can take the first customer only, please.

[beeping]

I counted four moo-lahs you want to deposit

in your bank account.

[beeping approvingly]

I need to put that total in the computer.

[keyboard clacking]

Now the bank can keep track of how much money

is in your account!

I'll just put these coins in the vault.

Uh, hang on. I've got to do just one thing at a time.

Rae, Dev, can you bring the moo-lahs to the vault?

- Sure! - You got it.

[upbeat music]

[ding]

- Thank you. I can help the next customer.

Would you like to deposit some money?

[beeping rapidly]

[coins clanking]

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven moo-lahs.

Into your account.

[♪♪]

- And into the vault.

[ding]

- Doing one thing at a time is really helping me stay focused.

Next! Let's see how many moo-lahs you have.

One, two, three, four, five.

[humming]

- Into the vault express.

- Whoa! [ding]

- Have a nice day.

- That's it.

You helped all the Beeples make their deposit.

- Well done. You really made it count.

[slurping]

- What did I miss?

- Where'd you go?

- Oh, I took a smoothie break.

[slurping] This pumpkaloon spice smoothie

is so refreshing!

[curious beeping]

Hm? You can get one at the smoothie cart outside.

They cost five moo-lahs.

[beeping nervously]

[overlapping beeping]

- What's going on?

- The Beeples want to buy smoothies.

They need five moo-lahs each.

Which means...

- Bank Teller Challenge, level two:

Help the Beeples withdraw their money.

- "Withdraw"?

- Take money out of their bank accounts.

[Rae, Dev]: Oh!

- I'll get some coins from the vault.

- First in line, please.

Five moo-lahs?

[beeping]

Okay, pulling up your account.

You deposited exactly five moo-lahs.

So, let's withdraw five.

One, two, three, four, five.

[beeping happily] You're welcome.

- We'll need more coins. Am I right?

- I'll help you with that.

- No, Scout, I got it.

- No! [grunting]

- Whoa! [coins scattering]

Got em!

- I got this one. - I got this one.

- Got it! Come back.

- Oh, no. I'll help you pick them up.

Oh, wait, I need to do one thing at a time so I can stay focused.

Rae, can you help them?

- On it.

[upbeat music]

[coins clanking]

[ding]

[beeping happily]

I think we got them all.

- Okay, where were we?

You'd like to withdraw five moo-lahs?

[beeping approvingly]

Let's see. Um, it says you only deposited four moo-lahs

into your bank account.

One, two, three, four.

[register ringing]

[beeping sadly]

I can't give you more than what you put in your bank account.

But maybe you can by another snack instead of a smoothie?

[beeping sadly]

Next in line, please.

Would you like to withdraw five moo-lahs?

[beeping]

- Six moo-lahs?

But the smoothie's only cost five.

[beeping angrily]

Ooh. Six it is.

- Well, you have seven moo-lahs in your account.

So we can withdraw six.

One, two, three, four, five.

Six.

[beeping gratefully]

[slurping]

[beeping sadly]

[beeping happily]

- Aww, that was so sweet.

- Now all the Beeples have enough for smoothies.

- Right on the money.

Bank Teller Challenge complete.

[fireworks exploding]

- Yes! - Woo!

- Epic! - Awesome.

Well played. Later, Gamers.

- Bye. - See ya.

- Thanks, Scout.

- Alright. - Good game.

- I guess I'll have to keep saving my allowance

to get those gaming headphones.

- But how long could that take?

- Hmm... Let's see.

One, two, three...

- Hey, after we're done counting,

wanna go outside and play basketball?

- Yeah! Can we use your ball, Cora?

- Hang on. I have to do one thing at a time

so I can stay focused.

- Right. Good idea.

- Okay, one, two, three, four, five.

It should take five weeks to save enough allowance

for the headphones.

I guess that's not so bad.

- And maybe instead of keeping your money in an old shoebox,

you can keep it in a Skillsville cow bank!

Moo!

[laughing]

- Or maybe I'll deposit my money at a real bank instead.
