to build us a space station,

so we can study
nearby stars and planets.

It is very important
for my research.

Let's imagine a space station
for Marvin and his crew.

It should be huge
and round with windows

that look out to space.

And planet Daffy.

It, uh, hasn't been
discovered yet.

[Marvin] We'll also need
solar panels to power
the space station.

How about a research area
with a desk and computers?

That way, Marvin can record
what he learns
about the planets.

I think the Martians would
love a research area too.

this design.

to build our space station.

They're very friendly.

this space station.

The solar panels
are ready to go.

Then it's time to piece
this station together

in space.

[engines whooshing]

[Tweety] Here come
the windows for viewing

the stars and planets.

[Marvin] So far, so good.

How's this position
for the solar panels, Marvin?

[Marvin] Hm.

Let me check my notes.

[chattering indistinctly]

[Marvin] Excuse me, Martians.
I'm having trouble focusing.

Are you almost done
moving in your things?

[Martians] Uh-huh. Uh-huh.

[Marvin] Now, what was I doing?

Oh, right. The solar panels.

-[sighs wearily]
-[fan whirring]

[Marvin] Hm? My notes!

[Martians groaning] Uh-oh.

-[Marvin grunting]
-[chattering indistinctly]

[Marvin] That position
should work just fine.

Then these solar panels
are ready to soak up the sun.

-[electricity crackling]
-[motor whirring]

All right, LBs.
Next up is the research area

where Marvin will study
nearby stars and planets.

[cheerful music playing]

[thudding]

[whirring and beeping]

Time to find planet Daffy.

[Marvin] I believe
this is my research area.

Oh. [chuckles] Right.

[Marvin] Just have to make
sure it's ready.

-[keyboard clacking]
-[Marvin gasps]

[Marvin groans] Oh.

[spraying continues]

[glass squishing]

[Marvin groans]

This research
is really important to me.

And the Martians can be
so overwhelming at times.

Eh... when I get overwhelmed,
I take a deep breath.

[inhales deeply]

Eh, now try it

[inhales and exhales]

[Marvin] Uh, a bit.

Let's move on
to the Martians' research area.

That way they can keep busy
and out of your way.

[Marvin] Oh, goody.

for the Martians to share.

And, eh, computers
to record everything
they learn about space.

[chattering indistinctly]

This space station
is finished.

but they keep distracting me

I put up a curtain

so I could focus
on counting tires.

Eh, maybe we could, eh,
build walls around
your research area,

so you won't get distracted.

[Marvin] Why, that would be
Mars-velous.

Eh, let's fix
the space station.

[cheerful music playing]

-[electricity crackling]
-[Marvin] Oh, my.

[chattering indistinctly]

soundproof research space.

Adding curtains
for more privacy.
