like that to happen,

a major distraction,

Working with Gary
the whole season, for me,

I think I'm really good
at handling men, I guess.

And he is very sensitive,

but he's also very fun,

and I just learned to
adapt myself to Gary's moods.

Which I guess in hindsight
isn't always fair to me,

but it's something that
I think I'm used to doing

working in very
male dominated industries.

So for me it was just kind of
like another day at work.

But he does lead by example
and he's a very hard worker,

and so in that aspect,
he is an amazing boss.

your impressions?

I don't feel like
I work for Gary.

I feel like I'm
friends with Gary,

and then we just work
on the deck together,

and every now and again,
you know,

he tells you what to do.

So, you know, it's
more of a, just, fun

messing around experience.

If I had a serious, you know,
first officer, bosun, whatever,

busting me all day long,

I would have had
a terrible time,

and we wouldn't have
had the antics

and the fun that we've had.

to reflect on that,

as long as I got paid
and have fun.

I don't think Gabriela
would have left

I'm a very strong woman

nobody can influence me.

never influenced by Ashley.

And I actually only saw
the way she spoke about you

So my own opinion was
never poisoned by Ashley.

I actually, um, post-show,
was more disappointed

by what she said to me.

And she never spoke
badly about you.

Yes, on the odd occasion,
she would say, you know,

the way she speaks
to me, and I, you know,

I kind of understood it because
I don't respond well to that,

but I still don't have
an issue with it.

I was still fine with
how you were managing it.

I wasn't pissed at you,

that she didn't like me

before I had even
stepped on the boat.

She was unhappy that
I was coming in

and going out that night
and everything,

but I mean, yeah,
it probably did give her life.

So I'm happy for her.

I think Ashley did
prove herself,

of thousands to be on this boat.

or what the crew get up to

in their off time.

It's got nothing to do
with them, quite frankly.

Barnaby, did you really teach

How stressful was that?

He came to the private island
that I was working on.

settled with our team and yeah,

yeah, definitely fully
involved with all of that,

with Michelle, with Sasha,
with... everyone was there.

Glenn, did you buy
charter guest Erica's
public apology

on social media for
leaving y'all a bad tip,

or do you think it was
an intentional slight?

I think it was
an intentional slight.

I think they had made
their mind up

before they stepped on board
the boat that they were gonna...

I don't know,
they had some kind of gripe

in the prior season,
and, yeah,

I think they did it
on purpose.

They planned it all along.

They had to come up
with something,

and that's why they were
talking about the food.

There was nothing wrong
with the food.

Daisy,
what do you think?

Yeah, I completely
agree with Glenn.

To be honest, I don't know
if they even know

what planet they're on,
so I'm not sure how intentional

anything they do is.

Daisy, do you still have
the necklace from Cindi?

I don't.

Barnaby, you said that you
were the more exciting deckhand

compared to Kelsie
and should have been

put on days versus nights
to entertain the guests.

Who were your favorite guests
this season?

Oh, to be honest with you,
I can't remember

a single one of their names
or anything about any of them.

Well, Kelsie, what was
your reaction to hearing that?

Barnaby's fun,
he's got a nice accent.

So, I mean...

It's more I absolutely
hate the nights.

Gabriela, did you
feel misunderstood

as a diverse person
on the boat?

And how do you think
that could change

in the yachting world?

Any person of color that
watches the show

or works in, you know,
an industry

that's not very diverse
would probably understand

exactly how I felt
and what I was going through.

I think just by
being on the show,

that's a good way
for people to see

that we can be
in this industry.

There is room for us.

You know, it's a little
bit uncomfortable

when you don't feel
like you have someone

that truly understands
what you're going through.

I have my network,
people I can vent to

or talk to, that are also
going through the same thing.

That's very supportive.

And now, of course,
you have Wes,

who really understands
what you're going through.

Absolutely.

I've never worked
for a Black captain.

It's-it's very, like
a really proud feeling

when we're out on the water
and, you know,

we're leading by example.

And I hope others know
that if they work hard

and they get their courses
and they, you know,

they can do this too.

Glenn, Olivia M.
Wants to know,

out of this season's crew,

is there anyone you
wouldn't rehire?

And has this been
your favorite crew so far?

Um, without the, uh...

Without the incident,
I would work with Tom again.

You know, I don't know
if I could,

for those reasons
I talked about before,

but I think Tom's
a great young guy.

One person I'm very
impressed with, you know,

Barnaby and Scarlett
coming in at the end

and getting dropped
in the middle.

I think they both
did amazing job,

but I think especially
Scarlett handled herself really,

really well, because not
only was she in a new job,

but she had to deal with
all that politics

and all the, you know,
the romance and all that stuff

going back and forth,
Ashley's, you know,

attraction to Gary
and all that.

So I really
wanna commend her.

- I love all these guys, but, uh...

I work for myself.

I'm converting
classic Land Rovers
