the bridge and up into space.

kind of excess energy

That's the most consistent pulse we've

to be a bandwidth the phenomenon
communicates on at the bridge,

from west to east.
Nothing on the flight tracker.
It's too fast for a plane.

anxious to find out what
happened on this third visit
to Miller ranch.
This was an incredible trip.
It really was.
First thing we did is
carry out the ham radio
experiment with jares doverspike,
and have the Millers be a part of that.
What we asked them
to do was just essentially
speak to the phenomenon.
With jares's equipment, both
broadcasting and receiving,
as well as a more sophisticated,
more sensitive spectrum
analyzer, we set up a large
array of multiple antennas
just to the east side of the bridge,
very nearby to the anomaly
that we identified with Pete kelce
in our previous investigation.
I can't wait to see it.

I'm still wondering
about the mutilated cattle,
and is it going to stop now?

and clear that data is.
That is nothing like baseline at all.
That is a solid wall of intense energy.
Ok, so what I'm seeing here
is a communication signal.
That is a lot of data right there, which
means a huge power source.
Something is pumping
out a lot of power right there.
But why?
There's no motivation.
There's no... no point in it.
There's nothing there.
It's just literally a ranch
in the middle of nowhere.
But there's something to this place.

ufodap didn't catch it.
See it right as it goes
off the screen, it jumps.

That's a significant jump.
What's the frame rate?
And that jump happens between frames.
It's four frames.
How does that work?
I don't know.
How does it work?
That implies one hell of an acceleration.
It happens in 4/30th of a second.
That's a special class of event there.
That's... that's not
something that I normally see.
Yeah.
So do you have more events?
Yes, we do.

Something has changed
the position of your camera.
I think the values have
changed between those two clips.
I think you're right.
You've rotated your az/el significantly.

So if you take a look at this
one, the az and the elevation,
you're at 183.9, 58.9.
Ok.
In our previous clip,
we're at 170.5 and 63.1.
So the camera's been repositioned
somehow, and slightly.
The az/el, or the azimuth and elevation,
refers to the specific direction and height
of the camera in the sky.
Andy and Paul always
disable any function
that would allow the camera
to change position once it's set.
So the az/el should never change.
My understanding was that
you fixed those in position.
It couldn't have moved on its own.
No.
What is the operation to do that?
You've got to open up
software and pull down a menu,
use a mouse.
Not just a thing that could bump
by accident and make it move.
No, no, there's no joystick
that... nothing like that.
So something went into
the electronics, powered
the servo on, and moved it.
I don't know.
And what's interesting to
me is had that not happened,
this second event wouldn't
have been captured.
Because the azimuth and
the elevation for the second
you would have missed it.
We'd have missed it.
It would had been
over here off the screen.
Right.
Something hacked the
computer, changed the az/el
so you would see this thing.
So the question is, was
something there being
nice and trying to help out?
Because, usually, it's
something trying to hinder us.
So I find that an interesting contrast.
But again, on the bridge.
Yep.
Start it over again.
Copy that.
That jumped away quick.
Ok, now go frame in time.
So there's our first big break
away from the actual ufodap
tracking box, from 9587 to 9590,
so three frames.
There, right there.
Stop right there.
It's way down there.
How many frames is it?
From 90 to 92, two frames.
Two frames.
It covered most of the field of view.
But then it decelerates right there.
Yeah, it jumped and it slows down.
So that's clearly not a satellite.
It's not an airplane.
No.
Something makes it jump that big jump.
Is it an optical aberration?
Or did it accelerate that fast?
So tell me where I'm looking.
Is this thing right by you looking
up through where Pete kelce's
drone had the phenomena occur?
Yes, sir.
This anomalous data that's
in the air, it shouldn't be there.
That's where some space-time
something is the only thing,
with our current
understanding of physics,
that could explain it.
Like a portal.
Yeah.
So if there is a time
anomaly at the bridge,
you've found the edges.
Because you see it moving
normal, then you see it jump,
and then you see it slow
down and move normal again.
Which suggests where the jumps are
is it's behind whatever your
time shift, something else,
whatever this is, right?
Yeah, I'm not saying it's a wormhole,
a gateway to another universe.
It could be an optical distortion.
It could be anything.
In fact, we actually
measured something like that
here over the triangle with
Pete kelce's terrestrial lidar
scanner back in the summer.
That would make this another data
point that correlates with the triangle
here on skin walker ranch.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
Every time we visit Miller ranch,
we seem to come back with
another solid data point that
correlates the bridge and
the area over the bridge,
the anomaly over the
bridge, with the anomaly
over the triangle here
at skin walker ranch,
it really cross correlates
well with skin walker ranch.
And then here's the other big question.
What is this anomaly doing near a place
where all of these cattle mutilations
seem to be occurring?
Right, which is where we started.
Yeah, I can think of five, probably,
followup experiments
that need to be done,
including tandem
experiments that we do here,
then we do there simultaneously.
That's interesting.
We have to do a simultaneous,
connected measurement experiment
between these two points.
It has to be done.
