and that made me really sad.

But I wanted to keep cool, so I
kept pushing my feelings down.

And when I couldn't get the ray out, I
got so frustrated, and it felt so bad.

I couldn't control it anymore.

I exploded, just like Wren said.

And I just want to
be a strong hero.

When we don't feel our feelings,
it doesn't mean we're strong.

It just makes us feel worse.

Feeling your feelings is
really what makes you stronger.

Feelings make you who you are,
and you are a strong superhero.
