On him, CBP officers found
what looks to be blank CDC COVID cards.

That would identify someone
who's received the vaccine.

There was a high volume of them.

by a hospital or a doctor or a clinic

where the vaccinations were given out.

Counterfeit COVID-19 cards
puts the public at risk.

People use them on aircraft
to enter other countries,
