the living room space
has these amazing Nano doors
for indoor-outdoor living.
The backyard is an entertainer's dream.
A 20-person pergola, a gunite pool.
Everything you want
in classic Hamptons living.
I'm speechless. This looks so good.
The owner had so much fun working with
Chloe and Anna in designing this house
that it piqued her interest
in flipping houses.
So my goal is to get this listing,
and we could start flipping houses
as a female-girl-power team
and take over the Hamptons.

The first listing we did for the Breskins
was the Captain's House.
We added just subtle layers throughout.
A lot of antique pieces
and different textures.
[J.B.] Anna and Chloe did a fantastic job
staging the home.
Very cool.
I really like it.
[J.B.] In order to help us sell this home,
we needed highlights.
So, Jimmy and I brought in
Anna and Chloe again
just to spice it up a bit.
We're showing Max and Michelle
the finished product.
I'm excited about
listing this property with Jimmy.

when this thing sells.

It's a nice piece,
but it takes away from clean openings
that we tried to create.
Well, there's definitely some things
they were trying to add.
But it's not doing anything
to elevate the space.
