This one tastes the best to me.

we used canned dark cherries

and syrup to add color.

The left one's from

the picture book "Swimmy"

and the right's

from "Guri and Gura."

It's pretty interesting.

is anything to go off of,

I bet it's an adorable little

story about the fruits of life.

[NUKUMIZU] Yeah, you nailed it.

Basically, the protagonist

runs out on his family

and heads to a bar

to meet up with some woman.

[ANNA] That's nothing

like what I imagined.

[exhaling deeply]

There's just something

about the smell of tatami mats.

Here, sit down,

I've got enough.

-You can have this one.

-[gasps]

You're giving me food.

You of all people?

You're offering to share

some of your food with me?

Yes, why are you

repeating yourself?

[crickets chirping]

[chewing]

I have to admit this did

end up looking really cool.

I know, right?

I never expected our exhibit

to turn out

this well put together.

This whole thing's about

Komari's heartache, huh?

I mean, I guess

that's one way to see it.

you see it differently?

I see her heart

all those hopes and dreams,

her gratitude, and how much

she cares about Lit Club.

It's like if you took

all of that stuff

and mixed it together.

I think I can understand

how she's feeling, though.

and the upper classmen.

the stakes here

and what she stood to lose.

Once she calmed down,

on him completely

but believe me, when you

like someone that much,

those feelings

don't just vanish.

It's not always possible

to be honest.

Some things you hold

close to your chest.

to let those kinds

of feelings out.

That's why Komari writes and

why Lemon runs all the time.
