And then, Andrea will be wearing

over a collared shirt, with some jeans.
I feel confident that I'm gonna win,
but, I mean, you never know.
Ally might have
a little bit more experience than me.
But I feel like Ally's really nice,
so that could, like, bite her in the butt.

Right now, I am designing
a polka dot dress.
This will be modeled by Andrea.

I'm going to be sending Lucie down
in, like, a boxy turtleneck,
and then she's also gonna have on

They're high-waisted,

I chose these pieces
to represent who I am,
because they're all sort of, like,
my best-sellers for my brand.
So, I feel really confident showing them.
I worked my butt off to get here.
I spent the last four years
building my brand, making it successful,

a winning style in there.

and, in this case, it was the enigma,
so to speak, of two designers.
We need to know more about them.

The minute I saw Gary, I thought that.
I mean, he's selling it to me,
that outfit.

you would be like,
"Oh, this is a cool guy."

Yeah, she's fabulous.
[Winnie] I can see people buying
Olivia's clothes.
And it's versatile.

[Heidi] I feel like I'm overloaded
on the logos.

- I feel like I'm painting.

You know, this is an interesting cut
for a sweatpant.
But I want something fresh.
I want something new.
- I want something that excites me.

And maybe that's that. It's snoozy.

I didn't know we had

- It doesn't say exciting.
- Yeah, it's too runaround, doing errands.
[Winnie] Yeah.
We do love the model, though.

Nothing feels passionate.
Nothing feels urgent.
I don't know that I can feel like
she's convinced me about anything
other than that she doesn't really have
anything more to say.
- The magic happened.

Ally and Olivia...
this fashion show was all about you
and your brands.
I'm so glad that we did
this impromptu evaluation.
This is something we've never done before.
But it answered a lot of our questions.
We're here to find the designer that can
create the next great global brand.
And the designer behind the brand
is just as important
as the clothes that walk down the runway.
We're looking for a fashion designer
and an entrepreneur.
Ally and Olivia, we discussed
each of your collections,
and we have some thoughts
and some questions for you.
We have made some decisions
based on the fashion show,
but they're not necessarily final.
So, this conversation is important,
and it could change our minds.
Olivia and Ally, would you mind
coming up here?

Just to kick this off, I have to say,
the best thing about the fashion show
- were the models.
- Yes.
- Whoo!
- Whoo-hoo!
I mean, truly, you gave everything.
I mean, I was completely shocked, Gary,
that you were giving me
supermodel status of, like,
"I am not looking at you.
I don't hear you."
Raf gave me, like,
a swish and a turn
that Gisele would have
totally gagged over.
[Heidi] No one was holding back.
You guys were strutting your stuff.
I loved you guys walking the runway.
But we have so many questions.
Ally and Olivia, I mean,
we made this entire day
just for you two.
And it's a little bit of a letdown.
Honestly, if it wasn't for
the deliveries of you guys,
I don't think there could have even been
an amusement from the show.
Unfortunately, you're both
on the chopping block.
Olivia, please tell us
about your collection.
So, I wanted to show off my strength
of, you know, working with denim,
so, I kind of wanted to do, like,
a Western style meets streetwear.
And we just worked together
really well as a team.
I loved my team. They were amazing.
Well, speaking of your team,
I'd love to hear from your team.
- You want to start, Gary?
- Sure.
Well, actually, the beginning was great.
Olivia came up,
she had notes on every style,
how to sew everything,
and that was really clear,
and, actually,
we kind of got running pretty well.
But there was some management, you know,
that could have been improved.
And a lot of it was just
letting go of tasks and delegating.
I think she wants to delegate,
but she's scared a little bit.
I think she was lucky that she had
Gary and I onboard,
because, you know, we would
instinctively look at things and go,
"Okay, let's do this" and take initiative.
But if we didn't, then I don't think
we would have made it to the deadline.
You guys were a big help. It was amazing.
Kudos.
I kind of liked Gary's look.
That was kind of my favorite,
out of the three looks.
But it ends right there, I have to say.
Yeah.
There was this very funky TLC moment
going on, on Andrea.
And I got the intention, but I felt like
the execution was below par.
Oh, no.
- I liked it.
- Thank you.
One hundred percent,
I'm a fan of the look.
But it's not quite meeting the mark
of where we asked you to go.
By the time we got to Joshua's look,
it looked like
a janitorial uniform to me.
- Mm-hmm.
- And so...
not meeting it on design
and not meeting it on construction.
So, I felt very disappointed.
This is just a completely different way
of working than I'm used to, so,
that's why I think that my construction
skills are just, like, not fully there.
But you have so much help
with construction.
- Yeah.
- How do you handle the pressure?
I work very well under pressure.
I haven't cracked yet.
When you said, "Yes, very good,"
I saw Tim just went, "Whoop!"
- I flinched.
- You flinched. [laughs]
[Olivia laughs]
- I have a question for you, Olivia.
- Yeah.
- How old is your brand?
- Three years.
I think you have a clear set
on who you are, which is amazing,
but I think there's some growth
that needs to be done here.
Yeah.
- Jeremy, have you changed your mind?
- No, I have not.
- Winnie, have you changed your mind?
- I have not changed my mind.
I haven't changed my mind either.
Olivia, I'm sorry,
but you're not making the cut.

Ally, tell us about your brand, Seeker.
So, Seeker is inspired
by Eastern cultures and traditions,
and it's adapted
to a modern minimalist lifestyle.
And, tonight, what I really wanted to do
was bring you some of the colors
that I always play with.
And I also tried doing something new
by bringing you all a print
that I found in the fabric boutique
that I really enjoyed.
- I'd love to talk to your team as well.
- Yes.
Raf, do you want to start?
I thought that Ally was very organized
from the get-go,
and she definitely wanted our input,
which was nice,
because we felt that we were
part of the team,
but, at the same time, she wasn't
very clear about what she wanted.
As a work team,
I have to say, honestly,
I just was
feel like I'm working in a manufactory.
But it was your day,
and your team,
so I just follow.
I enjoyed working with Ally.
I think she stayed on task.
I think she was able to kind of
hear her team say,
"We need to make a change real quick."
She's a humble boss. [laughs]
Everyone did so wonderful.
Like, they really had my back.
So, how do you feel you did?
I absolutely think that what came down
the runway tonight,
you got to see who I am.
If this is the best of you,
then, for me, personally, it's not enough.
There is not enough design there.
You know? Let's look, for example,
what Raf had on. Overalls.
I feel like I see thousands of people
walking around with them already.
And it's not even that,
it's just overalls.
- 'Cause I've seen very cool overalls.
- Right.
- But what makes this different?
- Or there is something special on them,
where you're like,
"Okay, I'm gonna toss these old ones,
- and I'm gonna get these new overalls."
- Mm-hmm.
Today, I saw, you know, this jumper
and this sweatsuit, which is cute,
but everyone has it already.
So, what about this is supposed to
bring passion from me as the client,
as the buyer?
I think probably my most favorite
out of the three looks
was what Andrea was wearing.
But also, to me, it's not like,
"Oh, my God, I have to have it."
It's too simple.
I think, for me, you know, having
a really truly sustainable brand
is very important for fashion.
- Can it not be sustainable and fun--
- Absolutely.
...or have something to it
that makes me want to buy it?
I think that is possible.
But convince us.
What are you thinking?
Well, I came on the show to evolve
that simplicity,
so, coming into a space like this
that is glamorous and luxury,
I thought that I could be inspired
by the people around me
and push the envelope.
So, do you feel like you pushed
the boundaries here?
It was a tight time constraint,
so I couldn't really evolve too much.
- It really was, like--
- I mean, I get all of that,
but you have amazing help.
You're not on your own.
Yeah.
I absolutely had a great team, and we
busted our butts down to the last minute.
I believe your clothes legitimately
are well-made,
and that there's a client for it,
but I don't feel something urgent or new
or something that's grabbing me
and having an emotional reaction.
You can't inspire people to buy,
you can't inspire people
to even like the photo on Instagram,
with those clothes.
Jeremy,
have you changed your mind?
No, I have not.
Winnie, have you changed your mind?
No, I have not.
I have not changed my mind either.
Ally, I'm sorry,

I mean, when we look at Ally and Olivia,
we're looking at the past three
fashion shows that got us here.
They had the opportunity to blow us away,
and they just didn't.
So, I'm sorry that it came out that way.
I didn't see that coming,
that they both went home.
They can send home anyone, any moment.
Now we are six of us,
and it's, like, getting tougher.
Guys, here's the thing.
Make me love or hate what you create,
but bring some type of emotion from me.
I don't have to love exactly what
you create, but make me feel something.
You have to have passion in fashion.
How do you take this seven hours,
these three garments,
and you show us who you are.
That is a challenge.
And you have to figure out how to do that.
There can't be an excuse for that.
We are always under pressure as designers.
I live and die by the last show.
And that will be my life forever
as a designer.
It's a cruel, cruel world,
and you cannot tell me
you didn't have enough time,
"It was too hard, I didn't..." Da da da.
I don't care.
'Cause no one cares
to hear it from me either.
It's a fact.
I want that energy. I want that drive.
I want that passion.
I want that fashion.
[Joshua] I'm really inspired by Jeremy.
I mean, the industry's cutthroat,
you know?
So, if you want to be in it,
you got to work hard for it.
