01x21 - The Epic Combos Menu

Post by bunniefuu »

We have another great episode,
Dinner Time Live, two amazing guests.

Saweetie. Blake Anderson.

The menu is based on their dreams
when they get hungry,

and it's gonna be epic combos.

-They love the high and the low.
-Right, literally.

And, uh, the first course
is gonna be a seafood boil.

We're gonna reserve the liquid,

and we're gonna make that a hot pot later
with a smorgasbord of ingredients.

Then we're gonna do Oysters
slash Ramen Rockefeller.

Stay tuned.
I'm trying to figure out what that is.

And I think
the centerpiece of the dinner tonight

is gonna be something
that we call the Mind Flayer,

and that has some connection
to Netflix that we found out.

And dessert,
where we're not making anything,

we're just putting things together
that I think is gonna make everyone happy.

-Let's have a good service.
-Let's do it.

[theme music playing]

All right, welcome to Dinner Time Live.

I'm Dave Chang. We got Chris Ying.

And two absolutely fabulous guests,
Blake and Saweetie.

-Thank you, guys, for joining us today.
-What up?

You guys, in our interviews
for about what to eat,

really inspired me to cook something fun.

-[Saweetie] Mm-hmm.
-Something that you may not normally get,

even though this is,
for those that don't know,

-this is, uh, like a crab boil...
-[Saweetie] Mm-hmm.

...with some Szechuan spice, but it's a...

It's a dreamlike menu that's a... What?
What kind of combos?

Epic combos, inspired by some
of Saweetie's own epic combinations.

[Saweetie] Spicy and sweet.

[Chris] I was gonna say, these guys got
into it. Let's peel back the curtain.

Sometimes people are timid
to get into the first course.

I'm so lucky that I wore
my plastic gloves today.

[laughter]

It's crazy. It's just, like...
It's meant to be.

Um, I can tell you right now
that Saweetie's an expert eater.

And I think you're in good hands.
She can show you the way.

She already knows how to break the crabs.

My friend group is divided
into people that know how to eat crabs

-and people that don't know.
-[Blake] Mm-hmm.

We want you to be part of our group
of knowing how to eat crab.

Today... I am your apprentice today,
so thank you.

-[Dave] She knows...
-Yes. Absolutely.

-[Dave] Saweetie, thank you.
-[man whoops]

-[Dave] Maestro.
-Crab me, please.

So we made a broth
with a lot of Szechuan peppercorn,

so it has this numbing, spicy, uh, flavor.

We put shrimp, some turkey necks,
smoked turkey necks,

some chicken apple sausage.

No, chicken andouille sausage, corn,

some things you might get
in a seafood boil,

but with a lot of, uh, Szechuan flavors.

And then I'm gonna reserve
some of that liquid that I cooked in.

-[Blake] Yeah.
-That has actually quite a bit of butter.

This doesn't have any butter.

And this is gonna be your hot-pot broth.

-One is gonna be spicy. This one is mild.
-[Saweetie] Mm-hmm.

[Dave] Uh, and here I'm working
on something that,

uh, we're calling Ramen Rockefeller.

-[Blake] Okay.
-[Dave] For lack of a better term.

[Saweetie] What's that?

So Oysters Rockefeller are stuffed oysters
with breadcrumbs, bacon, spinach.

Um, and I feel like
we could omit the Parmesan

in the traditional Oysters Rockefeller

with instant ramen that we're gonna blitz.

-On the oysters? Ooh!
-Yeah.

We told you,
we were inspired by your dreams.

Blake's dreams too.

No, I actually have ramen nightmares.

Nightmares? Why a nightmare?

Yeah, when I was coming up,
I ate a lot of that stuff.

A lot of that stuff.

If you ate it like this, I'd be surprised.

-[Blake] Chicken.
-[Saweetie] I like chicken.

Chicken is the b*mb.

I still have a tooth for it,
that's for sure.

[Dave] Well, I think if I just served this

without telling you
that it was instant ramen,

-I don't think you'd even know.
-[Blake] Wouldn't know.

You got, like, a plug
on good instant ramen?

This is something you can get anywhere.

[Blake] Like 10 cents.

-I'm gonna blitz this up.
-[Saweetie] Ooh!

[Blake and Saweetie] Okay.

[whirring continues]

[Saweetie] I've never seen that done.

-Oh, you just made some powder.
-Yeah.

Are we gonna do a pie crust or something?

No, I have here, that's simmering,

-spinach, green onions, turkey bacon...
-[Blake] Okay.

...a whole bunch of butter, some red onions,

and this is,
it could be any seasoning packet.

This is just a spicy chicken flavor,
and I'm just putting all of this in here.

And you may ask,
"Wow, that's pretty crazy."

The reality is,
this has so much umami, right?

-Glutamic acid, MSG.
-[Blake] Mm-hmm.

Even though it's totally different
than Parmesan cheese,

I think it gives you that same flavor
you get in Oysters Rockefeller.

[both] Okay.

I'm not sure that I've ever had
Oysters Rockefeller, but...

What's exactly in Oysters Rockefeller?

Breadcrumbs, Parmesan,
butter, uh, ahem, spinach or herbs.

-[Blake] All the good stuff?
-All the good stuff.

[Blake] Like Shake 'n Bake ingredients.

[Chris] I feel like Saweetie pioneered
the ramen seasoning on oysters.

-That was inspired by you.
-[Saweetie] Absolutely.

I had a dream that I seasoned my oysters
with, um, Top Ramen seasoning,

-woke up and did it and loved it. Mm-hmm.
-What?

-It came to you in a dream? That's unreal.
-Came to me in a dream. Absolutely.

A normal dream?

[Saweetie] A dream. I dreamt about it,
woke up. Tried it the next day.

Okay. I like that.

-You said these are turkey necks?
-[Dave] That's a smoked turkey neck.

I don't think I've ever, uh, eaten a neck,
but I'm gonna do that.

[Dave] Underrated. Underrated.

-Gonna dip it in this sauce.
-[Blake] Whoa.

I just felt like
I was Jean-Claude Van Damme,

-like, biting someone's throat out.
-[laughter]

That's wild. I feel like I could do it
on the b*ttlefield now.

-You have trained me.
-It's good prep.

-Who knew that neck meat was so good?
-[Dave] Right?

[laughter]

-Give me that neck.
-That's what I'm saying.

-Give me that.
-Wow.

Turkey neck, underrated.

-Absolutely. This is really good.
-[Saweetie] Mmm. Mmm!

This is some Renaissance Faire stuff.

-[Dave] That's me, Mr. Renaissance Man.
-[Blake] Yeah?

[Saweetie] This would taste really good
on a club sandwich.

[Blake] There we go. See?
See how her mind works? It's beautiful.

It's beautiful.
She's always putting things together.

Um, the next dish after this,
I'm gonna work on...

-[Saweetie] You're putting stuff in it.
-Yeah.

-You'll see.
-Nice and chunky.

That's wild.

[Dave] Is, uh...

How we got there, I don't know,
but we're gonna call it the Mind Flayer.

Independent of the Netflix show,
but why not?

[Blake] Okay.

-We'll explain that in a little bit. Um...
-[Chris chuckles]

How do we even explain that dish?

-Well...
-[Dave] It's a sandwich.

Yeah. It'll flay your mind
once you get to it.

[Blake] Okay.

Are you guys raw oysters
or cooked oysters?

-What do you prefer?
-I like raw oysters.

I had cooked recently, like, grilled
in Louisiana, and it blew my mind.

I'm in now.

-Grilled oysters are fantastic.
-[Blake] So good, dude.

They were amazing.

I'm already getting heartburn. Oh, sh*t.

[Saweetie laughs]

[Blake] This is good.

This is crazy 'cause there's,
like, seven different things in here.

-Are you gonna bake them?
-Oh, yeah.

Your baking them?
Are we eating it like that?

-I'm gonna bake it off.
-[Saweetie] Okay.

Sorry, I thought you said,
"Is there bacon in it?"

There's turkey bacon. Not regular bacon.

[Blake] Let me know if it looks like
I'm wearing a ton of lipstick.

-[Chris] You're looking great.
-[Blake] Thank you.

[Dave] I'm hoping that happens,
and I will not tell you.

I'm gonna pop this in the oven.

[Chris] You guys are doing
an incredible job on that boil.

[Dave] Yeah.

It's really good.
What I like about it, I feel like...

It reminds me of seafood boil with a twist
'cause it tastes like a gumbo seasoning.

[Dave] That's what we wanna do.
Something that we...

-Different. Absolutely.
-It's an homage to different things.

But it tastes familiar,
and that's what we love.

What's your favorite, uh, dish to cook?

[groans] Anything my kids are
gonna eat these days.

Are they picky,
or do they know what they have?

They know they have me as a private chef.

They're demanding as clients.
I'll cook anything they want.

I was hoping you'd just get
to do Kraft macaroni all the time.

[Dave] Oh, I make that a lot.

[Blake] You gotta add
something to it, right?

No. Trust me, they don't want anything.

-Perfect recipe.
-[Dave] Perfect recipe.

Although, hot tip.

I put heavy cream
in my box mac-and-cheese.

[Blake] That's what I'm saying.

-Whipping cream or heavy cream?
-[Dave] Same thing.

The latter because I'm just trying
to give them as much calories as possible.

[Blake] Yeah, absolutely.

But, um, we were literally coming up
with this dish, right?

-This dreamlike combination.
-[both] Mm-hmm.

And, uh, calling it the Mind Flayer,

and lo and behold,
there is, independent to us...

It just happens to be the Mind Flayer
is the bad guy in Stranger Things.

And you guys like barbecue sauce.
Both of you guys.

-Yeah, my number one sauce.
-So I was like, barbecue chicken pizza.

-[Saweetie] Oh, wow.
-[Blake] Hell, yeah.

Did you know that pizza is actually
from Stranger Things?

-[Dave] How about that?
-[Blake] What the heck?

-It's so funny.
-[Blake] Wait, isn't that show on Netflix?

[Chris] It is, and you know
what's even weirder?

I happen to have a clip
ready to go over here of that pizza.

[Dave] How does it all work out?

-[surf music playing]
-[phone ringing]

Surf's up! Surfer Boy Pizza,
this is Argyle speaking.

We make everything fresh here
except for our pineapple from a can.

But I highly recommend
slapping juicy pineapple on your pie.

Oh, fruit on your pizza's gnarly, you say?
Well, I say try before you deny.

[Chris] "Try before you deny."

-Good life advice.
-100%.

Absolutely.

I get upset when people say
they don't like pineapple on pizza.

I think everything belongs on pizza.
Everything.

-Uh...
-Not pineapple either, I know, right?

-Argyle's wrong. Sorry.
-What? Should I leave?

I have to respectfully disagree.

You don't have to,
you can say, "You're wrong."

I grew up watching Ninja Turtles,
so jelly beans, anything, name it.

-[Chris] Jelly bean?
-Pineapple on a pizza?

You gotta see it to believe it.

-Are we putting pineapple on there?
-No.

Saweetie, what's the verdict on pineapple?

-[Saweetie] No.
-[Blake] Really?

-[Chris] That's a no.
-I thought you were like...

[Dave] But barbecue chicken is okay.

-[Saweetie] Yeah, with some ranch.
-[Blake] Oh, yeah.

-Okay.
-[Chris] With some ranch.

Do we have ranch today?

[Dave] That is a possibility.

That is a possibility.

You think I can take the gloves off,
or should I leave them on the whole time?

-Dealer's choice.
-I'm gonna take them off.

Take them off.

-[Saweetie] Mmm.
-Um...

We were trying to figure out
how to make you something

-that was different, right?
-[Blake] Thank you.

I want you to have something fun
and different.

And, uh, you know, we forgot
that we had these pizzas in the fridge.

I was like, "Why don't we try
to make it something like a wedge?"

Something that's like
an upstate New York sandwich,

usually made with like a pizza dough.

So we're gonna use this Surfer Boy Pizza

-as our sandwich bread.
-Okay.

-We're gonna make some chicken fingers.
-Ooh.

Yeah. We marinated
the chicken fingers in ranch dressing.

-Okay.
-[Dave] We're gonna fry it.

-[Blake] Yeah.
-[Saweetie] I knew it.

And then we're gonna make
a whole sandwich out of it

-that we're calling the Mind Flayer.
-Yeah, okay.

-[Saweetie] With the pizza?
-Yeah.

[Saweetie] Pizza and some hot Cheetos!

-[shrieks]
-I honestly think that there's...

-Let me get some.
-There's been late nights

where I had this exact idea,

and I did not execute it to the perfection
it's about to be ex*cuted to.

[Dave] Fortune favors the bold here.
Come on.

This is looking like everything
I have in my cupboard.

-Like a Scooby-Doo sandwich?
-[Blake] Mm-hmm.

-Yeah. We...
-Scooby-Doo sandwich?

-What does that mean?
-Put whatever you want,

-and it goes as high as you want it.
-[Chris] Yeah. Shaggy loves it.

What's crazy is I'm a Ninja Turtles guy,
she's a Scooby-Doo girl.

That's why we're here eating cartoon food.

-Look at how you just put that together.
-Some say there's a link between those.

[laughter]

I think so. Yes.

You don't quite understand
the undertone when you're young,

but as you grow, you're like,
"I know what's up with Scooby-Doo."

-[Dave] I'll show you some Scooby treats.
-[Saweetie] What was they eating or doing?

[Blake and Saweetie] Mm-hmm.

[Dave] Um, so in the batter is sour cream,

buttermilk, garlic, onion powder, um...

All these delicious flavorings, and you
can catch those recipes where, Chris Ying?

[Saweetie] Tudum?

Tudum is the...
How you spell the Netflix sound.

-Oh, that's so cool.
-Tudum? That's official now?

-Tudum?
-[Chris] Yeah.

-And they're going with that?
-[laughter]

-Tudum?
-If you wanna workshop it,

I've got a couple execs in the back.

That's one of those days they're like,
"Ah, f*ck it, we got it.

[laughter]

Tudum. It's Tudum."

-No, I like the name. It's very good.
-[Dave] Um...

So ultimately,
you marinate things in buttermilk,

and we were screwing around,
and I was like:

"Oh, this tastes like ranch dressing.
Why don't we marinate it in ranch?"

Homemade ranch dressing.

We'll serve this
with ranch dressing after it's fried.

-Have you tried this already? Oh!
-Yeah, I have.

And let me tell you, it is...

It took...

It did not last long.

[Blake] Mm-hmm.

Dave's a bit of a dreamer as well,
if I may say.

-[Blake] I love that.
-He likes to dream.

I like to watch Scooby-Doo
and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

[Blake] Yeah.

-Just dream.
-[Chris] Did you say THC Ninja Turtles?

-Yeah.
-[Dave] You did. You did.

-[Blake] Absolutely.
-We're a family-oriented show here.

"Cowabunga." That's all I'm gonna say.

Look at that.

So is ranch like
your number-one condiment?

Is that number one?

I put ranch on my spaghetti,
on my pizza, on my burger.

-[Chris] Wow.
-Yep.

-Let's play "Marry, F, k*ll."
-[Blake] Okay.

Barbecue sauce, ranch, hot sauce.

Hot sauce? Like, any...? All hot sauce?

-[Chris] What's your favorite hot sauce?
-[Saweetie] Louisiana.

-Louisiana?
-Yep. And I like that, the... What is it?

-What would you call that? The hole?
-[Dave] Yeah. The bottle top.

The bottle top? I like that it's bigger
than the other holes

-because you get a lot.
-That's fire.

-[Chris] That's fresh.
-That's fire.

[Chris] Big ol' sauce hole.

I love... I also love sauces
with huge holes.

[Chris] So it sounds like
you wanna F the hot sauce.

I actually have F'd hot sauce.

Oh, what?

[Blake] Don't check my OF, okay?

Okay, I would say...

I would marry hot sauce...

-The other two?
-[Chris] Barbecue and ranch.

Marry, k*ll, what?

-[Chris] And...
-F.

-"F."
-[Blake] Yeah.

I feel like ranch is nice and creamy,
so I would like to be involved with that.

Um, I'm sorry,
but I'd have to k*ll barbecue sauce.

That's... Dang.

I think I would marry barbecue sauce,
F hot sauce,

'cause we're in for like a spicy night.

-I'm k*lling ranch. Oh, my God!
-Are you serious?

[Chris] Nasty.

-Sure you wanna stay here?
-[laughter]

-I'm here.
-Oh, my gosh. Delicious.

[Blake] Yeah, those look incredible.

[Dave] They're very hot.

[Dave] This is that thing
that we warn you about

where Dave touches
and then offers it to you.

It's very hot.

One reason I'm putting
on a bed of salt, besides it...

uh...

It prevents it from falling over,
instead of serving it on this.

-It should help cool it down a little bit.
-[Blake] Okay.

-[Dave] So... Sure.
-[Blake] "Should."

Our mouths will be the judge.

[Dave] Ramen Rockefeller.

-Okay. Yeah, those are looking really...
-Wow. Looks tasty.

It is. If you let it cool down
like a minute or two,

I suggest using a fork and just, uh,
you know, digging it out.

[Blake] Okay. Fair enough.

Yeah, it's really hard to wait.

It's like when you're a kid
and you see the Christmas presents,

you're like: [groans]

[Saweetie] You know what this looks like?

-Stuffing.
-It does, one of my favorite things.

-Really?
-I love stuffing.

I'll put stuffing on pizza. I don't care.

-Sounds good.
-Probably would be.

-With some ranch.
-Ranch.

-[Chris] Stuffing does sound good.
-Stuffing.

-And... Oh, wow.
-Like a Thanksgiving pizza.

[Saweetie] You're on to something.
A Thanksgiving pizza.

-Could be good.
-[Saweetie] Oh, wow.

[Chris] Dave, what is your marry, F, k*ll?
Ranch, barbecue sauce, hot sauce.

-k*ll barbecue sauce.
-[Blake] Wow.

-Yeah.
-[Blake] That's my dawg.

-Yeah.
-You just k*lled my wife.

-[Chris laughs]
-[Dave] Sorry. No offense.

[Blake] My life partner.

[Dave] f*ck... f*ck ranch.

-And, uh, marry hot sauce.
-[Saweetie] We're the same.

'Cause it's like... You know...

Hot sauce is a life commitment.

I don't know if I would trust hot sauce.

I would get jealous around hot sauce.
That's how I feel.

-Too spicy for you?
-Yeah.

[Dave] Is this too hot? I mean...

Let me just see this.

[Blake] You let us know.

-[Saweetie] It's hot.
-Ramen Rockefeller.

I'm gonna make it cool down.

If I served that without telling you
that's instant ramen, you'd have no idea.

Yeah, that's really wild.

You should have had us guess.

-Oh, we got the utensils right here.
-The problem is we cook live here.

There's no way.

-Unless you guys move to another room.
-[Chris] We can't hide anything.

Right. I like
the little 007 drawers right here.

That's cool.

-Mmm.
-[Dave] Oh, is this a thumbs-up?

-Yes.
-[Chris] Oh. Oh!

See you later. I'm done. My job is done.

-[Chris] Oh, my goodness.
-That was good.

-[Saweetie] Mmm.
-[Dave] Okay? Yeah?

-Tasty.
-Yeah.

Yeah, that's really...

I did a poor job
of breading these chicken fingers.

I'm always honest here.

No swap-outs.

'Cause most people go
"commercial break" and it will be perfect.

[Chris] Tell us what you're seeing
in that fryer.

[Dave] Poorly made chicken fingers.

But it will be delicious nonetheless.

I did not bread it properly.

-That's fantastic.
-Right?

Yeah, that is really, really good.

Better than the grilled stuff
you had in Louisiana?

-I wanna say yeah.
-[Dave] There you go.

-I hope I'm good in the neighborhood.
-[Dave] No, they love me there.

Okay.

[Dave] No, I don't think so.

We should add
a little hot Cheeto in the mix.

-What?!
-Yep.

-That's how we're doing it?
-Think we should.

Okay.

-[Saweetie] Wait till it cools down.
-[Blake] Dab me up.

-Hell, yeah.
-[Chris] Wait.

-What did she find over there?
-[Dave] They want a hot Cheeto in it.

-That's actually a great idea.
-[Dave] What?

I also overstuffed the fryer.
Doing all the things wrong.

Always imagining someone
from cooking school,

like my old chef instructor is like,
"Never learned that lesson."

[Chris] Crowd the fryer.

I'm blown away by this Cheeto.
How'd it turn out?

It absolutely should be added
to the permanent...

-[Dave] Yeah? All right.
-Yeah.

She knows what she's doing.
She's a wizard.

-Wow.
-It's crazy. It adds a little crunch.

Yeah, a little kick.

[Dave] Here we go.
That's how it was meant to be served.

-[Blake] It's beautiful.
-[Saweetie] Love it.

Beautiful color. Look at that.

That red.

[Saweetie] I must say,
I do not prefer baked oysters,

but this baked oyster is superb.

-It's awesome.
-[Dave] There you go. See?

-It's flawless.
-[Saweetie] Flawless.

We're cooking from our dreams here.

[Blake] Mm-hmm.

Yeah, I definitely dreamed about this.

-Oh, my gosh. This in a taco shell?
-What the heck?

Telling you, she's a genius.

-She's a culinary savant.
-[Saweetie] I can hear it in my head.

What I like is how nonchalant
she drops extreme knowledge on us.

It's like just a b*mb
and then, okay, back to work.

That's crazy.

[Saweetie] Wow.

-All right. I forgot.
-[Blake] Okay.

[Saweetie] That looks delicious.

I know, just like straight-up
frozen pizza. I'm down for it.

-It's so good.
-Wow.

[Blake] You were really hard on yourself.

-That doesn't look bad.
-I'll show you how I screwed it up.

Okay. Let us know.

-That is not...
-[Blake] That's unacceptable.

If you got that at your
fast-food restaurant, you'd be like...

[Blake] I'm complaining.
I'm pulling a Karen, for sure.

[Dave] The reason why this is okay
is I'll to hide it in a bunch of cheese

and ranch dressing,
then cover it with another pizza crust

so you would have no idea.

-[Chris] A couple need some Propecia.
-[Blake] Yeah, absolutely.

[Dave] All right.

-I got to remember, how did I make this?
-[Blake] Mmm.

I like this. Maybe you need
to get back into the mindset.

[Dave] The Mind Flayer.

We need to go in the back
and get in the mindset.

[Chris] You're dreaming.

Yeah, let's go dream.

Here are some pickled jalapenos
and pickled shallots,

for a little texture
and crunch and acidity.

There's a lot of fat in here,

and acidity is important
for balancing things out.

[Blake] Look at that.

-Looking out for us.
-You guys are scientists.

What do you think?

[Chris] For those wondering,

you can buy this frozen pizza
at your local store now.

It's come from Stranger Things
into the real world.

-[Blake] Awesome.
-Speaking of dreams.

[laughter]

-Oh, my... Oh.
-Surfer Boy Pizza.

-[Blake] I'm in.
-There you go.

[Saweetie] Are we gonna
eat it like a taco?

-[Dave] You just wait. You just wait.
-[Chris laughs]

You actually have no idea
what's about to happen.

[Blake] Yeah. What's...?

[Dave] I want us to have close-ups
of Saweetie's face

'cause I want to see pure joy.

If you throw this all into a fondue pot,
I'm gonna lose my mind.

[Dave] Uh, in no scenario whatsoever
is that ever gonna happen.

-[laughter]
-[Saweetie] Hey, what's a fondue pot?

Fondue, it's like boiling oil.

I used to have it
for my birthday every year.

This is fondue. I take it back.

I apologize for being a smart-a*s.

-[Chris] It's fondue.
-It's fondue.

[Chris] Uh, Saweetie, the Internet is
referring to you as Food Yoda.

-Ooh.
-Okay.

[Chris] You are the Jedi master
of food now.

-I like that.
-I know that's right.

I'm gonna get that tattooed.

Food Yoda.

-Look at that. What kind of cheese?
-Provolone.

[Blake] Yeah. I recognize that.

I worked in a sandwich shop.

[Dave] How long?

[Blake] Until they asked me to cut my hair
and then I had to peace out.

-Yeah.
-[Dave sighs]

This is gonna be
like a real-deal sandwich.

I wanna keep eating,
but I wanna save some room.

-This is too tasty.
-It's really good.

These are... It has to happen.

[Dave] I don't think it's a surprise
that, uh, this menu was really...

I was born to do this menu.

[Saweetie] I agree.

-[Chris] What is that you're drizzling?
-[Dave] Ranch dressing.

-[Blake] What the...?
-[Saweetie] Oh, my goodness.

It's going down, y'all.

-[Blake] Mm-hmm.
-[Chris] Oh, my God.

-Whoa.
-[Dave] Why not?

-Is that blue cheese or ranch? Oh.
-[Dave] Ranch.

-It's got a little dill.
-[Blake] I love dill. That's mine.

Is that an herb? Right.

-Dill's an herb, right?
-[Chris] Dill's an herb. Yes.

I think it's my favorite.
That's my marry. I marry dill.

-[Chris] Dill is your favorite herb?
-[Blake] Yeah.

[Dave] Blake. Come on, man.
You're not even on the board anymore.

-[laughter]
-[Chris] Blake...

Dill is only good on two things.

Like smoked salmon or gravlax
and a little bit in ranch.

-That's it.
-What about pickles?

-Ah, you're right.
-Do you have pickles?

-The world of pickles.
-[Dave] We have gherkins.

[Chris] We have gherkins.

-Can we get some pickles?
-[Chris] Do you want some?

-[Saweetie] I love pickles.
-[Blake] I love pickles too.

-The whole pickle or the top?
-[Chris] Would that ruin the balance?

You ever had, like,
egg salad with dill on it?

It's like... It changes the game.

You're not in on that?

-[Chris] You won't sell him on dill.
-You're not selling me.

You know what, guys?
I'm not gonna put pickles on this.

-I'll put pickles on the side.
-Put your foot down, Dave.

[Blake] Well, there's
pickled jalapeno, right?

[Saweetie] Whoa!

-[Blake] Hello.
-[Saweetie] Oh, my God.

-[Dave] Yeah.
-It...

-[Dave] Did you dream of this?
-You, my friend, got me beat.

[Dave] That's right.

[Blake] I would legit be happy
if that was my wedding cake.

[laughter]

-Wow.
-[Chris] You're marrying barbecue sauce?

Yeah, that... That is really nice.

It's beautiful.

So then you're just gonna kind of...

-[stammers]
-You'll bake it some more?

I'll see how this guy works.

[Blake] It's slippery.
It's a slippery snake.

[Chris] Oh, my God.

-We gotta melt the cheese.
-[Blake] Absolutely.

-[Saweetie] g*dd*mn!
-[Blake] This one's gonna be crazy.

-I've never had that in my life.
-Yeah.

[Dave] This is very good. I'm telling you.

I was trying to figure out
how to incorporate barbecue sauce.

'Cause the one thing that you guys
both are kindred spirits on,

it's barbecue sauce.
I was like, "All right."

[Blake] That's really beautiful.

-What's your favorite barbecue sauce?
-I mean, Sweet Baby Ray's.

That's right. There's only one answer.

-Sweet Baby.
-Sweet Baby Ray's.

Won't you be mine?

-I'm gonna move this on the side.
-Oh, my gosh.

-[Dave] Something's about to go down.
-Is this dipping for the...?

-These are dipping sauces.
-[Blake] What's going with that?

This is a... Like a barbecue,
Taiwanese barbecue sauce.

[Blake] Mm-hmm.

[Dave] With cilantro.
And this is a sesame paste sauce.

-Okay.
-[Blake] Okay. I love that.

-So...
-I saw this on Instagram.

Technically, my hair can't be
this close to flame.

-Uh, there is a good chance...
-Put it here.

-There's a good chance this goes up.
-[gasps]

-Holy moly.
-Is this dipping sauce?

-It's like my birthday.
-It's a hot pot.

-Wait, to dip the...?
-Yes.

I'm about to bring out a bunch of things,
but I want to explain to you,

-so it's not totally crazy.
-[Chris laughs]

[Dave] So this broth was the basis
of the crab boil you had.

[Blake] Mm-hmm.

I strained out the Sichuan peppercorns,
the star anise.

There's all kinds of chilies in there.

There's like 25 different things in there.

Onions, garlic, uh,
chicken bouillon paste and powder.

'Cause you got to do that.

This is a chicken broth that we infused
with some Shaoxing wine,

garlic, onions,

um, so this is gonna be the non-spicy.

I'll be honest, guys.
This one is ripping hot.

I mean, like, its temperature
and also temperature.

-[Blake] Gonna make us sweat.
-[Dave] Yeah, yeah.

I kind of just want to stick my face in
and open my pores a little bit.

[Chris laughs]

I'll... I'll stay away.

[laughter]

Oh, wow.

[Chris] Blake, you said it is...

It's fondue, but this is basically...
It is what it is.

And you know what?

Perhaps that's an outdated term. Fondue.

It's not outdated.
I apologize because you were right.

My job is to give you, as a customer,
everything you desire.

Oh, really?

So you, you can dip this
as much as you'd like.

[Blake] Yeah. I'm...

Amazing.

-So this is two cuts of beef. Wagyu.
-[Saweetie] Mm-hmm.

[Dave] And we have some shoulder.

-[Saweetie] Shoulder?
-[Blake] Yeah.

-[Dave] Beef shoulder. And you have...
-[Saweetie] Beef shoulder?

-[Dave] It's just another cut of beef.
-[Saweetie] From the shoulder?

-[Dave] It's delicious.
-I ate a neck already.

-So give me shoulder.
-Which one is the beef shoulder?

Have you guys seen Hannibal?

I haven't. I mean, I've seen
Silence of the Lambs. I love that.

But the character talks about
the best parts to eat of, like, an animal.

That's what... Never mind.
We gonna try some shoulder today.

Shoulder is delicious because it has
a lot of muscle fiber and sinew.

-Wait, this is a shoulder? Uh-huh.
-No, this is, uh... They're both Wagyu.

This is, uh... What? Oh, my God.

I think there was a brisket and a...
What was it?

[Dave] We had different cuts
of, uh, fish cake.

[Blake] Mm-hmm.

-[Dave] And...
-[Saweetie] Where's the shoulder?

-[Blake] I think it's this.
-This.

Oh, wow.

-[Dave] We have vegetables that you can...
-[Blake] Oh, the shrooms.

In here you have Inoki mushrooms,
Hon-shimeji, baby bok choy.

[Saweetie] I love bok choy.

[Dave] You have some tofu under there
and you guys just dip.

-I'll put some...
-[Blake] Gas, break, dip. Let's go.

[Dave] ...noodles in there.
And you can use the tweezers to dip.

They're really nice.

And another you can do with this...

-And if you so choose is...
-[Blake] Kind of let it sit?

[Dave groans]

[Dave] Too cold.

Like that. So you know...

[Blake] Mmm.

-[Blake] It just cooks in there.
-[Dave] Yeah.

-[Blake] Wow.
-[Chris] Oh, my goodness.

You are just cooking that in lava.
That looks insane.

-[Blake] Yeah, that's crazy. Going nuts.
-[Saweetie] Wow.

-[Blake] How long do you let it sit?
-[Dave] However you like.

It'll cook fast 'cause it's super thin.

And that's pretty much...

-[Blake] That's yours, right?
-[Dave] That's for you.

[Blake] Wow. Thank you. Thank you.

Wow. Unreal.
And you said this one's spicy.

-You can dip it in there, either sauce.
-I want to.

My whole goal is
to try every sauce in the world.

[Chris] Saweetie's moving again.

-Uh-oh.
-[laughter]

-[Dave] Blake's not dancing.
-I haven't tried it.

[Chris] Move!

[laughter]

[Blake] Oh, damn.

Mm-hmm.

Mm-hmm.

[Dave] Okay. This is all working out.

Yep. I just ate some shoulder.

Yes!

Okay, so I can go
into any of these sauces?

-Right. This is sesame.
-Okay.

Can you give us a little education
on Taiwanese barbecue sauce?

Yes. So that's called...

The darker sauce there is based on...
It's called shacha sauce.

And it's like a Taiwanese sauce.

It's actually related to, like,
Southeast Asian satay sauce.

-[Blake] Okay.
-Use it as a barbecue sauce.

Or as a dip for hot sauce.

It's like dried shrimp, and soybean oil,

-shallots, and alliums, things like that.
-[Blake] I love it. Delicious.

Oh, I think I just got the thing
that makes my tongue numb.

-You got the mala.
-Yeah, baby.

Can we explain to people
what mala is if they're not familiar?

Certainly. Uh, so...

[Blake] Yeah, what's happening to my body?

What's happening to your body right now
is the effects of a chemical

called sanshool,
which is in Szechuan peppercorns,

and your tongue
is sort of numbing and tingly,

like you licked a battery, right?

Yeah, which I do.

[Chris] That was the next course,
but we previewed that.

[Blake] Thank you.

[Chris] And the idea with mala is
that numbing sensation

balances with the heat of the chilies,

so that you can keep on eating.

Once you're tingling,
all you want is something spicy.

Yeah, okay. I get that.

I remember I had a c*ck
that had that in it, and it, like...

-[Chris] The numbing thing?
-Yeah. It was wild.

-[Chris] Made you wanna drink more.
-[Blake] Made me want to drink more.

-[Dave] They did it. Good job.
-[Blake] Yeah, it worked.

Wow, this is crazy.

This is fun.

[Chris] The Internet is correcting me

that the Mind Flayer is
from Dungeons & Dragons.

[Blake] I was gonna say,
I thought it was a D&D reference.

-It is D&D, sorry.
-You're hiding your nerdery.

I'm sorry, I'm sorry.

[Blake] When I saw that on the menu,
I'm like, "Wait.

Is this some
Monster Manual, First Edition?"

-[laughter]
-[Chris] Whoa, whoa!

Yeah, I play.

[Chris] You strike me
as a "chaotic good" kind of guy.

[Blake] Bro, you've got to have
a little chaos. This is delightful.

I'm just throwing a bunch of stuff in here
so you guys can scoop them out.

[Saweetie clears throat]

-Thank you.
-I tried it by itself. It's really tasty.

[Dave] You don't mind the spice?
I thought it was too hot.

-[Chris] Damn, Saweetie.
-You're a gangster.

So good.

You might be the prince
that was promised to us.

[laughter]

-The chosen one.
-[Chris] These are GOAT moves. Crazy.

I mean, you're eating
next to culinary greatness, right?

I'm cooking for the chosen one.

I feel so honored.

[Chris] Say something nice
about what Blake's doing.

It's okay. I'm trying to learn
how to use tweezers.

-It is... This is a Thai dish, right?
-[Dave] No.

There's nothing authentic about this dish.

If anything, it's more
of a traditional Chinese hot pot,

but it's not. It's...
It's like the food that I make.

It's somewhere touching
all kinds of things.

I love it. It reminds me of my childhood,
like after a day of running errands.

Um, so I'm half Filipino and Chinese.

I would go out with, like,
my mom, my lola.

And after a long day,
we'd go to a Vietnamese restaurant.

And what I love is,
the food is all family style.

So we would just sit there,
talk, have a good time,

and eat food with, like,
hot pots in front of us.

That's what I'm talking about.

It's one of the reasons why I very much
love sort of the crab boil or seafood

is because everyone's eating
the same thing.

It's communal. It's...

You can eat it your own way
with your own sauce.

-The same thing with hot pot.
-[Blake] Mm-hmm.

Even though it seems limited in choice,

you have a lot of variety
in how you wanna eat it,

but it's also something
that you interact with.

I love that kind of dining,

so I'm happy
it makes you feel the same way.

[Saweetie] Very nostalgic.

And I'm also happy that this makes it
feel like you're eating Swiss fondue.

-Right?
-That's what it is. It's Swiss!

-Yeah! So like, you know.
-[Chris] Whoa.

-[Blake] Honestly, these, the tendons...
-[Saweetie] Oh, you acting up.

[Blake] They're pretty damn good.

-You're gonna wanna get in there.
-[Chris] Whole finger into the hot...

[Dave] 'Cause he said so.

I feel bad 'cause I made fun of Blake.

-[Blake] You know what?
-[Chris] That's gonna be good.

-[Dave] It's gonna be really good.
-It's gonna be delightful.

[Dave] When Blake came over,

we were both trying to remember
what we did when we hung out.

It was South by Southwest,
so it gets foggy.

[Dave] Yeah.

Somewhere around the fifth or sixth bar,
I don't remember what happened.

-[Blake] Me neither.
-You don't remember either?

-I remember do-si-doing with you.
-We did. We were at some h*nky-tonk bar,

and I think you were on,
like, a mechanical bull.

[laughter]

Dude, that was my friend!

Yeah, that adds up.

If I see a mechanical bull
and I've had enough beers, I'm getting on.

-[Chris] You're getting on?
-Yeah.

-[Dave] It was a lot...
-[Chris] How's the spice treating you?

I'm in. I was kind of scared...

Sure, I am beading sweat
under my eyes a bit,

but that's a good sweat.

-We can eat these mushrooms?
-[Dave] Yes.

And once these noodles cook down
a little bit, you'll have...

This is, to me, one of the best parts,
is when you have the noodles...

-[Blake] Oh, yeah.
-...that absorb the broth.

You're not cooking it in water.

You're cooking directly
in sort of the flavorful liquid.

[Blake] Mm-hmm.

So it just is much more intense
in a good way.

This is a great food...
Like, dining experience.

-A great day. Yeah.
-You should make this into a restaurant.

-Uncle Ted, Netflix, anybody?
-[Chris] It's all we want, please.

-[Saweetie] This is nice.
-[Blake] Yeah. Really lovely.

Can I also say
that this is all the more impressive,

because it's hot in this studio,

and they're getting down
with spicy, hot food.

[Dave] Oh, my God, that's hot.

-But...
-[Saweetie] Burning inside.

There's something about eating hot foods

when it's hot outside to cool you down.

I didn't come up with that.

Most of hot climate,
temperature nations do that.

I think it, like, makes you sweat,
whatever, something else. Chi.

[Blake] Cools you down.

[laughter]

Warms you up by cool... Here we go.

What was this side again? Just...

-That was chicken?
-[Dave] That is chicken broth.

So we mix that with chicken broth
that we made in-house,

and we fortified that
with some chicken bouillon...

-[Blake] Okay.
-...and ginger, Shaoxing wine,

which is a Chinese wine
that I think is delicious with poultry.

[Blake] Okay.

You find that flavor really
in the Shandong province.

-Am I correct, Chris?
-[Saweetie] What's your ethnicity?

-[Dave] I'm Korean.
-[Saweetie] Okay.

-[Chris] Sure.
-[laughter]

Yeah. [stammers]

Zhejiang province.

-That's what I...
-[Chris] That's what you said.

-No.
-[Chris] Of course. No.

[Blake sighs]

[Chris] Look at this rice wine.
How's the Mind Flayer looking?

-Oh...
-[Blake] Unreal. What the...?

[laughter]

I feel like I just walked in on,
like, a food challenge show.

Oh, no.

[Dave] I am burning my cells for you.

[Chris] That is so outrageous.

-[Saweetie] Oh, my gosh.
-[Blake] Oh, yeah.

-[Saweetie] That's right.
-I should've charged my phone. I knew it.

Wow!

-I turned it off like a goofball.
-[Saweetie] I'll send it to you.

[Blake] Thank you.

[Dave] You didn't turn it off like
a goofball. You did it as a real guest.

-Without...
-[Saweetie] What you trying to say?

No! I'm trying to make him feel good.

Don't change anything.

-[Dave] I'm giving you many compliments.
-I'm the one failing the test.

-I'm not getting invited back.
-You're doing a great job.

-Learned to crack some crab.
-Yeah.

-Ate some spicy food.
-Actually, the last bite,

whatever I got, was the spiciest bite yet.

Can I just say,
not many people will just walk in here

and eat everything without any problems.

You have done a remarkable job.

I got chastised before I left the house.

My girlfriend's like,
"Why did they pick you?

You don't even like food."

-[laughter]
-I'm like, "What are you talking about?"

She doubled down,
like, "You don't even eat food."

I'm like,
"I eat food every night. All right?"

She's like, "I don't get it.
It's not like you have a show to promote."

It's like, "Whoa, chill!

I have a podcast."

This Is Important. Check it out.

-[Chris] Barbecue sauce sounds supportive.
-Yeah, right?

Ooh. We have
some chopsticks in here. What?

I am going to move this to the side.

Wow.

Dude...

I will say, to Blake's credit here...

[Blake] Thank you, guys.

Since I'm crying,
you know to give me compliments.

I'm just crying.

Adopting the tweezers
as eating utensils, pro move.

I'm loving it. I'm loving this move.

-[Dave] Very pro. Blake...
-To be honest, it's...

I think we have some problems
with your girlfriend.

-You're a terrific eater.
-[Blake] No. You know what?

It's... It's jealousy.

-She knows you're like the GOAT chef.
-[Dave] What's her name?

-Samantha.
-[Dave] Samantha?

-You're never coming on this show.
-[Blake] No, don't!

-You treated your man poorly.
-That's... No! No!

-[Blake] That's all she wants!
-You're out!

No! Babe!

This is live.

-If I get leftovers, open the door.
-[laughter]

[Chris] Hey, hey.
I mean, could we call her right now?

She'd pick up the phone if you called her
and Dave delivered that message?

She said she was watching.
What if she's not?

[Chris] Let's call her up and see.
I also want to give props to Saweetie.

I've never seen such adept chopstick usage
with those nails. Holy cow.

-[Dave] Super impressive.
-[Chris] So impressive.

Yeah, that is, really.

-[Dave] Facetime?
-Yeah, good call.

[Chris] This is TV, man.

We need to know
you really have this person somewhere.

I might have messed up.

[Samantha] Why? What is happening?

Just Facetime, will you?

[laughter]

-Hey, girl.
-[Samantha] Hi, Saweetie.

-[Dave] Hi, Samantha. Um...
-Hi, chef. How are you?

Blake got you in trouble

and you're no longer allowed
to eat here ever again.

[laughter]

-Absolutely not good.
-Babe, I'm so sorry.

[Samantha speaks indistinctly]

-She got a nice tool right there.
-[Chris] Turn it so we can see her?

She was cutting up zucchini
and then it froze.

-[Chris] Oh, okay. Cutting zucchini?
-I'm sorry.

She gave me one of your books
to sign though, if you could do that.

-[Dave] I feel like...
-[Chris] Oh, she's actually... She's...

[Blake] No, I said it cut out,
but she hung up.

[laughter]

[Dave] Samantha, Samantha.
We got you covered.

I will cook for you anytime.
Just don't bring Blake.

What?! Man, there's no win...

You're immune to all this. You're GOATed.

[sighs] Oh, my... Okay.
Jeez, I've missed some courses.

[Chris] Oh, wait. Did we miss
the first bite of the Mind Flayer?

-[Dave] I got to record this. This is...
-[Blake] Mm-hmm.

...just like Buddha.

[Blake] The noodles are off the chain.

[Chris] I like how we're just making
Internet content instead of the TV show

now on Netflix.

You got to get your TikTok up, brother.

-[Chris] Saweetie, the verdict?
-[Dave] How is it?

-Mm.
-Yo, this is wild. It looks incredible.

It looks like a Nickelodeon toy
or something.

[Saweetie] Thoughts?

No talking. That's good.

My mind is flaring.

[Dave] That's it.
Truly, the highest compliment you can get.

People want to know how... What does
a dish taste like when it's truly great?

It's when they're silenced.
'Cause it's so good.

But we don't want that on the show.

It's like getting to the point
where my mouth doesn't...

Everything is so good.
Like, what happened?

-Cheers, guys.
-Cheers.

-Thank you. Cheers. Absolutely.
-[Chris] Oh, my goodness.

I'm not supposed to eat,
but this looks so good.

You have to enjoy this.
The ranch is off the chain.

-[Blake] Mmm.
-That is so good.

Mind Flayer.

And the Stranger Things pizza,
pretty good.

-It's good pizza.
-Do you have some ranch?

Yeah, I'm gonna tudum
the hell out of that.

-Look at you.
-[Dave] Mmm.

[Chris] The vibe right now is that
you guys have forgotten we're on TV

-and you're just eating dinner.
-We're just kicking it.

Like, "Yo, could you put on a game, bro?"

[Dave] I got to work on the dessert.

-There's dessert?
-Yeah.

And trust me, anyone can make this.

The crust part is the best part.
It's the crunch.

I'm telling you,
the Flamin' Hot Cheetos never fail.

I'm not allowed to talk about
what this actually is, the name.

-[Saweetie] Oh, my God!
-[Blake] I know what that is.

-Used to be my favorite snack.
-Scooby-Doo.

-Yep.
-[Dave laughs]

-Generic, Austrian-inspired...
-[Dave] Fresh strudel.

-[Saweetie] Oh, my God.
-Toaster pastry.

-Non-authentic.
-It was...

It kind of sucked, though,
'cause by the last one,

you had used the icings,
like, four icings for one.

So the last ones, you don't have...

-You mean these?
-Yeah! Bro!

Damn! You could sell this on the street.

-Yeah. I'd buy it.
-Yo, bro, I got the icing.

I like how, uh, condoms and icing
are packaged the same way.

Hey, knock her out, bro.

-Um, this is legitimately good, right?
-[Blake] Yes, it's very good.

It's very good.

-The crust is the best.
-[Blake] Yeah, I love all this.

-[Chris] Dave, get back to work, man.
-[Dave] Sorry!

[Saweetie] You got to do a little bit.

Yeah. Oh, my gosh.

[Dave] That's the most delicious thing
ever made on this show.

[Chris] Whoa!

-It has all to do with Surfer Boy Pizza.
-[Chris] Surfer Boy Pizza.

[Blake] It's kind of cheating, right?
A little bit.

Nah. We're just cutting
some corners a little bit.

The only way that would not be good
is if we put pineapple on it.

-[Saweetie speaks indistinctly]
-That would be pretty good.

[Blake] Mmm!

Dude. We're just eating.

[Dave] That's what we do.
That's what this show is about.

Yeah. I'm like... Mmm.

Am I gonna take down
the whole, like, two pizzas?

So good, dude.

What are you guys thinking here?

Just a chug of beer.

The best part about this is tomorrow
we have our first back-to-back episode.

We're doing another one tomorrow.

And, uh, Bobby Lee and Andrew Santino
are just eating your leftovers.

So whatever you don't eat,
Dave is making dinner tomorrow.

[Dave] Do they know that?

-[Chris] They don't.
-[Blake] That's awesome.

Literally, Dave's just gonna use
whatever's left.

-Like the veg and the broth.
-[Dave] Correct.

We're doing a leftover episode.

These are gonna be my favorite episodes
because you just got to, like,

go out there and make it
without thinking too much.

[Blake] Absolutely. Mm-hmm.

So they're gonna have
turkey-neck sandwiches and fondue.

-[Dave] That's a good idea.
-[Chris] Pretty good... [laughs]

[Saweetie] Wow.

I'm, like, legit getting full.

That's... I got some antacid
for you guys after.

If you need it.

[Blake] Saweetie, you're built for this.
You got this.

[Chris] Whatever Dave is doing right now
is my favorite move.

-This is how he opens ice cream.
-[Dave] Did I just time that perfectly?

-[Blake] That was cool.
-[Chris] Amazing.

[Saweetie] That's so cool.

Just making little hockey pucks.
Let's do it.

That's a name I can trust.
I got one of those by my house.

-Their ice cream's fire. McConnell's.
-What is it?

-Oh, I've never had it before.
-I mess with them.

-They have a flagship store?
-[Dave] So hot!

[Blake] Mm-hmm.

-Okay.
-[Chris] So, what's happening right now?

-[Dave] I'm burning myself.
-[Blake] Again.

[Chris] So we have
these non-branded breakfast pastries.

[Blake] Mm-hmm.

[Chris] They're getting...

-[Blake] Oh, my God.
-[Saweetie] We eating another sandwich?

-[Blake] Yeah.
-[Chris] All the frosting.

All sandwiches all the time.
Everything is better in sandwich form.

Legit.

Was that the most pornographic shot yet?

[laughter]

[Dave] Cue the Chef's Table music.

I'm hyped I was there for that.
I hope we were on that camera.

That's crazy.

Weirdly, this reminds me of my childhood.

[laughter]

Whoa!

Okay.

[Blake] First-ever cut to commercial.

Beep! Tudum!

[laughter]

Like, "Huh? I don't know.
Maybe my subscription ran out."

-Oh, man. Whew!
-[Saweetie] Oh, my God. What?

[Chris] Did you just class that up
with a little...? [indistinct]

-I did. I did.
-[Chris] Very nice.

-[Blake] This is gangster. I'm hyped.
-[Chris] Oh, my God.

[Blake] I'm having the best time.
I'm getting emotional.

Oh, that's... Yeah. I mean, come on.

That's gonna be delicious.

[Chris] So this concoction
doesn't have a name yet.

-No.
-[Blake] Mmm.

[Chris] Take a bite, if you have
any thoughts on a name.

-[Dave] We need a name.
-[Chris] Copyright.

-[Saweetie] A name?
-[Dave] We need a name.

You ready?
My teeth are sensitive. How do I...?

-[Chris] What? [laughs]
-Wait, what?

-[Dave] Sorry.
-[Blake] I swear, that was... He did that!

He did that.
That wasn't when I took the first bite.

I was like, "I can't leave that hanging.
We need to pour that on."

-[Chris] Oh, my God.
-[Blake] Okay.

Uh... Whew!

All right. Just go for it.
I need some nails.

-I'm just gonna tuck that in.
-[Dave] I'm so impressed.

I'm impressed with both of you, but...

Bro.

Mmm. Oh, wow.

-Am I the messiest?
-[Chris] Outrageous, man.

That's good. What's she got...?
She's got... It's coming to her.

-It tastes like an ice-cream funnel cake.
-[Blake] It really does.

-It's like Marine World Africa USA.
-[Dave] Never tasted it before. It's good.

Ice-cream funn...
Saweetie knows exactly what everything is.

[Blake] That's exactly what it is.

-It's like funnel cake.
-Wow. What are we gonna call it?

I like the Marine...

Marine World?

It's definitely messy, but I think
it's a suitable end for the menu today.

We started off with some crab boil,
went to Ramen Rockefeller.

We did a hot pot. We made the Mind Flayer,

which I had to eat myself,
which I've never done before.

-I've eaten a whole dish myself.
-[Chris] We broke up Blake's relationship.

You know. But, Samantha, all jokes aside,
I'll cook for you anytime.

-[Blake] Thanks, brother.
-And, uh...

Having this thing
that we're gonna call something else.

-Thanks for joining us.
-[Saweetie] What about The Carnival?

-[Dave] The Carnival!
-Okay. Okay.

-Carnival. Thank you, guys.
-[Chris] Very nice.

Thank you. Cheers.

[cheers and applause]

Unbelievable.
