to stop the fan.

button to stop both of the fans.

And I feel like that is a great

Ariel: The first time I
am on a team with lance,
I got put in the bottom three, and I
didn't particularly feel that was fair.
I felt it was a little personal.
This was not a challenge
that was easy for me at all,
And I really jumped
in with no hesitation.
And I literally
gave it everything,
Which is why I was
even a little bit more upset
- That I was in the bottom.

I've been in the bottom three
ever since I've been here.
This gonna be my final day.

I feel like I have really
tried to do everything

Everybody here was mission
critical to some degree.
I probably had the lesser
role than everybody.
You know, I only can
do what I was asked.
But, you know, you're put
in the positions you're put in,
And, you know, these
two, they were outstanding.
And, so, you know, you guys,
you gotta make your decisions.

put in the best position.
I did everything that I could
Based on the task,
on what I was given,
And that's all I could ask for.

This is a hard part for people
to advocate for themselves

But I will fully confess,
life on mars it's not easy.

strangers in a room

everybody to get along,
And that's what I'm
really struggling with.
And so I think going
forward that will be a liability,
Not just for myself,
but also for the team.
So it's been a hell of an honor,
But I have decided
to exit the project.

You invested so much
