I don't have a contract.

And then, somebody says,
"No, you pay half and I pay half."

[Judy] "No, you pay half and I pay half."
Then you say, "$6,000."

"I'm short $6,000.

I want to get them,
but I'm low on cash till next month."

And that's from you?
That's from the reptile...

what will be my return and in how long?"

So our original plan was for him

that it was, but what I heard it was not.

That doesn't mean that Miss Duenas
has the right to break your property

and to steal property
that belongs to you.

What they do is they come into
a court and say, you have my money.

The contract was not fulfilled.
I want my money back. That's what you do.

breeding snakes for your store?

it should be a business that you
at least put in the time to learn about,

of a contract that was not fully ex*cuted.

I actually thought when I started the case
that there was an offer, an acceptance.

You perform, paid the money,
