to sitting on this porch

with a nice glass of iced tea all week!

[both barking]

[cackles]

Oh! But it looks like I forgot my tea!

Since you're having so much fun,

I think the river is pushing us!

We're not strong enough to push this,
so we'll need some robo-puppy power!

-Bob's houseboat is floating away!

Bingo: We've got ARF's robo-strength,

so let's get this houseboat
back where it belongs!

All of our puppy power isn't working!

We can't push it, so let's stop it before
it floats any farther away.

[grunts] I'll just drop this heavy anchor
so the boat stays right here.

Bingo: Of course!

An anchor is attached
to a boat by a rope.

When it's dropped to the river bottom,
it's so heavy that it stops the boat.

That means it should stop
a houseboat, too!

Good idea!

Find me something heavy, and I'll make
an anchor out of it!

-Like one of those heavy-lookin' rocks?
-You're right!

with tons of wheels on our way over!

to the houseboat?

Hissy: The rope came loose
from the heavy rock!

Now the houseboat and I
are floating away!

Hissy: [over radio] Also, there are a lot
of big rocks ahead in the water!

-[all gasp]

If the houseboat hits those rocks,
it might break and sink into the river!

Then there won't be a houseboat
for Bob to come back to at all!

We gotta rescue Hissy
and that houseboat!

We tried stopping the houseboat,
but it didn't work. What do we do?

The only way to keep
this houseboat safe

is to steer it
so it doesn't hit any rocks!

Hurry! Here comes a rock!

Ah! Ah! Everybody, push!

All: Whoa!

-Another rock, other side! Other side!
-Bingo: Push!

All: Whoa!

More rocks! More rocks!

-Where?
-Everywhere!

Dogs: Ahhh!

We need to get this houseboat
out of the water, now!

Rolly: That boat ramp should do the trick!
Let's steer it over there!

Bingo: Push!

[all straining]

All: Yay!

I spy with my puppy eye

There are too many things to spy.
My puppy eye can't choose!

Hissy wants a turn!

I'm not playing, Rolly. I was talking
about the picture of gold on that sign.

-Both: Cool!
-Hissy: Yup!

That's gold, a special kind of metal
that people make into jewelry.

It's in mines and streams and rivers
in these parts of the country.

But it can be really hard to find.
That's what makes it so special!

Oooeee! [laughs]
Here we are!

I've been looking forward
to this our whole road trip!

Anybody know
what I'm doin' here?

-Oh, oh, oh! You're looking for gold!
-That's right!

Or as we call it,
prospecting!

And one way to find gold
in streams is panning for it,

like this!

Scoop up mud in a pan,
swirl it, and look for somethin' shiny!

Just finding mud
sounds fun to me!

Wee-hoo! If you're lucky, ya find gold
just like a real prospector!

I'll pass this gold nugget around
so ya know what you're looking for.

I can't believe you can find gold
in the water!

Lasso: You can. Findin' gold is all
about knowin' where to look.

-So, how do we find it, Lasso?

I can smell it! [sniffing]

I don't smell anything,
except wet puppy.

[laughs] You probably can't,
but I can.

[sniffs] I'm specially trained for it.

Cool! What does gold smell like?

It's, well, it's hard to describe.

It's like nothin'
you've ever smelled before.

[sniffing]

-[both sniffing]
-Bingo: Nothin'.

-Nope.
-[gasps]

Hey, Lasso!
Is this gold? Uhh!

[sniffs] No.

Right color, but it smells wrong.

But somethin' smells just right!

By golly, it's here! Gold!

-Uh, where?
-Inside there somewhere! I smell it.

-Just gotta dig a tunnel to get it out.
-Digging, huh?

-It'll take a while. We need shovels, axes
-[rumbling, crashing]

Rolly: Done!

[laughs] Well, I'll be.

Y'all are gonna be a couple
a good old gold-finders.

We've been looking for a long time.
Still no gold.

Huh. I was sure I smelled gold
'round here. Where is it?

Bob'll be so sad if he's the only person
who doesn't find gold!

We can't let that happen!

-[echo]
-[ground rumbling]

Not too loud. You don't want
to start a cave-in.

Sorry, I just get very passionate
when it comes to Bob.

[sniffs] Do you smell that?

That, fellas, is gold!

So sparkly.

So big. Let's get it to Bob!

You know, I bet there's even more sparkly
gold still in there.

-This is enough for Bob.
-Yeah, but I bet he'd like more.

He could hold
one piece in each hand!

And maybe the next piece will be even
bigger and sparklier!

Prospectin' sure is excitin'!

Gold! I got some! I can find it!

-I can smell it! I can feel it! G-g-gold!
-[ground rumbling]

Well, that's not good.

-Lasso: Oh, Rolly!
-I'm comin', brother!

Aaah! Ooh!

On second thought, I think
we do have enough gold.

Bingo: It was enough...
now it's gone!

[gasps] Maybe it rolled away!

No use lookin' for it, boys.
Sure as I'm a dog, it was taken!

That sneaky gold-snatcher
left a feather!

Betcha it belongs to that raven.

Oh, that bird'll take
anything shiny.

And gold is super shiny!
Oh, what are we gonna do?

We'll find that raven
and ask him for our gold back.

-Do you have any idea where he might be?
-Sure do, fellers.

We're goin'
to the watering hole.

-[murmuring]
-[snake hisses]

Excuse us, but we're
from out of town,

and we're looking for a raven Twinkle.

-Have you seen him?
-Yeah.

-You seen him today?
-Nope.

But he comes every afternoon
to drink from the waterin' hole.

You need Twinkle?

-Rolly: Thanks!
-Bingo: Great!

[bee buzzing]

So that just happened.
Silence is hard, Bingo! I'm bored.

We can do something
while we wait.

How about singing? That always makes
the time go faster!

like that right before he blinks.

[chuckles]
