but I'm pretty sure it wasn't my tummy.

You don't want to get your tail feathers wet.
[Loud music blaring]
What on earth? Oh!
[Rattling]
[Thudding]
Chickaletta? Are you okay?
[Clucking]
Thank goodness. Mommy's okay, too, Chickums.
Though... [Grunting] She did get her tail feathers wet.
Just a little more frosting
and this fancy cake will be finished.
Careful. Careful.
- [Loud music sounding] - Whoa, whoa!
Whoa!
[Thudding]
Ooh. It's not going to be easy
to call the PAW Patrol from here.
RYDER: Hmm.
I still can't tell where that strange noise came from.
Me, neither.
Do you think anyone else heard it?
[Phone ringing]
Ryder, the strangest, loudest thing just happened.
What's wrong, Mayor Goodway?
A loud noise
made the Chickaletta statue fall over,
and-- Oops!
And made me fall into a bucket, bottom first.
[Phone ringing]
Oh. Hold on just a second, Mayor Goodway.
Ryder, a loud noise just knocked me off my ladder.
I'm not sure how much longer I can hold on.
RYDER: Don't worry, you two.
No job is too loud. No pup is too small.
PAW Patrol, to the Lookout.
PUPS: Ryder needs us!
- [Loud music sounding] - Whoa!
- Marshall! - Look out.
[Shouting] Oof.
Sounds like we have a job to do.
[Everyone laughing]
[Elevator bell dinging]
PAW Patrol ready for action, Ryder, sir.
[Loud music sounding]
What?
I said PAW Patrol, ready for action...
Oh. [Chuckling]
...Ryder, sir.
Thanks for speaking up, pup. [Chuckling]
A loud noise is causing trouble all over town.
[Shouting]
But before we find out what's making it,
we need to get Mayor Goodway out of a bucket
and keep Mr. Porter from falling on a cake.
[Shouting]
A cake emergency?
Mmm. My favorite.
So, for this mission, I'll need Rubble.
You'll use your crane to pick up the Chickaletta statue
and pull the bucket off of Mayor Goodway.
Rubble on the double.
And Chase.
You'll use your net to catch Mr. Porter
so he doesn't fall on his fancy cake.
Chase is on the case.
All right. PAW Patrol is on a roll!
[Barking, howling]

I see someone who needs a little pick-me-up.
[Giggling, barking] Crane.
Now, it's your turn. Hold still.
[Shouting]

Now, let's finish cleaning that statue.
[Siren wailing distantly]
[Whimpering]
- Mr. Porter! - Are you okay?
I'm hanging in there.
- [Loud music sounding] - [Shouting]
Well, I was hanging in there.
[Shouting]
Save the cake!
[Gasping]
[Barking] Net.
Gah!
Ah.
Phew. Thanks for the rescue.
It was a piece of cake.
Did someone say "cake"?
Thanks for the cake, Mr. Porter.
RYDER: Great work so far, pups.
But we still need to figure out what keeps making that noise.
Maybe it stopped?
- [Loud music sounding] - [Shouting]
Oh. Maybe not.
Hmm.
It sounds like it's coming from Foggy Bottom.
Then let's go see and hear what's going on.
[Engines revving]
So, what do you think is making that noise?
A monster? A robot?
A monster robot?
CHASE: Rubble,
there's no such thing as monster robots.
[Loud music sounding]
Uh, on second thought--
[In metalhead voice] Hello, Foggy Bottom!
Mayor Humdinger? Is that you?
Oh, it's not just me. It's my whole band.
Hummy and the Dingers.
[Playing heavy rock]
[Meowing]
ALL: Whoa! Oof.
Thank you all for attending my rock show.
But couldn't you have brought a few more people?
You three aren't exactly the adoring crowd I was expecting.
Well, I guess we know what's making that loud noise.
Mayor Humdinger, why are you playing so loud?
Isn't it obvious?
The louder I play, the more people will hear
and want to come to Fogstock.
Fogstock?
That's the name of my concert.
It's my latest and loudest idea
to get people to visit Foggy Bottom.
[Crickets chirping, owl hooting]
For some reason, Town Hole
isn't the tourist trap it used to be.
You've got to stop the show.
Your loud noise is echoing all through Adventure Bay.
[Cackling]
That means my plan is working.
Okay, Hummy and the Dingers.
Let's rock!
- [Amp feeding back] - Ugh!

They're playing so loud
it's shaking the ground.
[Ground cracking]
And it's making Town Hole get bigger.
If the hole gets too big,
the stage and the band could fall in.
Mayor Humdinger!
Please stop playing!
[Playing speedy guitar riff]

Cheers from my adoring audience.
Now, was that so hard?
Gah.
Whoa!
- Oh, no. The stage! - It's falling.
Oh, we didn't rehearse for an emergency like this.
Okay. So, we didn't rehearse at all.
But that's not the point.
Quick, Chase. Grab the stage with your winch.
On it, Ryder.
[Kitties meowing]
[Barking] Winch.
[Yowling]
I'm trying to pull the stage, but it's pulling me.
I got you, Chase.
That's nice, but who's got me?
Huh?
[Yowling]
[Amp feeding back]
Skye, we need air support, fast.
This puppy's got to fly.
Don't worry, kitties.
I'll play another solo so they know we're down here.
- [Meowing] - One, two, three, four.
[Playing speedy guitar riff]
Whoa!
On second thought, maybe it's time for intermission.
[Whining]
[Skye barking]
Harness!
Uh-oh.
[Screaming]
Whew.
- Yeah. - Go, Skye!
You rock.
Oh. So, now you're cheering?
[Meowing]
You're welcome, kitties.
Whenever your music gets too loud,
just yelp for help...
And headphones.
What am I supposed to do with these?
You can plug them into your guitar.
That way, you get all the music...
...and we get less of the noise.
Ha. The noise is the whole point.
Now, if you'll excuse us, Hummy and the Dingers
have a very loud concert to do.
- Ooh! - [Electricity crackling]
On second thought...
...come along, Dingers.
[Playing power chord] Ooh!
That is loud.
[Everyone laughing]
FRANCOIS: A little to the left.
Now, a little to the right.
Ah, magnifique.
Whew. Is this the last tree?
Not even close.
Ah, but do not worry.
When you are done setting the stage,
you can stay for the premiere of my new play,
"Moi, Francois."
It is a true story, all about the explorer extraordinaire,
moi, Francois.
I got the balloons you wanted, Francois.
And there's more in my recycling truck
if you need them.
Thank you, Rocky. [Chuckling] Oops.
But I do not need these until the end of my play.
The last scene has a balloon adventure
that will blow away the audience.
The first scene takes place deep in the forest,
in an even deeper ravine,
where I once bravely helped a mountain lion
scratch an itch it could not reach.
Ah.
Here come my mountain lions now.
Ugh. This costume is giving me an itch I can't reach.
Ooh. Wait. Ah. I got it.
- [Howling] - FRANCOIS: Uh-uh-uh.
Remember, you are a mountain lion.
Oh, right.
[Roaring]
- [Everyone laughing] - Much better.
Oh. That reminds me.
I left the back scratcher prop
in the tour bus.
Allow me to get it so the lions can rehearse.
Now, where is it?
I know that back scratcher
is in here somewhere.
[Accordion playing discordant notes]
[Engine revving, tires squealing]
Sounds like Rocky is really hammering the stage.
Keep up the good work out there.
At last!
I have found it.
Okay, actors.
Places, please.
[Gasping]
Rocky, this is incroyable.
The forest looks so life-like.
And Chase, Marshall, your costumes look better, too.
[Growling]
ROCKY: There.
The stage is set.
What do you think, Francois?
Francois?
The tour bus is gone.
And so is Francois.
We'd better call him.
Hello, Ryder and--
Marshall? Chase?
How can you be there if you are also here?
[Snarling]
RYDER: Uh-oh, Francois.
You're not on stage.
You're stuck in a real ravine,
and those are real mountain lions!
They are?
[Snarling]
[Screaming] They are!
- [Shouting] - [Roaring]
Help me, PAW Patrol!
We're on our way, Francois.
No actor is too mixed up. No pup is too small.
PAW Patrol, to the Lookout.
PUPS: Ryder needs us!
[Howling]
[Howling continues]
These costumes sure are itchy.
- Whoa! - Oof.
Look out.
- Whoa! - Ugh.
Oof.
I don't know about you,
but I am itching to get out of this costume.
[Everyone laughing]
[Elevator bell dinging]
PAW Patrol ready for action, Ryder, sir.
Thanks for hurrying, pups. The tour bus for Francois' play
rolled into a ravine with some actual mountain lions.
- [Snarling] - [Shouting]
We've got to rescue Francois
and get him back on stage in time for his show.
So, for this mission, I'll need Rocky.
Since Francois can't drive out of that ravine,
I need you to float the tour bus out
with the balloons in your truck.
Green means go.
And Chase, I need you to use your ball launcher
to distract the mountain lions while Rocky works.
Chase is on the case.
All right. PAW Patrol is on a roll!
[Barking, howling]

Now, before we get any closer,
we need to get those mountain lions away from there.
[Snarling]
Leave it to me, Ryder.
[Barking] Ball launcher.
[Growling]
RYDER: Good work, Chase.
Well, cats will be cats.
RYDER: Yeah.
Even when they're mountain lions.
[Both laughing]
- RYDER: Francois? - CHASE: You can come out now.
- ROCKY: They're gone. - They are?
[Gasping] They are!
Oh. Thank you for saving moi, Francois.
But what about my play, "Moi, Francois"?
The show can't go on with my bus stuck in a ravine.
Don't worry, Francois. Rocky has a great plan.
And a lot of balloons. Whoa!
Hold on, Rocky!
Okay. This last balloon should do it.
FRANCOIS: Voila.
The plan is working.
It is working, non?
[Laughing] Yes, it's working.
Chase is going to make sure
the bus floats all the way over here,
so when Rocky pops the balloons,
you'll be able to drive it back home.
But we have to be very careful.
One mistake, and the tour bus could float away.
[Snarling]
- Oh, no! - They're back.
Uh-oh.
[Gasping] My winch!
Whoa, whoa, whoa! Whoa.
Whoa!
[Barking] Net.
Whew! Nice catch, Chase.
[Lions snarling]
Come out of there!
Francois, careful.
Whoa!
You do not belong in my tour bus,
or in the dramatic arts.
- [Siren wailing] - Francois!
ROCKY: He's floating away.
It looks like the wind's blowing him back to Adventure Bay.
Come on.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Look, Chickums.
It says here Francois is the writer, director,
and star of this play.
Oh, is there anything he can't do?
Well, he can't perform a play
with particularly precise punctuality.
This show should have started five minutes ago.
[Francois grunting]
I should be on that stage, not a hundred feet above it.
Huh?
- [Cawing] - [Balloons popping]
Shoo. Shoo!
If you make my bus land now, these ferocious mountain lions
will get loose on stage, and they've barely rehearsed.
[Snarling]
We can't let the tour bus land,
or the mountain lions might get out.
I have an idea.
Zuma, meet us
at the amphitheater with your hovercraft.
I'm on my way.
[Shouting]
I guess it's show time.
ZUMA: Let's dive in.
[Applauding]
What a surprise.
I didn't know Zuma was in this play.
Zuma's here?
Enfin! Things are looking up.
[Snarling]
[Gasping] Did I say "looking up"?
I meant going down. Whoa!
- Zuma? - I see him.
[Barking] Buoy.
[Screaming] Oof!
- [Cheering and applause] - Woo-hoo! Yeah.
[Cheering and applause]
Egads! What an exciting entrance.
Great work, Zuma.
Now, you need to stop the bus from landing.
No problem, Ryder, dude.
[Barking] Fans.
[Crowd gasping in awe]
Woo-hoo!
- All right. - Bravo!
[Growling]
Ooh. The story may be hard to follow,
but those mountain lion costumes are amazing.
Ah. Merci, merci.
You have been a wonderful audience.
But this play is now over.
[Crowd murmuring, chattering]
And merci to you, PAW Patrol.
You saved "Moi, Francois."
And you saved moi, Francois. [Chuckling]
You're welcome.

Okay, pups. The audience is gone.
Let's bring the bus down
and get the mountain lions back where they belong.
ZUMA: You got it, Ryder.
- [Snarling] - Here, kitty-kitties.

[Snarling]
Well, same time tomorrow for rehearsal, hmm?

We must practice before this show goes on the road.
