-[Wes] This is the true story...
-[Lacey] Yee-haw!

-[Lacey] ...of seven strangers...
-[Rachel] ...picked to live in a house...

[Nehemiah] ...work together,
and have their lives taped...

[Johanna] ...to find out what happens...

-[Danny] ...when people stop being polite...
-Shut up.

-[Melinda] ...and start getting real.

[Danny] The situation with Mel
is scaring me so much,

because it's so fast.

I feel like I don't know
anything about her

and yet, I feel like I'm married out here.

[Melinda] "Take along some water
and a sandwich to walk through

and enjoy the great vastness
of Texas Hill Country." [chuckles]

So, we want to do overnight campouts.

-Roundup? Hay rides?
-Okay.

I have never been to a ranch before.

The only kind of places
similar to that I've been are dairy farms.

So, I'm really excited.

I was doing some research,

and we're going to go camping
this weekend on a ranch.

Why are you laughing at me?
Aren't you excited about going camping?

-[Danny] Let me see.
-You're all wet.

-[Danny] How do you know this?
-I did some research.

[Danny] I found somebody I really do like.

At the same time, I don't want to miss out
on experiences because of that.

-Don't want to go camping?
-Ranchero Rancho Cortez.

You're not fun.

-[Danny] I am fun.
-[Melinda] No, you're not.

I'm at The Drink with Wren
and I'm giving her a lot of attention.

I get away from her for five seconds,
and I run into another girl.

She asked to buy me a shot.
We go to the bar.

As she's buying me a shot,
she leans over and kisses me.

-Something really bad just happened.
-[Danny] What?

Wren just saw me kissing
that girl from Missouri.

The facial expression
that she's having is not a good one.

-That girl's not even good-looking, dude.
-I know, dude, I know. She kissed me.

It wasn't even tongue.

It was just "Thanks for the shot."
And went in for the [bleep] kiss.

[Danny]
I don't know what that boy's doing.

[chuckles] Smarten up, dude.
It's, like, you... you're making out

with a girl in front of the girl you like.
You just do not do that.

[Melinda]

If Danny kisses another girl or wants
the lifestyle of Nehemiah and Wes,

I'm done. I'm not going to wait around.

How are you going to let Wren
see you like that, dude?

I... She... she did it to me.

I bought her a shot
and she literally went, like,

"Oh, thanks for the shot."

-[Lindsey yelps]
-Like that.

That's how she went. I swear to God.

[Wren]

[Wren]

Okay.

What?

Wren tries to tell me
that she doesn't care.

It's not a big deal,
but I can see it in her eyes

that she does care.

Hey, listen to me.
Here's to not being b*tches

the rest of the way
through the trip, dude.

Let's have a good time, be boys.

Get up there.

[intense music playing]

Oh, look at that!

You messed that thing up!

Look it... you looked kind of
tough doing that, dude.

[bicycle creaks]

I think me and you should go out
by ourselves one night, without Wren,

'cause you haven't done that yet
and I haven't done that yet.

Every night, Wren meets you,

and every night,
Mel lives with me, so she follows us.

I think we should go out by ourselves,
do our own thing, and see what's up.

-Why?
-[Danny] After that night,

whatever happens, happens,
and that's what's going to tell us

whether or not we should be...
'Cause if you stop yourself

from hooking up with a girl,
then you should be with Wren, right now.

But if you don't, then you shouldn't be.

-Oh, yeah.
-Same thing with me.

[Wes] I don't live with Wren!
You live with Mel!

[Danny] I don't care.
I'm sick of that [bleep].

I'm sick of playing husband to Mel.

Well, what the [bleep]? Dude.

[laughs]

-[Melinda chuckling] Oh.
-[Danny] Pants almost fell down.

-[Melinda] Oh. Hey.
-[Danny] Yes, babe?

[Melinda]
If you kiss another girl, I'm done.

[slow music playing]

[chuckles]

You're like, "That's not what I thought
you were going to say."

-No, it wasn't. No.
-[Melinda] No.

-Because of Wes. Because of Wes.
-No.

I don't think
that any guy should treat any girl

as if they're just...
there for the moment,

and you don't care
what happens to them in the long run.

[Melinda]

-No, I'm... no, no.
-[Melinda] Hey.

I'm going to chill out,
drink, and have pizza.

I don't want to hear that right now.

-Hey, Joey!
-Hi.

I'm hung over. I want to sleep.

[Danny] Can't the girls just go camping
and we'll stay here.

I'm really excited.

I think that this weekend
can either be really, really fun,

or else it's going to be really bad.

[Danny] And we're off.

[Wes] I don't want to sit
in a car with all of these people.

I don't want to sit around a campfire.

I don't want to get on a horse
and ride it around.

but it's kind of like riding a bike.
