And I'm wearing a chef's hat,
so I can pretend to make dinner.

Do you wanna help me?

Let's pretend to make mashed potatoes.

First, we have to mash.

Okay. Now, we have to stir.

Stir this smoothly for me, like this.

of one of my favorite meals.

I'm gonna put this right here.

Our string is starting
to look like tasty noodles.

But it's just pretend noodles. [chuckles]

Oh, I think our noodles
need something else.

Let's add a bit of sauce, shall we?

It's not really sauce, it's red paint.

Our magnificent meal masterpiece
is starting to come together,

but I think we need some…

Meatballs. [giggles]

Okay, we are going to figure out
when we should use the fork or spoon.

Mmm. [gasps] Ooh.

This soup looks delicious.

To eat the soup,
should I use a fork or a spoon?

Hmm. Let's try to eat
our soup with the fork.

Oh, no. The fork isn't working.

The soup is going right through it.

That means…

We should use the spoon.

Ooh, the spoon was able
to scoop up the soup.

But I have to hold it very still
or it could spill. Hmm.

[smacks lips] That's good soup. [giggles]

Now let's have a bite of these
yummy-looking green beans. [giggles]

To eat these green beans,
should I use the fork or a spoon?

Let's try using a spoon.

[yelps]

won't stay on the spoon. [giggles]

Let's try the fork.

[gasps] Ah!

The green beans are staying on the fork.

Now I can take a bite.

Mmm. [chuckles]

Okay. Our last food is applesauce.

My favorite. [laughs]

Now, which one do you think we should use?

The fork or the spoon?

Yeah, the spoon.

Applesauce is very squishy. [laughs]

So we need the spoon
to help us scoop it up.

Let's try it together. Scoop.

[laughs]

Mmm. So yummy. [laughs]

That was a lot of fun and delicious.

and move along with me?

All right, let's pretend like
it's almost time to eat our meals.

The Movement Melon is gonna tell us
when it's time to have our meals,

which means we'll sit down
and keep our bodies still.

But when the Movement Melon
tells us mealtime is over,

it means it's time to stand up
and start moving again.

Time to sit down

but sometimes it's nice to sit down
and keep our bodies still,

especially when we eat our meals.

This story is called,
"Boba Bear Eats Dinner."

"Boba Bear was so excited.

It's almost dinnertime,

-and he was very hungry."
-[stomach rumbling]

Yeah.

[Ms. Appleberry] "First,
Boba washes his paws

with soap and water.

Now it's time to sit and eat.

Hmm. Noodles and peas, Boba's favorite."

Wow.

[Ms. Appleberry] "Boba uses his spoon
to scoop up the peas,

and his fork to get some
of the buttery noodles.

Slurp.

Splat!

Uh-oh.

Boba spilled, but it's okay.

Boba uses his napkin to clean it up.

There, that's better.

Boba's all clean and ready to try again."

Yeah.

[Ms. Appleberry]
"Boba's all done with dinner.

It got a little messy,
but it was still yummy." [chuckles]

What a great story.

-Those pictures made me hungry. [chuckles]

Jellybean, should we go get a snack?

-Yeah!

When I learn about a new food,
