of Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory,
Charlie finishes the tour
as one of you is about to do.
Charlie was leaving with nothing
but an Everlasting Gobstopper
that he could sell to Slugworth
for a lot of money.
That's his only way
of leaving with something.
[music intensifies]
Instead of doing that,
he risked leaving with absolutely nothing
to give back the Gobstopper
and be an objectively good person.
So from each of you,
I need one example
how in your time here in this tour,
you risked the three million dollars
to do the right thing.
[dramatic sting]
[Taylor] Well, I really don't wanna
bring up this example, but…
One of the final challenges we had,
we each were given
the option to take coins.
But it may put the other competitors
at a disadvantage.
I decided not to take any coins
because I didn't think that it was right
to put the others into a disadvantage.
Gabrielle, on the other hand,
decided to take all the coins to herself
and not give it an even playing field.
So I actually did think to myself,
did I just risk my chance
at this three million dollars?
-So there's my answer.
-Gabrielle.
Honestly, this is the first one
that comes to mind,
and some people
may not agree with it fully.
But during the Free Bees Challenge,
Sasha and I decided that we would
both risk ourselves for elimination.
-You guys trust us? We'll get you out.
-[Sasha] Yes.
I trust you guys.
[chuckles] I'm trusting you.
We're strong men.
[Gabrielle and Sasha chuckle]
We relied on people to get us out.
That didn't mean they had to.
That was a basis of trust.
But at the same time,
that's putting ourselves in a situation
where both of our opportunities
to get something out of this experience,
whether it was the money
or just continuing on, was gone.

And that was
a really scary feeling for me.
And I know all of you guys have felt that.
And I sympathize with you
because it's not easy,
and it can get ripped away
in the split of a second.

Um, so, Gab, if you had to go back
and change one decision,
what would it be and why?
[Gabrielle] Well, I did hold a grudge
after the Free Bees Challenge.
And I do think
on a personal relationship level,
you, me, and Sasha did get close
throughout this experience.
And I feel like it was tainted a bit
by the way that I handled things
after that challenge,
which wasn't okay.
So, I do apologize.
It was a team game.
It was a decision I made to put myself
in a spot that could be terminated.
And it was unfair of me to bring you down
in any way and bring our team down.

It was team challenge that we did lose.

being very strong.

and did something completely different

Um, we had had that conversation
the night prior.

I had a stronger connection
