Okay, Waldo, are you ready
to decorate the tree? Waldo?

Waldo? Where's Waldo?

Right here, Wenda.

Presenting the Wanderer
Christmas Tree Decoratoranator.

I built it to help
decorate the tree.

I always build an invention
on Christmas.

It's a tradition.

What do you say we give
this Decoratoranator a turn

so we can get this tree
decorated for Wizard Whitebeard?

Let's do it.

[engine puttering]

And look at all these
amazing ornaments

Wizard Whitebeard's collected
from all over the world.

Like this troll ornament
from Iceland

for the Yule Lads who bring
gifts to children

Whoa!

And this one from Argentina.

The boots of Father Christmas.

And this stick and ball
is from Ethiopia,

where they play a field
hockeylike game, called genna,

on Christmas Day.

Whoa!

So many cool customs
and traditions.

And this one's from

Wait a second.

This isn't an ornament.

It's Mr. Wumples.
[squeaks]

And a squeak, squeak

I mean, Merry Christmas to you,
too, Mr. Wumples.

[squeaking]

All that's left

is for you to put
the star on top.

Hold on to your stripes,
Waldo.

I'm on it.

[grunts]

Finished.
[barks]

Nobody tops a tree like you,
Wenda.

[Whitebeard]
Waldo! Wenda!

I have the milk
and cookies for Santa.

And the carrots
for his reindeer.

[laughs]

[watch chimes]
Wonders!

Look at the time.

Santa's sleigh
will be arriving soon.

But make sure to be back
at the HQ

bright and early in the morning
for our Wanderers gift exchange,

and to see what Santa
has brought us.

Will do, Wizard Whitebeard.

Merry Christmas.

And a very Merry Christmas
to you, Waldo and Wenda.

[both laughing]

[rooster cawing]

[both]
Merry Christmas!

Huh. I guess we're
a little early.

Well, then I'll just get started
gathering up the presents

for the gift exchange.

Great thinking, Wenda.
I'll get the stockings.

Uh, Waldo,
where are the presents?

That's weird.
The stockings are empty too.

And look.

Santa's milk and cookies.

They haven't been eaten.

No presents?
Empty stockings?

And uneaten milk and cookies?

This can mean only one thing,
Wenda.

Santa never came
to Wanderers HQ.

But why? It's not like
we've been naughty.

[laughs]
Merry Christmas, Wanderers.

Let's start handing out
those presents...

Wonders! Where are the presents?

The stockings, empty!

But we made extra certain

that they were hung
by the chimney with care.

What has happened
to our Christmas, Wanderers?

It's a WanderPost.

And here's another.

And another. And another.

And another.
And another.

Something is very wrong.

Wonders! I should say so.

Look at all of these.

They're from fellow Wanderers
around the world.

It appears all the world's
winter holidays and traditions

never happened.

Christmas never happened.

[howls]

But how is that possible?

Wait. Everyone, look.

[Whitebeard]
Wonders!

Odlulu and Fritz.

That's how
it's possible.

But why would Odlulu and Fritz
want to ruin the holidays?

Well, it's too late
to find out.

The holidays
are already ruined.

No! There might still
be a way.

What do you mean,
Wizard Whitebeard?

Christmas morning has already
come and gone.

Or has it?

Follow me. Shh.

Huh!
[clocks ticking]

[gasps]
Wanderers!

Behold the most special
and most powerful magic key

in my entire magic key
collection:

the TickTock Key.

This key is able to take you
forward and backward in time.

But once the sands
of its hourglass run out,

it will no longer work.

So go back in time

to these worldly holiday
traditions, Wanderers,

and save them
before Odlulu ruins Christmas.

But where do we start,
Wizard Whitebeard?

For that, young wanderers,
let us ask the WanderGlobe.

By stripe'd staff
and white of beard,

I summon magic
wild and weird.

Spin, oh, magic globe,

to show where these Wanderers
will go.

[Waldo]
Germany.

The city of Munich,
to be exact.

And the wonderful German holiday
tradition of St. Nicholas Day.

Okay, Wenda, it looks like
it's time for us

to wander back in time.

And save Christmas.

Starting with
St. Nicholas Day.

Ready.
[Wenda] Set.

[both]
Wander!

Well, Wenda, say hello,
or guten Tag,

to Munich, Germany.

Guten Tag.

Excuse me,
what day is it today?

Why, it's St. Nicholas Day,
of course.

Ha! Waldo, it worked.

Wow, we really traveled
back in time.

Now all we need to do
is find Odlulu

and stop her before
she ruins the holiday.

Maybe we can ask someone
if they've seen a girl

in yellow and black stripes.

And a superhungry ferret.

Huh, I wonder
what's going on?

Hi. I'm Waldo.
And this is Wenda.

And we were wondering
if you might have seen

Ah! Your shoes!

Quick, take them off.
He'll be here any minute.

Hm?

"He" who?

St. Nicholas, of course.

On St. Nicholas Day,

we put our shoes
outside our houses

so St. Nicholas will come
and fill them with goodies,

usually candies
and treats.

It's my favorite
holiday tradition.

That sounds like fun, but

Quickly, we need to get inside
or St. Nicholas won't come.

Sorry for rushing you inside
like that, friends.

My name is Stefan.

I was just worried that if
St. Nicholas saw us out there,

he wouldn't bring us
any treats.

Well, that's why we're here,
Stefan.

Actually, you didn't
happen to

[loud bang]
What's that?

Ha! St. Nicholas!
He's here!

I can't wait to see
what he's brought me.

Black forest cake?

Waldo, look.

You're welcome, everyone.

Happy St. Nicholas Day.

Yeah! Happy St. Nicholas Day!

Ugh, why would St. Nicholas
have done this, Waldo and Wenda?

I was really good
this year.

We all were.

St. Nicholas didn't do this,
Stefan.

It was Odlulu.

St. Odlulu?

Well, not quite.

It's a long story.

But we can still catch her
and make things right.

Uh, Waldo...

Oh, right. That.

Well, maybe St. Nicholas Day
isn't ruined yet.

But if we don't have our shoes
outside our houses,

then St. Nicholas
won't fill them with treats.

And we certainly
can't leave our shoes outside

filled with mushy cake,
Waldo.

Waldo? Where's Waldo?

[whinnies]

[Waldo]
Over here, everyone.

Introducing the Waldo

St. Nicholas Day
Shoe CleanAnator.

Perfect for ridding
your shoes of mushy cake.

Wow! A CleanAnator.

Come on, everyone.
Bring your shoes.

[all]
Yay!

Thank you,
Waldo and Wenda.

Have a happy
St. Nicholas Day, Stefan.

We might have solved
one holiday mess,

but we need to stop Odlulu
before she causes another.

Well, where to next,
Waldo?

San Fernando,
Philippines.

Ready.
Set.

[both]
Wander!

[both laugh]

Well, Wenda,

welcome to the Ligligan Parul,

or the Giant Lantern Festival.

Wow. They're beautiful.

What a great
holiday tradition.

It sure is, Wenda.

Every year, neighborhoods
in the city compete

to see who has the biggest
and best lantern

in celebration of the beginning
of the Christmas season.

Waldo, the TickTock Key.

[Waldo]
Oh, no.

The sand is running out.

We need to find Odlulu fast,

or we might not have
enough magic

to save Christmas
everywhere.

But where is she?
[Odlulu] Watch out, everyone!

Runaway lantern!

Waldo, I think we might
have found her.

Come on, Fritz,
we have to catch that lantern.

Odlulu, stop!

[all]
Whoa!

Some puto bumbong
for your dog?

He's not a dog,
he's a ferret.

[laughs]

[woman]
That giant lantern

is going to destroy
the festival.

I'm on it.

[grunts]

Ah!
[squawks]

[grumbles]

Ugh, foiled by my own
giant head.

Odlulu, why are you
ruining holiday traditions

all over the world?

Ruining?

I'm trying to make
them better.

By putting cake
in kids' shoes?

Who doesn't love cake?
Or a giant Odlulu head lantern?

Hey, why wouldn't
my giant glowing head

make any party better?

Well, I was just trying
to get off the naughty list.

[both]
The naughty list?

Yeah. I found out
I was on the naughty list,

and I figured if I did
some good stuff,

then Santa would notice
and take me off.

Oh, Odlulu.

Now, if you wouldn't mind,

I have a naughty list
to get off of.

Odlulu, listen to us.

We've seen the future.

And even though you're trying
to do good things,

you're accidentally
ruining Christmas.

Ruin Christmas?

[laughs]
That's a good one, Waldo.

Yeah. Good one, Waldo.

[laughs]

Well, if you don't believe us,

then we'll just
have to show you.

[all grunt]

What just happened?
What kind of key was that?

Where are we?

Odlulu, I don't feel so good.

We're at Worldwide Wanderers HQ.
Christmas morning.

You mean,
we're in the future?

[groans]

Exactly.
Now look what happens

because of all of your
good deeds.

[both]
Merry Christmas!

Huh?

Huh. I guess
we're a little early.

Well, then I'll just
get started

gathering up the presents
for the gift exchange.

Great thinking, Wenda.
I'll get the stockings.

Uh, Waldo,
where are the presents?

No presents?

And none of the other
Christmas traditions

around the world
happened either.

I didn't mean to ruin

the holidays for everyone,
Wanderers.

I just wanted
to do some good things

so I could get off
the naughty list.

That's all.

[Whitebeard]
Wonders! Where are the presents?

But it's still not too late
to fix things.

What do you mean?

There's still enough sand
in the TickTock Key

to go back in time

and fix the rest of the holiday
traditions you messed up.

But it's not
going to be easy.

If the sand runs out,
the magic goes away

and Christmas will be ruined
for good.

Well, then we'd better
get a move on.

Save Christmas!

Snow in Australia?

Who wouldn't want
a white Christmas?

[all cheer]

A massive, unbreakable piñata?

How was I supposed to know
it wouldn't break?

[children laughing]

A giant rolling fruitcake?
I'm on it.

[grunts]

It's a shame we don't have
any dessert.

Merry Christmas.

Oh, how delightful.

Yeah, not really sure
what I was trying to do there.

[grunts]

Okay, that's it.

All the holiday traditions
have been saved.

Now to return
to Christmas morning

and celebrate just like we were
supposed to do all along.

Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas!

Well, everyone,
welcome to Christmas morning.

[smacking lips]

Christmas cookies.

Wait, Fritz, where did you
get that cookie?

Santa's cookies and milk.

They haven't been touched.

And there aren't any presents
under the tree.

The stockings are empty too?

Haha! Merry Christmas,
Wanderers.

Let's start handing out those...

Odlulu? And the ferret?

[titters]

Well, the more the merrier.

It is Christmas,
after all.

I'm sure we have enough
presents for

Wonders!

Where are the presents?

And, Waldo, why do you have
the TickTock Key?

It's a long story.

I don't get it.

We fixed all the holiday messes,
but still Santa never came.

It doesn't make sense.

Uh, Waldo, Wenda,

I think I might know
why Santa didn't come.

[both] You do?
Yeah.

There might be one small thing
I forgot to mention

about how I got
from place to place.

Hm?
[chuckles]

You're going to laugh...

but I kind of sort of

might have borrowed
Santa's sleigh

to get around the world.

You took Santa's sleigh?

Borrowed.

Well, where did you
leave it?

Wonders!

Oh, this isn't good.

That's why Christmas
never came.

Santa doesn't have
his sleigh.

What? It's not like I have
a magic suitcase

to travel around in.

There's only a small amount of
sand left in the TickTock Key,

but we have to go back in time
again to Christmas Eve

and get Santa's sleigh
back to the North Pole.

Right you are, Wanderers.

Christmas depends on it.

Okay, it's time to ready,
set, wander into the past.

Again.
[chuckles]

Okay, Merry, time to get
Santa's sleigh ready for...

[gasps]
Tinsel...

where's Santa's sleigh?

I don't know, Merry.

But weren't you
on watch duty?

I was on wash duty.

And when I left,

it was glistening
like a Christmas ham.

I even put an extra coat
of Jingle Wax on it.

Then who was on
watch duty?

Me.

Snowloaf?
Snowloaf?

And I've been watching
everything.

The beautiful lights,

all of the wonderful toys
being made.

Oh, and Mrs. Claus's
marshmallowtopped hot cocoa

cooling in the kitchen window.

[sighs]

Don't you just love
Christmas Eve?

Note to elf.

Never put Snowloaf
on watch duty.

Well, what do we do now?

What do we tell Santa?

Hold on, little girls
and boys.

Santa's coming
with all the toys.

We're so sorry, Santa.

But your sleigh...

Looks absolutely magical.

It does?

There's Santa's sleigh.

I can't believe
you didn't see it.

Oh, it's just magical.

I love Christmas.

h*, h*, h*!

to deliver,

and we'll need
all the help we can get.

Okay, everyone,

we better get going
before we're spotted.

Look who's here, Santa!

More candy canestriped

I don't remember any
striped elves in the workshop.

Right.

We're not actually elves,

We're Wanderers.

so you can get going,
