28x41 - Episode 41

Post by bunniefuu »

This season, we travel through history.

Our 1,000th episode made history.

And tonight, either Taylor,
Drew, or Devins will go down

in history when one of them
is crowned the winner of BB28.

Welcome to the live season finale of Big
Brother.

Previously on Big Brother... Drew had
the sole power to evict one of the icons.

I will take you to that final.

And I, like, completely believe that.

I vote to evict D.

You are the winner of the three quarters
of a million dollars grand prize.

Plus, the pre-jurors are back.

Then, we reveal who you voted as America's
favorite house guest.

All this right now, live on the season
finale of Big Brother.

Woo!

There we go.

Good evening, I'm Julie Chen Moonves.

Welcome to the live season finale of Big
Brother.

It's day 87 inside the Big Brother house,
and tonight, after 54 competitions,

a pharaoh's curse, and the removal of a

Big Brother icon by a velociraptor,
only three house guests remain.

Soon, either Taylor, Drew, or
Devins will emerge victorious

in the final three-part Head
of Household competition.

That HOH will not only guarantee
themselves a spot in the final two,

but he or she will choose who
they want to face off against

when the jury comes together
live to vote for the winner.

So, who will become the final and most
powerful HOH of the season?

Who will they evict?

And who will emerge from
the game after 87 days as the

winner of Big Brother and
the $750,000 grand prize?

We'll all find out live tonight.

But first, when we last left the final
three, they had just traveled back to the

time of ...for a shocking part one of the
final Head of Household competition.

The rain is pouring, the lightning is
going, the log is moving, and I am freezing.

But I have to win this HOH.

The fact that Drew
just cut D tells me that

he wants to take Devin's to the final two.

And Devin's just told all of America Drew,
I will take you to the final two.

It feels like 2v1 right now, so I can't
count on anyone but myself.

Ugh.

I made a deal with Drew that I would throw
him part one of this HOH.

You drop and let me have that first part.

The second Taylor drops?

Yeah.

And then I want to win part two so that
Drew and I face off in part three.

So all Drew and I have to do is outlast
Taylor.

Devins and I have promised each other that
we're taking each other to Final Two,

but I know the one way I definitely can
win this game is if I cut him at Final

Three and take Taylor to the end.

It would be really hard
for me to do, but I know a

move that big would be
hard for the jury to ignore.

But in order to make that happen,
I need to win the first part of this HOH.

Oh, no.

The log changes speed and direction
randomly.

And that makes it really
important to maintain my

balance because one slip-up
could mean the end for me.

I'm

up to this kite and walking on this log.

Oh, it hurts.

It's making my lower back ache so bad.

I'm pushing 30.

Aah!

You start getting these random shocks.

Aah!

They're agitating, and it's making me so
mad.

I don't know when the lightning's about to
hit, but when it does, it shocks you.

And by that I mean, it surprises you.

Like, you don't know what's coming.

I know I'm in danger because I'm not
centered on the top of this log.

I'm using every bit of strength I have to
pull myself up and regain my footing.

But I just gotta hang on longer than
Taylor.

You're looking at the mayor of Choke City.

I had this thing all laid out.

Devins was gonna throw the first part.

I was gonna go straight to part three.

Instead, I'm the first person to fall.

This is so frustrating.

Now I really need Devin's to win this so I
can win the next one.

Drew, are you kidding me?

Now it's up to me to beat Taylor.

I am not going to lose this.

I have $750,000 worth of motivation.

I am locked in.

Come on, Taylor.

Come on, Taylor.

Let's go, baby girl.

It's me and Devin's left and I know Devin's
is doing it for his two kids at home.

However, I have 400.

My scholars mean the world to me and this
is so I can show them that they can.

If Taylor wins this, I think I'm screwed
and I'm talking to myself saying,

if you win now, you don't have anything to
worry about until finale night.

You are so close to the $750,000 prize.

This is the most important thing you've
ever done.

God!

Oh my God!

Oh my God!

Drew and Devin definitely underestimated
me, but I showed them.

And now I can get my mind right on part
three and focus on winning the $750,000.

Dude, big congrats.

Another huge win.

Really good.

Whoa, whoa.

Taylor winning was not the plan.

Now I need to face off against Drew in
part two of this final HOH competition,

and I have to beat him.

This is not the outcome I was hoping for,
but I gotta give Taylor props.

She absolutely crushed this, so now me and
Devin's.

We gotta Duke this thing out in part two,
and may the best father or son win.

Shock and roll it out!

So, Taylor has claimed victory in Part 1
of the final HOH competition.

That means Drew and Devins will go
head-to-head in Part 2.

The winner will face off against Taylor
live later tonight, and one of them will

become the final and most powerful HOH of
the season.

Then, Big Brother Season 26 winner Chelsea
sits down with a jury

Welcome back to the live season finale of
Big Brother.

Taylor has already won part one of the
final Head of Household competition.

Now Drew and Devin's
must travel back to the time

of Shakespeare to battle
one another in part two.

Whoa!

Holy moly!

What is this?

Pipe Queen!

Oh, she already looks mad to see me.

Welcome to Southwark, London, in the year
of 1601.

William Shakespeare is about to put on a
series of plays, and it's up to you to

make sure each player has the correct
cast, Here's how it works.

Each round, you will see a playbill
advertising Shakespeare's next play and a

clue to which evicted players are starring
in it.

On the sound of the applause, use your
slingshot to launch tomatoes at the

evicted players on your
stage, knocking down

any players who don't belong in the play.

However, make a mistake, You'll have to
hit the button to reset your entire board.

Once you believe you have the correct cast

assembled on your stage,
hit your button to lock in.

The first player to correctly assemble
their cast will win their round.

The first player to win three rounds will
win part two of the final HOH

Because Drew dropped in part one of the
final H.O.H.

competition, I need to make sure I beat
him here.

Because if part three is
between Taylor and Drew, I

think Drew might take me,
but I am not confident Taylor.

I've come too far in this game to leave my
fate in anyone else's hands.

It's time for round one.

Let's see that first play bill.

The Merchant of Veto.

A heroic story of veto winners.

Because the cast of this
play are veto winners only,

our goal is to leave up
everyone who's won a veto.

And that means I cannot hit Yash,
Lyric, Mallory, Lala, or Kamu.

I cannot stress how important
it is for me to pull out a win

here, because I have to compete
in part three of this final HOH.

I've been playing the middle this whole
time, and if I can be the one that cuts

Devins, I can prove to that whole jury
that I make moves that benefit my game.

My back is still hurting from the first
HOH competition, and now every time I pull

back the slingshot, it's painful,
and it's kind of messing up my aim.

And they end up hitting someone I don't
want to hit.

All I need to do is knock down Jason and
I'll win this first round.

Congratulations, Drew.

You have won the first round.

I am really starting to feel this in my
back every time I pull on the slingshot.

I need to lock in.

I cannot let Drew run away with this
thing.

Round two.

Zinglear, a scaping tragedy of Zingbot
victims.

So, in this round, we need to leave up
everyone who got zinged.

I don't know what's going on.

Don't fall, Lala.

It seems like every other tomato I launch
hits the wrong house guests.

And I have to reset and start all over
again.

I just need to knock down Mallory and I'll
win the round.

Congratulations, Devin!

After two rounds, we are all tied up.

I'm still in this, but I cannot have
another round like that.

Much ado about nominee, a twisted tale of
replacement nominees.

In this round, I need to leave up everyone
who was a replacement nominee.

Devins, you have won the third round.

Oh, my God.

I got that round, but my back's k*lling
me.

I got to wrap this thing up quickly before
Drew outlasts me.

Devins is in the lead 2-1.

Devins, if you win this round, you will
win part two of the final three-part H.

O.H.

competition.

The Merry Heads of Household, a comedic
romp of H.O.H.

I don't want Drew and
Taylor facing off in part

three because I'm just not
sure either would take it.

In this round, we need to leave up
everyone who won HOH.

I cannot let Devins win this
round because that would

guarantee his spot in
part three against Taylor.

Cutting Devins at final three is the big
move that I would want on my resume.

Ah, dude, I keep missing these shots.

I gotta slow down because I'm starting to
get nervous.

Meanwhile, at the corner of my eye,
I can see Devin's is just knocking him

down, and he's almost done with this
round.

I am so close.

I can't panic.

Chuck is the last house guest I need to
knock down.

If I nail him here, I've got this.

Okay, good job.

Congratulations!

Congratulations, Devin, you have won part
two of the final HOH competition.

And will face off against me in part
three.

This is huge.

I'm super psyched.

I know that my wife is crazy proud right
now.

And check, Juju, look what Dad did.

Pretty cool.

I am convinced that Taylor has no plans on
taking me to the final two.

This last part of the HOH is win or go
home.

It has been a long
journey getting here, but

now I am finally going to be in a finale.

Tomorrow, we make fire.

You and me got a date on finale night.

That was mine to win, and I blew it.

I can't believe I just lost to a

So this means I will not be competing in
part three of the HOH.

Instead of making one last huge move,
I'm going to be taken to the final.

Devin's wins, and you know what?

I'm ready and I'm down.

Because if you want to be the best,
you have to beat the best.

Devin's is the final boss of Big Brother.

And if I want to win that $750,000,
I need to go through him.

So, Devin's has won
part two of the final HOH

competition and will now face Taylor Live.

...will become the final and most powerful
head of household of the season.

Up next, D surprises the
jury and everyone has strong

opinions on who is left and
who deserves to win Big Brother.

But first, next Thursday, as part of CBS
Premier Week, comes a brand new series

from the creators of The Good Wife and
Elsbeth, Cupertino.

Here's a first look at the official
trailer.

Welcome back to the live season finale of
Big Brother.

As the winner of Big Brother

a thing or two about what
it takes to win this game.

And just days ago, she returned
to host the jury roundtable

when they gathered to debate
the merits of the final three.

Hi, everyone.

I'm Chelsea Bayham.

I am the winner of Big Brother 26.

Tonight, we'll debate the final three.

And who might deserve to win it all.

But first, we need to know who made the
final three.

So, let's find out who is joining the jury
as jury number six.

Hey, everyone!

Oh my gosh!

Wild ride.

Well, I'm sorry to welcome
you to the jury, but... It's okay.

What happened, Dee?

No way!

Drew wins Veto.

Of course he does, bro.

Of course he does.

Of course he does.

He's Veto King.

And he was the sole vote to evict me.

Oh my gosh!

I think he might have just messed up
royally.

I told him multiple
times, if you ever get the

opportunity to get
Devin's out, you have to.

Sad, but here we are.

Unexpected.

Each and every person that's remaining has
played a very different game.

As a jury, what are you determining as a
winning game?

To win Big Brother, it has to be a
well-rounded game.

I agree.

It has to be big moves, social, winning,
aligning yourself with the right people.

Okay, let's start with you, Lala.

Give me a pro of Taylor's game.

Taylor pretty much got along with
everybody for the most part.

I think that that was one of the things.

One thing that she did have a good
strategy on was just her pulse of the game.

She kind of did know what was
going on and different scenario

plans, what would happen
under different circumstances.

She actually did know a lot about that.

Like, I agree with y'all.

She had a really good pulse of the game.

And talking to Taylor, I always felt like
I was talking to a friend and somebody

that I could, like, vent to, which is
really powerful in that house.

She did fly under the
radar very well, and she

didn't have a lot of
confrontation in the house.

Flying under the radar... does that
constitute good gameplay?

I need to find out how she played her
game.

What were your moves to get to this end?

And if she gives me a good answer,
and she brought herself all the way to

those last two chairs, I think she should
win.

You can't just say, I survived the block
five times.

Why did you survive each block?

I need that owning with reasoning.

Correct.

Yeah.

Once people view you as non-threatening,
you're hitting the block a lot.

The house decided, hey, this person is a
bigger threat than Taylor.

And so that person was just going to go
home.

Okay.

How do you feel about Drew's game?

I hate people playing in the middle.

It is like a pet peeve of mine on Big
Brother.

But there is something to say about someone
that plays both sides To balance that.

Absolutely.

But he obviously pulled it off very well.

And now he's kind of just starting to win
out, which is also very impressive.

I think Drew, while playing
probably the most annoying

game, was also very
aware of what he was doing.

You could not have a conversation without
Drew knocking on the door, walking in the

room, and wanting to know what was going
on.

Drew never tired.

He was going to be in every conversation
all of the time.

What's Drew's biggest flaw in this game?

He rode the coattails of Dee.

He rode the coattails of Devins.

There's a world where that's smart,
because if that is strategy, kudos to you.

But there's also a realm where that is
fear.

Drew constantly needed approval from the
icons.

Validation.

But all I want to know is what decisions
did you make by yourself?

Not with the icon's approval, but what he
did on his own.

But I will say, he was always working.

Always working till 5.30 A.M.,
bags under his eyes.

That man was up and playing Big Brother
every single day.

All right, Lala, give me a reason why
Devins should win.

Devins is a freaking beast.

I can't stand his butt, but he's a
freaking beast.

Devins competitively is phenomenal,
socially phenomenal.

He never made you feel like you can't talk
to him.

Strategically, I think he was a puppet
master.

He could control the way the game was
going.

Even though he came in as an icon I think

Devens had the social
capital to make it work.

He still made big moves.

He got a power and he did what he had to
do with that power.

He could have used it in a very wrong way
and he didn't.

He took out one of the biggest threats at
the time, which was Kamu.

And that, to me, is amazing.

I mean, I do think we can
bring up the advantages

Devens had in the game
as a reason he shouldn't win.

I would say Drew and
Taylor had a tougher run

because only the icons
can play in the first HOH.

Everybody knows that the first HOH gets
the pick of the litter for an alliance.

And that really does matter.

You also had fans in the house.

And then you also had
a fan base outside that

are doing the voting
and all that kind of stuff.

So you guys already had something to help
propel you forward.

You can also pivot and
say, we had the biggest

targets on our back from the beginning.

And he made it work.

Devin's had a good
amount of breathing room,

knowing that he had that
diamond power of veto.

And that's some breathing room that a lot
of us just didn't have.

Guys, this has been very informative,
but there is still a final HOH and an

eviction before we even get to the final
two.

But remember, you get
a chance to ask questions

of the final two, so
please make them count.

Based on tonight's discussion, those
questions could determine who wins $750K.

Up next, it's time to crown the final Head
of Household And for Devins and Taylor,

it appears to be win or go home.

Who will prevail and secure their spot in
the final two?

Stay with us.

Welcome back to the live season finale of
Big Brother.

It's now time for Devins and Taylor to go
head-to-head live.

One of them will become the final and most
powerful head of household of the season.

It's a must-win for
both if they want to be at

the end And face the
jury for the $750,000 prize.

Hello, house guests.

Hi, Miss Julie.

For the last time this season,
the power is up for grabs.

Devins, Taylor, as winners of the first
two rounds of the final HOH competition,

the two of you are the only ones eligible
to compete tonight.

Are you both ready?

Gotta be.

Yep.

Then here we go.

This competition is called Back in My Day,
and here's how it works.

Using the dining table time machine,
I traveled way into the future.

And I interviewed the
members of the jury about

their time in the Big
Brother house this season.

Unfortunately, their memory is a little
bit foggy.

You are about to be shown videos of these
interviews.

In each video, one jury member will make

three statements about
their time in the game.

One of those statements is false,
and your job is to identify which one,

A, B, or C.

For each correct answer, you will receive
one point.

The house guest with
the most points after six

videos will become the
final head of household.

So for the last time this season,
Are you ready?

Yes!

Alright, then let's begin.

Here is your first video.

Baby, they called me
the Tone Thrasher back

then, but you should see
me with my dentures out.

I won the same number of veto competitions
as Lyric.

In the World Cup that I won, Kamu fell off

Latrice did not win a competition that
took place in the 70s.

It took place in the 60s and 80s.

So the false statement is C.

You both got it correct.

You both received one point.

Reset, house guests.

Here is video number two.

I sure hope Chuck is scheduled on a

shuffleboard tournament
or I'm gonna punish him.

All of the punishment costumes were
revealed before I won the BB Blockbuster.

I played in every veto comp that Jason
played in.

I was the only member of the jury to never
win an HOH competition.

Is the false statement A, B, or C?

That makes the false statement B.

Devins, you got it right.

You get a point.

Devins 2, Taylor 1.

Reset, house guests.

Here is video number 3.

Back in my day, we big-brothered uphill in
the snow both ways and we liked it.

I won the ninth HOH competition.

I was never a replacement nominee.

I was nominated for eviction two times
before I won HOH.

My veto skills are like my prostate.

Well, Zingbot was right.

Drew did die alone.

But I'm still here.

I won HOH.

I was put up as a replacement nominee
exactly one time.

Please, reveal your answer.

Melody wasn't put up as a replacement

You both got it right.

And the score is 5 for
Devins, 3 for Taylor, and

with only one video left,
there is no need to go on.

Congratulations, Devins!

You are the final.

Madam Halston,

it is now up to you to decide Who you
would like to evict and whom you want to

sit next to when you face the jury later
tonight.

Will Devins stay true to his promise to
take Drew to the final two?

Find out next.

Stay with us.

Welcome

back to the live season finale of Big
Brother.

Just minutes ago, Devins became the final
head of household of the season.

Now he must choose to evict either Taylor
or Drew.

But, you should know, in the
hours leading up to tonight,

Taylor made a very convincing
pitch to Devins to keep her.

Let's head to the living room and see what
he does.

Taylor, Drew, in just a few moments,
Devins will cast his vote to evict.

But, before he does, you each have one
last chance to plead your case.

Taylor, you're up first.

All right, Devins, we had an amazing talk.

I think you understand what you need to do
to get those four votes.

And I really appreciate if you can do that
for me, to keep me here, and we can just

keep rotting this thing out.

But I already think you've
decided and you're going to go

with what you think is best
because you're a very smart man.

Thank you, Taylor.

Drew?

Devins, we've played this game since the
beginning.

I saved you, brought you to Final 3.

I would love if you brought me to Final 2.

I think you got me beat anyways.

I'd love to sit in those Final 2 chairs
with you, man.

I love you.

I love you, man.

Thank you, Drew.

Thank you both.

All right, Devins.

You are now guaranteed
at least second place

and the 75 grand prize that goes with it.

But you have a big decision to make,
Devins.

By deciding whom to evict, you're also
deciding who will stay and sit next to you

when the jury votes for the winner of Big
Brother 28.

This could be a $750,000 decision.

Are you ready to make it?

No.

But you know this is live TV, so I'm going
to have to ask you to please stand.

Go to the front of the living room...

and cast your vote to evict.

Drew, dude, I love you so much.

Fully intended to take you to the final
two all along.

Tay, to her credit, came
to me last night, said,

I won't have her vote, I
won't have Lala's vote.

With Melody and Barrett, I can't beat you.

Becca and Juju and Jack are the...

Becca and Juju and Jack are the number one
alliance.

I gotta do what I can to try to win.

This is total betrayal.

And I know that, and I'm sorry.

I love you, but I have to evict you.

It's official.

Drew, you are the last person

Congratulations, guys.

I'm sorry.

Yeah.

It's the right move, I think.

It just hurts, man.

Well, that sucked.

Yeah.

It does.

Congratulations.

Congratulations.

Final two.

And I want you to know, I would have did
the same thing.

Exactly what I said I was going to do.

Appreciate it.

You were loyal to him throughout.

He said it was a betrayal.

Yeah.

It hurts.

How do you react to what just happened?

I think it was the right move.

And I think he's going to win this whole
thing.

Why was it the right move?

Do you think that he just couldn't beat
you?

I think it's the easier move, for sure,
to sit next to Taylor.

She has a lot of moves that she's made in
this game.

I think getting rid of me
was the right move, but it

definitely hurts because I still
think he would have gotten me.

Did you see or feel this coming?

Yeah, most definitely.

Devins is a smart guy.

And the second I sat next to Taylor,
I knew I'm the bigger target here.

I have a shot at winning.

Yeah, it's tough.

But man, we made it to finale night.

I mean, I'm a fan.

I'm just so glad I made it this far.

Mom, Dad, I love you.

Sorry I couldn't bring it home.

Drew, you played an incredible game and
you win best hair.

I don't know, Barry got me beat on that
one, but thank you.

Not in my book.

You're a good kid, Drew.

You're juror number seven and you still
have some work to do.

Yes, ma'am.

And a lot of thinking.

Yep.

Thank you, Drew.

Thank you.

It's been so fun.

Got to do my dream.

Not a lot of people could say that.

When we return, Devins and Taylor face the
jury who have questions for them both,

looking for answers to help them make the
decision on who they want to win.

The live interrogation next.

Stay with us.

To

the live season finale of Big Brother.

The fate of the final two now rests in the
hands of the jury.

Please welcome back Latrice, Angela,
Barrett, Yash, Melody, and Dee.

Welcome back.

As you can see, one person is missing.

Yash, who do you think was the last person
evicted?

I think it will be Drew.

Should we see if you're right?

Juror number seven, Come on out

Let me bring you up to speed just so
everyone knows Devin's did indeed Finn win

the final head of household and Obviously
he chose to take Taylor with him and evict

drew Maybe Barrett just said he lied to
you, bro This is big brother.

You can bounce checks in the big brother
house Don't hate the game.

All right, I mean don't hate the player.

I screwed that up.

Here we go.

Jurors, in just a few
moments, each of you will lock

in your vote for who you
think should win BB 28.

But before you do, I know you have some
questions for the final two.

So shall we get that started?

Yes.

Yes.

You have all been asked as
a group, other than Drew, to

come up with We have three
questions for the final two.

Have you all agreed on those questions?

We have.

We have.

Then let's get started.

Taylor, Devins, I'm here with the jury.

And in just a few
moments, they will be voting

for the person they want
to see win Big Brother.

But before they do, they got some
questions for the two of you.

Lala, you're first.

Taylor, boo.

Congratulations, mama.

What was the biggest challenge you faced
in the game?

And how did you overcome it?

Thank you for that question.

The biggest challenge
I faced in this game is

constantly being on
the block up to six times.

I started this game face first,
as I have not, on the block.

But I prevailed.

I kept going.

I stayed resilient.

And through it all, I'm still here.

Not only that, I had adverse
experience bigger than me

outside this house, and
because of it, I'm still here.

I've represented it so much more than just
an educator from down South.

I represent so much more just being here
and being able to persevere throughout

everything I've been through in this
house.

Thank you, Taylor.

D, you're next.

Devins, do you feel that
coming into the game

as an icon was an
advantage or a disadvantage?

Please explain.

D, you look amazing.

You all look great.

I had a feeling I would have to answer
this question.

And I understand that there were
privileges that came with being an icon.

We were kind of forced together to protect

each other, so there
was an alliance day one.

We were more likely to get the time
capsule, but half the people that came out

of the time capsule And we used our time
capsules really cleverly and really big.

It was obviously a disadvantage.

There were three of us.

We weren't even 20% of the house.

There was a huge target on us the entire
game.

And we had safety one week out of a

There were so many opportunities to get
rid of us, but we formed strong alliances

that protected us.

We were true to those alliances,
and that's how I got here.

I've been told for the
last five weeks you have

to get rid of Devins
or he'll win the game.

I'm still here.

I was the last person to go up on the
nomination block this season because of

the relationships I created, not because I
was an icon.

Thank you, Devins.

Barrett, you're next, Barrett.

Hey, you two.

Hey, Barrett.

Taylor, what is the single most
influential move you made this season,

and how did it benefit you?

Thank you for that question.

The single most beneficial and influential
move I made was diligently orchestrating

specifically the vote flip amongst melody
and lyric.

Because of it, it is the reason why the
powerhouse alliance failed.

They started to mistrust each other.

They no longer wanted to align themselves
with one another.

And because of it, everything started to
crumble.

They had

Thank you, Taylor.

Melody, your question?

Y'all both look amazing.

Devins, which house guest
did you have the most influence

over and how did it help
you get to the final two?

Meow, meow.

I know that a lot of you
expect me to say Drew, and

I do not think I had that
much influence over Drew.

I was father, he was son.

We were collaborators.

We trusted each other deeply.

I took his input.

He had a huge effect on me in this game,
and I was not dragging him along.

He got me here, and I am so grateful to
Drew.

If anything, I would say it was the Kamu,
Chuck, and Hayley group that we formed the

red corner with at the very beginning of
the game.

We actually orchestrated the lyric vote.

You guys know that.

All you crossover people, Melody, Mallory,

we worked very closely
with you to do that.

And so I would say having influence over
those two in the toolshed, which was the

big majority alliance that I put
together in my first HOH Week

had the most influence over.

Drew was the best collaborator I could
have asked for.

Thank you, Devins.

Angela, your question.

You both look fantastic.

Taylor, my question's for you.

Why should you win the game over Over the
person sitting next to you.

Thank you for that question.

I should win this game over the person
sitting next to me because I didn't come

into this game with elitism, power,
and privilege.

I had to work to get here.

He was given all these things to
systematically make it to the end.

And because of it, I think I should win.

Thank you, Taylor.

Yash.

Devins, a big part of this game is
pivoting.

Tell us about a time something didn't go
your way, you had to make a strategic

adjustment, and how it benefited your game
in the end.

Yeah, absolutely.

First of all, dude, I had a great thing
going with you and Kamu.

We were the Bermuda Triangle.

We could have gone
real far together, and I

had that in addition
to the crossover alliance.

But when you put up D and
Angela, and I could not talk

you out of getting D off
of that block, I had to pivot.

I had to help my alliance
to get further in the game

because those were the
people I started with on day two.

And so I pivoted.

I used the diamond power of Vito to
unfortunately betray you to put Kamu out.

Even though both of you were great for me,
you weren't good for my alliance.

Also, when Barrett, big move.

I appreciate it.

You know I do.

Put us up.

We had to pivot there too.

Thank you.

And so I did a lot of pivoting in this
game.

Dude, Skullet looks amazing.

Thank you.

Drew, you were just evicted by Devins.

I'm going to give you the chance to ask
one question to either finalist.

Slick Devins, at what
point did you decide that I

was not going to be the
one sitting next to you?

Dude, I'm so glad you got to ask that
question.

It was last night.

Taylor came to me and
she said, Devins, if you

take Drew, you're not
going to have my vote.

I'm going to make sure Lala doesn't vote
for you either.

Drew will have Melody and Barrett.

You have no way of winning against Drew.

And she said that if she won the final
two, she would take me to the final two.

And I said, I can't go into this after 12
weeks of working.

And it was a good move.

But I can't go into this after 12 weeks of
working my butt off.

I wasn't given anything,
elitism or not, and come up

short when my family could
use life-changing money.

So I had to pivot.

Drew, I love you.

I love you too, man.

Congratulations.

Thank you, Devins and Taylor.

I'll be back in just a few
moments when you'll

each plead your case
on why you should win.

When we return, Taylor and Devins make
their final pleas before the votes are

cast, a speech that
could be the difference

between being runner-up or winning it all.

And later, who did you choose as America's
favorite house guest?

Stay with us.

Back

to the live season finale of Big Brother.

The jury is just moments away from casting
their votes to determine who will win.

But before they do, let's check back in
with the final two.

Taylor, Devens, it's almost time for the
jury to cast their votes.

But before they do, you each have a chance
to tell them why you deserve to win.

Taylor, you're up first.

Shout out to the film, man!

We made it!

With that being said, being humble,
being vigilant, being respectful has been

the words and actions that I have wanted
to instill and show while I was here.

And with that, I did.

Call me the Cinderella of the season
because I prevailed through it all, okay?

But just know, with this victory,
I want to continue to do what God has put

me here to do, and that is show what
faith, perseverance, and courage can do.

So,

yes, I'm still here.

You guys have your things
to say about how I got here,

but Drew, Just remember
that he just betrayed you, man.

Give me that vote.

That's very cut and dry, black and white.

All right.

Devins, you have the floor now.

Giving up a summer with my family,
I knew I had to play hard.

I wanted all the smoke.

I made big swings every time I had the
chance.

Rome, Kamu, Melody.

I won more comps than anyone this season.

I woke up in the morning and I hustled to

put alliances together
to control the action.

I did not want to coast.

I wanted to attack this game.

That's exactly what I did.

I voted every week until the final four.

And every time the person I wanted evicted
went out that door.

My hands are covered in blood.

Emotionally, very hard to cut people that
I loved and cared about.

Yash, Melody, Barrett, Drew, you guys are
aggressive game players.

The three of you put up icons the first
chance you had.

You are not bystanders and neither am I.

I think that this season is made up of a
cast that wanted to leave their Mark on

Big Brother and I think I would be a great

representative of season 28
as the winner of this season.

My strategic game, I wasn't put on the

nomination block I
made it to the final four.

That's the first time I was available to
be evicted.

Devin, final sentence.

Thank you.

Also, three times have not, Julie.

We love the passion.

All right, thank you both.

All right, jurors, it's time.

It's time.

It's time to vote for the winner of Big
Brother.

One at a time, each of you will step up to
the voting box and you will insert the key

with the name of the person You think
deserves to win BB28.

And of course, the three-quarter million
dollar grand prize.

Latrice, you're first.

Oh my goodness, it has been a summer.

I enjoyed both of y'all so much.

Taylor, I love you.

Devins, you know I love to hate you.

But it's alright, baby.

I'm putting this key in for the person
that I feel like played the hardest.

Thank you, Latrice.

Thank you so much.

Angela.

I love you both.

I had the summer of a lifetime as well.

I think you are both very magnificent
people.

But I have to cast my vote for somebody
that I couldn't think of one single reason

not to.

Thank you, Angela.

Barrett?

Y'all both look fantastic tonight.

I am so proud of the both of y'all.

Y'all fought your way to the end, no
matter which kind of game that you played.

And also, Devins, I ate your hot dog,
so...

Thank you, Barrett.

Yash?

Hot dog ate?

It was him?

Yes.

You told?

I told on yourself.

Guys, I'm proud of you both.

I love you both.

I'm voting for the player who I think
earned it the most.

Thank you, Yash.

Melody?

I loved playing this game with both of you
guys.

I had the best summer ever, but I am
voting for an absolute shark.

Thank you, Melody.

D?

You both look amazing!

Both of you, love you so much.

I am voting for the person
who poured their soul and their

whole heart into this game and
I believe is the most deserving.

Thank you, D.

And finally, Drew.

I'm not mad, just disappointed.

We'll see when we see your vote.

I love you guys.

Thank you, Drew.

And with that, the voting is complete.

Up next, the winner of Big Brother will be
revealed.

Who will win the $750,000 grand prize?

Stay with us.

Welcome

back to the season finale of Big Brother.

Please say hello to those who left the
game early.

Ashley, Rome, Lyric, Chuck, Kamu,
Mallory and Hayley.

It's good to see everyone together again.

Jurors, you probably noticed there's one
empty seat.

Yes.

Now this season, we all know that you
played with three reality show icons,

Angela D.

and Devins, but there
was actually a fourth

reality veteran in the
house Come on out Selena

Jason told everyone in the house.

He's a drag queen.

But what he didn't tell you was that he
competed on RuPaul's Drag Race and ...

even on the all-star season.

No!

Yes, Lala!

How surprised are you, Latrice?

Totally and completely surprised.

Jason, I'm gonna kick your Booty.

Come on!

There's a lot of Booty to kick.

All right.

I have to turn to Rome and Lyric.

Rome, there's an announcement.

Hold up!

Oh, my gosh!

Settle down.

As exciting as it would be, Julie,
I'm not going to propose to her tonight.

Why not?

But I will say that we
are madly in love and we

are working on potentially
moving in together soon.

It's a step.

Alright.

Everyone here knows that the Pharaoh's
curse was unleashed.

But you don't know who took the ten grand
to unleash.

That's right.

Is right.

All right, the person who unleashed the
curse, would you please stand up?

I knew it.

Any hard feelings about...

Not at all.

I mean, I would like it, personally.

All right.

Now, by the way, Jason wasn't the only one
hiding his identity.

Mallory, why don't you reveal what you
really do?

Oh, I'm an aerospace engineer.

I'm like a rocket scientist.

Not just the pipe clean.

Alright, it is time for the moment we've
all been waiting for.

And after 87 days in the Big Brother
house, the waiting is finally over.

Either Taylor or Devins will be crowned
the winner of BB28.

Taylor, Devins, I'm about to reveal the
jury's votes.

The winner will receive $750,000.

The runner-up, $75,000.

One at a time, I will
pull the keys from the

voting box, revealing whom
each juror chose to win.

You will need at least four votes to be
the winner of Big Brother 28.

Latrice has cast her vote for Taylor.

Angela has cast her vote for Devins.

Barrett has cast a vote for...

Devins.

Two votes Devins, one vote Taylor.

Yasha's vote goes to...

Devins.

Three votes Devins, one vote Taylor.

Melody has cast her vote for...

You are the winner of Big Brother 28.

Devin, Taylor, come on out.

When we return, we will reveal
the final two votes and who

you chose as the winner of
America's Favourite House Guest.

Stay with us.

Finale of Big Brother.

Now, just for the record,
Dee and Drew also

voted for Devins to win,
so you won six to one.

Congratulations.

There is another prize up for grabs
tonight.

Our viewers have been voting for their
favorite house guest.

The person who received the most votes
will take home $50,000.

The top three vote getters were Drew,
Devins, and Yash.

I'm going to have you hold these keys.

I would love to.

And the winner, with almost 30% of the
vote, is...

Congratulations, Devins!

Not only the winner, but also America's
favorite house guest.

The clear one's not on me, baby!

The clear one's not on me!

You have cleared... You've made $810,000
with the Pharaoh's Curse and all this.

I think that we're making history here.

I didn't make anything.

My wife, Becca, made it all.

That's all hers.

Let me have you hold this.

Alright.

Do we have more business to get to?

Yes, we do.

Taylor, Tay-Tay... Aww!

You're going home with $75,000.

Let's go!

Yeah!

Let's go!

How do you feel?

I feel amazing.

This is more than my salary, so I'm
blessed.

All right, Devins.

For the record, which is a better show?

Survivor...

or Big Brother?

I just know that CBS is the king of
reality TV!

After 87 days, how do you feel?

I feel more exhausted than I
ever did after either Survivor

season, This just in, CBS
wants me to open this envelope.

Can you hold this?

I have no idea what it is.

Look under your chair.

No, I'm kidding.

Ooh!

Breaking news!

Big Brother has been picked up for two
more years!

Season 29 and Season 30 are coming your
way.

I want to thank all of our house guests,
this amazing, unexpected summer.

I want to thank all of
our returning BB alum

for an incredible history-making season.

From outside the Big Brother house,
I'm Julie Chun Moonves.

Will you say it with me?

Love one another!
