Sire, this message just came in
from Nerissa and Sasha.

The Sea Witch has Merlinda.

Go. Now!

Help them save my daughter.
Bring her back with the cure.

I can almost feel all that dark magic
coursing through my veins again.

Fitting, isn't it?

That you are the one who will unlock
the Vault of the Deep for me,

seeing how it was your ancestors
that betrayed me.

Your people chased me
out of Mertropia centuries ago

and ripped me from the magic
they were so afraid of.

They stole my powers
and they stole my throne.

But all that is about to change.

I know how hard it is sometimes
to be the princess.

The pressure to do what's right,
the responsibility to your people,

but to turn to dark magic.

That was a mistake.

The legends say the magic lock
behind this door was so powerful,

Cyril, we both know that Nerissa is more

[Katrina] Don't let that girl get to you.

Mom!

I know plenty of merfolk like that
in the Royal Court,

always looking to tear someone down.

The best way to deal with them
is to smile and be nice.

Advice I myself have
a hard time remembering,

but your kindness
is your superpower, my dear.

-[laughs]
-Uh…

Would now be a good time
to ask if I can move to Morton Bay?

Yeah, I'm pretty smooth.

[laughing] But Merlinda, if you come back
to Morton Bay,

Tracy won't leave you alone for a minute.

I know, but we have no choice.

It's only a matter of time

before Mertropia will be
under attack again.

I'm afraid the Sea Witch
won't stay locked up for long.

Anyway, I guess what I'm trying
to say is…

I hope our room is still available?

Well, I was going to use it
to store my pirate collectibles, but…
