strong as the need to hold on to what

makes us feel secure and that's what our

wanted was to go back to your old school

but after the first couple of weeks you

were having the time of your life yep

it's only natural wanna hang on to the

things that make you feel secure but

like your father just reminded me there

comes a time in your life when you have

to grow up gotta let go of the past and

move on to new challenges whether it's

trying to fit into a bigger school or a

bigger car what if I don't make it then

you're no worse off than you are now

if you do make it you'll really have

accomplished something come on wouldn't

well if I hurry I bet I could be there

before tryouts are over got some great

excuses for being late
