Sergeant it means sir that there is no discipline if the men feel that one of them just one of them is getting off

easy the way I see it Sergeant it's your job to make the men understand no one gets off easy on two occasions private

salaway was excused for two very legitimate reasons just my opinion sir but if you're not playing favorites and

you think that sala's reasons are legitimate you're being

taken discipline breakdown can spread from one man through a whole platoon like an

infection the months it took to build up that teamwork can all be k*lled in just days
